On March 13, there were several important military events on the Ukrainian front lines which marked important successes of Russian forces.
There was a pinpoint strike with precision weapons on the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Starichi and at the Yavorovsky military training ground in the Lviv region. 180 servicemen, including foreign ‘volunteers’ were reportedly killed. The reports are yet to be confirmed. Anyway, the strike was a clear signal to the foreign mercenaries in Ukraine.

Special Operations Forces are the elite units of any army in the world. Millions of US dollars are spent on training each fighter.
The total number of the SFO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not exceed 600 servicemen, of which no more than 200 military personnel take part in special operations. The use of these specialists as ordinary sabotage-reconnaissance group is either incompetence or a result of an extreme necessity or betrayal of the Ukrainian command.
Almost all military personnel of the SOF have officer ranks, regardless of their position, but depending on their personal qualifications. The death of SOF fighters during special operations happens on a regular basis, but capture is an isolated case in world military history.
It is difficult to remember when a captured SOF officer was filmed testifying on his service history, evaluating the action of the command and calling for the cessation of resistance.
In recent years, many countries have deliberately blurred the term of Special Operations Forces in order to hide the real number of highly qualified saboteurs on the one hand, and to rally combat-ready motivated units designed to perform complex tasks at the army level under this brand on the other hand. That is why, for example, the Military Balance 2021 and 2020 provided an estimate of the composition of the special forces of the Russian Federation at 1,000 military personnel, and the United States at 63,000 military personnel. At the same time, other sources indicate the number of the SOF of the Russian Federation around 12500-14000, including the army special forces under the jurisdiction of the GRU. Obviously, the both are wrong. Talking specifically about the SOF of the two most belligerent countries in the world, then the estimate of the total number of the Russian SOF of about 1,000 military personnel and the US SOF of about 2,500 military personnel seems objective. In the case of Ukraine, even the total number of 600 actual military personnel, including support personnel, seems to be an optimistic assumption.
The military personnel of the SOF are specialists of sabotage and counter-sabotage operations, who have deep knowledge not only in warcraft, but also in intelligence, regional studies, engineering specialties, psychology and much more.
The behavior of the AFU officer on the provided video is a vivid example. A native of Western Ukraine holds conversation in Russian without an accent or a characteristic dialect, demonstrates a quick and conscious reaction to the questions asked by a specialist who interrogated him on camera, while observing the “rules of the game”. It can be seen that his level is quite high.

HEAD OF DONETSK REPUBLIC SAYS MIDDLE EASTERN VOLUNTEERS MAY ARRIVE IN DONBASS SOON

Head Of Donetsk Republic Says Middle Eastern Volunteers May Arrive In Donbass Soon
Illustrative image.
On March 12, Denis Pushilin, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), said that volunteers from the Middle East may arrive soon to support the armed forces of the Donbass republics.
During an interview with Russia 1, Pushilin revealed that received a large number of applications from residents of the Middle East, who faced “radicalism” that has much in common with Ukrainian “neo-Nazism”.
“There are thousands and thousands of volunteers who are ready to come. I do not rule out that in the very near future they will be with us in the neighboring trenches, shoulder to shoulder with our units for the liberation of the Donetsk People’s Republic, as well as the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR),” Pushilin said.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu informed President Vladimir Putin during a Russian Security Council meeting on March 11 that more than 16,000 people want to voluntarily go to the DPR and LPR. The President supported the initiative to send the volunteers to the war zone in the Donbass.
Forces from the DPR and LPR have been fighting side by side with the Russian military since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov revealed that the volunteers are mostly Syrians. This was not a surprising considering Russia’s key role in the war on terrorism in Syria.
Syrian sources confirmed that thousands have signed up to go fight in the Donbas as volunteer. The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights even put the number as high as 40,000 in a report released on March 13.
All recent reports confirm that not a single volunteer from Syria or any other Middle Eastern state has been moved to the Donbass, so far. Russia will not likely allow anyone to go fight in the region. Volunteers will likely go thought a serious vetting process. Even after this they may not fight in Donbass, but rather help with other needed issues in the war-torn region.

To display how things are in certain circles - the circles that want NATO to get involved directly and usher us into the war everyone is terming as WW3

I doubt there'll be any war with NATO. NATO tries very hard to present itself as a cohesive alliance, when in fact it is a sham, with little real unity except when they want to cash in by bombing a country that can't shoot back. It's important to understand what NATO actually is today: an "alliance" run by the US designed to, effectively, neuter European military prowess and bring it, and by extension European governments, entirely under the control of the US military command. That was achieved quite a while ago.

NATO thinks that Russia believes NATO's hype, but they clearly don't. Yesterday Russia blew up a NATO training facility in West Ukraine, 15 miles from the NATO territory, and there's more to come.

But NATO still thinks that Russia "wouldn't dare" fire even one bullet at a NATO nation.

Newsflash: if NATO now decides to transfer their Ukie fascist training facilities to the "safety" of NATO territory (probably Poland), Russia will target them without hesitation.

If/when that happens, NATO and the western media will raise a hue and cry about it, convene meetings, talk about "Article 5", saber rattle ... and then do nothing except more "sanctions" (if they have any left to impose). Why? Because even they, in their delusion, know that, right now, NATO is at war with Russia in all but name. What else do you call it when you train and arm soldiers with the express purpose of killing Russian soldiers? It's covert war. It's not happening, but it really is.

The simple fact of the matter is that NATO initiated aggression against Russia, and implicit in Article 5 is that it is only invoked when a member is attacked in an unprovoked way. Even then, as I said, NATO has no history of, and no appetite for, fighting against anyone who can meaningfully shoot back.

It's a fact that there is today not one single soldier of a NATO country that has ANY combat experience of *actual* war as they would experience it if they directly engaged with Russia. Germany's military is a joke, as the chief of the German armed forces recently said:

And the Bundeswehr, the army which I have the honour to command, is standing there more or less empty-handed. The options we can offer the government in support of the alliance are extremely limited."

The French army is probably in slightly better condition, likewise the other large EU nations of Spain, Italy and the UK, but NONE of them have ANY useful combat experience in terms of going head to head with Russia, and certainly no political appetite to do so. As for US troops, 20 years of occupation in Afghanistan and 10 in Iraq and a few in Syria have taught them how to shoot back at insurgents in gunfights, and that's about it.

A more likely scenario, IMO, is the continuation of the proxy war (as usual) although not without consequences imposed by Russia, and possibly a false flag chemical weapon effort, possibly in Kiev. That's the way NATO rolls. All of it will come to nothing, of course, and in contrast to the current claims of NATO being 'strengthened' by Russian actions in Ukaine, faith and belief in NATO will effectively collapse. After that, the real collapse will begin.

Those pictures reminded me of the Yugoslavia wars in the 90's, and Iraq and Afghanistan and Syria and Libya...and.... It's so sad and it will go on and on and on until the real people behind it all are eliminated. They act like Penelope's suitors and we stumble about not sure what to do but being aware that great wrong is being done. Where is Odysseus? Perhaps he is Putin after all.

I agree with your views on NATO, but like you go and open an old crate and you see the NATO blanket on top, take it away and an old and intricate money mechanism is revealed. For instance, what is the role of the IMF in this whole affair? Watching the Ukraine on Fire doc, the first part of pres Yanukovich interview, relates how IMF would not lend money to Ukraine unless the utilities prices would be raised without the salaries to be raised as well. Look today at the obscene prices for utilities and a pattern emerges. NATO is more like the admin for a type of industrial financial system. Even more so, the path to enter in the EU was, for the Eastern European countries, paved by NATO. Just to look at Romania, that entered nato during Emil Constantinescu's presidency. Who was president is not important. I remember the details because we had him as Mineralogy prof. The guy was the darling of the West. He was seen as a progressive liberal and not interested to scrutinize the industrial and mining assets deals that obliterated half or maybe 2/3s of the Economy. Whatever was left, was leveled by the EU 'reforms' that created a society ready for manipulation due to personal struggle.

It is probably not so destroyed... nobody photographs areas without major damage and a perception bias is created... by the way, the buildings that are seen in the photos, for the most part, look like the typical ones where the Ukrainian troops have been quartering.

Regarding NATO, despite the fact that certain weapons they have sent are destructive to a certain extent and prolong the conflict together with Zelensky's decisions... it is clearly a screen more than anything, they know that with these weapons they will not stop Russia.

In the recent article from Thierry Meyssan: Russia declares war on the Straussians, he explains what he thinks Vladimir Putin meant by the "click of drug addicts" and "clique of neo-Nazis"

President Putin's speech was not directed against Ukraine, or even against the United States, but explicitly against "those who aspire to world domination", i.e. against the "Straussians" in the US power structure. It was a real declaration of war against them.

On February 25, President Vladimir Putin called the Kiev leadership "a clique of drug addicts and neo-Nazis". For the Atlantic media, these words were those of a mental patient.

During the night of February 25-26, President Volodymyr Zelensky sent a ceasefire proposal to Russia via the Chinese embassy in Kiev. The Kremlin immediately responded by setting out its conditions: arrest of all Nazis (Dmitro Yarosh and the Azov Battalion, etc.) removal of all street names and destruction of monuments glorifying Nazi collaborators during the Second World War (Stepan Bandera, etc.), laying down of weapons.

The Atlantic press ignored this event
, while the rest of the world, which knew about it, held its breath.
"Jake" Sullivan and Antony Blinken placed Vice President Biden's son, Hunter, on the board of one of the major gas companies, Burisma Holdings, despite opposition from Secretary of State John Kerry. Hunter Biden is unfortunately just a junkie, he would serve as a front for a gigantic scam at the expense of the Ukrainian people. He would appoint, under the supervision of Amos Hochstein, several of his stoner friends to become other front men at the head of various companies and to plunder Ukrainian gas. These are the people that President Vladimir Putin called a "clique of drug addicts".

Sullivan and Blinken relied on mafia godfather Ihor Kolomoysky, the country's third largest fortune. Although he is Jewish, he financed the heavyweights of the Right Sector, a neo-Nazi organization that works for NATO and fought in Maidan Square during the "regime change". Kolomoïsky took advantage of his connections to take power within the European Jewish community, but his co-religionists rebelled and ejected him from international associations. However, he managed to get the head of the Right Sector, Dmytro Yarosh, appointed deputy secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council and to get himself appointed governor of the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. Both men would be quickly removed from any political function. It was their group that President Vladimir Putin called a "clique of neo-Nazis."
In connection with the above article, I found an older article from May 2020.
While I'm not convinced by all the details of Meyssan's arguments, he has a point, as several EU nations have said they will spend more on the army and the military, not to wage wars in the Middle East as Meyssan proposed, but to safeguard them against Russia, although it is possible that these improved European armies will be redirected to other areas at a later stage.

It's not, for sure, and having your partner be totally taken in by the propaganda is not a pleasant experience I'm sure. But it has to be endured, and keep in mind that this situation won't last that long, at least not as it is now. It'll probably get more hysterical, but there comes a point where 'drama fatigue' sets in, especially for people who are fickle in their 'feelings' because those feelings are not genuine in the sense that they are manufactured for them by the media. That's most of the population right now, it seems.
I'm in the same situation with my wife, Covid , Ukraine etc..she is completely taken by the media propaganda ....when I mentioned something "pro Putin or pro Russia" and try to explain the situation ,she told me in not uncertain terms to never repeat that again to her and especially with other people around..I simply replied as I did before with the Covid issue.."well then ,you are free to walk your path and make your choices , but not free of the consequence of the choices you have made "..she is my wife and I do love her ..nevertheless I'm not her redeemer or savior , on this like everybody else she is on her own ,I will never mention this again to her ..there is no point anyway ..and has the advantage to ease the tension ... let's just talk about pleasant things ...shall we ?

Situation is obviously not so positive in Ukraine (wasn't) that mass media are serving us.
Here are some insight about internal Ukraine problems:

This comment nicely summarizes the hit on the NATO and the "weekend warriors" who were at the Center for Peacekeeping & Security” aka "Center for Peace ’n Love in a Democratic Way"

American "special ops" veterans go volunteer in Ukraine and then cry "where's NATO???" when things don't go their way. Things are a bit different when you're not shooting up Afghan farmers under full air support. Imagine that.

Here is one of the guys complaining "where's NATO".
His picture on Twitter account implies that he is Press (?????)

He was at the scene, thus around 170 people dead after the bombing.

1647243151997.png

"...this isn't our fight, not like this."
That sums it up. We fight when the other guys are getting bombarded to hell AND THEN we come in to finish the job.
That's how they like it, then it's their fight.

Another example of Democracyin action in Freeland's Canada. I'd say ,No Surprised.

Be careful which people you clap for.

Gabbard was "criticizing" Romney about what he said of her ,"traitor", because she mentioned biolabs/US in the same sentence. It's meaningless noise in the political space of Washington DC.
