Wow, thanks for going to the trouble of digging this up! This'll be my last contribution on the matter and then I'll rejoin the audience and pick up my bag of popcorn: This sentiment resounds throughout history, but one of the notable (in my opinion) articulations comes from the Confucian, Xunzi, from the 3rd century, BC. He saw the ones who "want to be saved without effort on their own part" as failing to uphold moral self-cultivation. Pity for these individuals, he'd reason, is an impulsive regression toward the Xing, or the basic, detestable nature that springs from our biological faculties, something like a lower self that's universal among our species.

I don't think it applies in this case. Returning to the schoolyard bully analogy: A schoolyard bully is accountable for the harm he creates, so we say he deserves to be opposed. Would the hero of the schoolyard oppose the bully solely to liberate herself from bullying? Or would she also do it with an intention to liberate others? Why would she care?

I don't believe that pity for the oppressed, for example, originates from Xunzi's Xing. I must say that it's apparent, so far, the differences between, say, the US-led invasion of Iraq. The loss of life there and the behaviour of the Western war machine is piteous; it's a tragedy.

Weirdly applicable, going back to Xunzi: He apparently taught that a "true king" or wang (a Confucian idea) accrues no "tragic" (so to speak) losses because the order of her own state is self-evident and not worth opposing. Somewhere in the 2300 years between then and now, many of these notions bear out, their qualities are more-or-less confirmed via comparative analysis. I eagerly await more information from the front lines. I'm not convinced this isn't senseless escalation leading to catastrophic tragedy against humanity, against the planet, but I do also see evidence of careful tactics on Putin's part. For me, time will tell. I certainly won't be taking any politicians at their word. Thanks, all, for entertaining the brief diversion.

A month of Russian military operations in Ukraine has passed. Kiev, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Nikolaev are almost blockaded by Russian troops, Kherson and most of the Zaporozhye region are under the Russian control. The Ukrainian air force and air defense system were almost completely destroyed, the Ukrainian Navy does not exist anymore.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, to date, the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have amounted to about 30 thousand servicemen, including more than 14 thousand killed.
On March 25, the Russian Ministry of Defense officially confirmed that storming of Ukrainian cities is not a priority of the Russian military operation. The Russian troops enter the cities only on the territory of the DPR and LPR. High-precision weapons are used to suppress the entire military infrastructure of the enemy, the main goal is to exhaust the AFU units and force them to surrender.

There were two possible options. The first was to limit the battlefield by the territories of the LPR and the DPR within the administrative borders of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, which is enshrined in the constitutions of the republics. But then we would be faced with the constant reinforcement of the grouping involved in the so-called operation of the joint forces.
Therefore, the second option was chosen, which provides for actions throughout the territory of Ukraine with the implementation of measures for its demilitarization and denazification.
The course of the operation confirmed the correctness of this decision. It is conducted by the General Staff in strict accordance with the approved plan. – the Russian General Staff reported on March 25.

The most important battlefield is the city of Mariupol, the defense of the Azov regiment has cracked in almost all of the districts. Nationalist forces were separated on smaller groups throughout the city. Thier main stronghold are the industrial facilities of Azovstal, located in the southern part of the city.
On March 24, the DPR flag was raised over the Mariupol administration building. Chechen forces that are supporting the DPR units in Mariupol confirmed that the entire Left-Bank district, located in the eastern part of the city and separated from the other regions by the industrial zone of Azovstal, was moped up. On March 25, Russian troops claimed that they are approaching the Azovstal facilities from the north-western direction.

On March 25, the Russian Ministry of Defence claimed that the Russian grouping took control over the villages of Batmanka, Mikhailovka, Krasniy Partizan, Stavki and Troitskoe, developing their offensive on the positions of the units of the 25th Airborne Brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces to the north of the town of Yasinovataya.
Clashes continue in the town of Maryinka, where the AFU were repelled to the western outskirts. The DPR military reports who are already working on the relatively secured areas in the town, confirm that the AFU established heavily fortified positions in civilian facilities and houses in the private sector of the town. Civilians were expelled from their houses, and residential buildings were used as nodal points for communications and supplies as well as observation points and other types of military facilities.

No DPR advances were reported near the town of Avdiivka. Clashes continue to the north of the town, in the area of Novobakhmutovka and Novoselka-2, that were taken under the DPR control.
In the region of Ugledar, heavy fighting continues at the Novomikhailovka-Konstantinovka border.
The counter-attack of the AFU was reported in the village of Malinovka located to the east of the town of Gulyai-Pole, in the Zaporozhie region. According to the head of the local administration, the AFU began the mop up operation in the village. According to the local Ukrainian officials, there were Russian checkpoints established in the village. The claims are yet to be confirmed.
At the same time, the head of the local administration confirmed that the villages of Lyubimovka and Novozlatopol were still under the Russian control.
On the LPR frontlines, no significant were reported for several days. LPR forces took control over several small villages on the outskirts of the town of Popasnaya, like Novoaleksandrovka for example. The mop up operation in the town continues. No advances were reported in the Lisichansk and Severodonetsk region.

The Russian Ministry of Defence has recently confirmed control over the town of Izyum, the AFU are attempting to counter attack, but to no avail. The front lines were pushed to the south, to the village of Kamenka.

Meanwhile, Russian missiles are striking the AFU military facilities. Today, the main targets are fuel depots all around the country. On the evening of March 24, Russian high-precision sea-based cruise missiles Kalibr struck a fuel base in the village of Kalinovka on the Kiev outskirts. It was the largest of the remaining fuel bases of the AFU, which was used for fuel supplies to the Ukrainian military units in the central regions.

Last night, 51 military facilities of Ukraine were hit by the Russian Aerospace Forces.
On March 24, the Kremlin approved the deployment of Russian volunteers in Ukraine. The reinforcement is necessary to continue the advance of the joint Russian, LPR and DPR forces on the Ukrainian frontlines. It was earlier reported that about 16 000 volunteers from the foreign countries, mainly from Syria, could be deployed in Ukraine alongside the Russian military. They are yet to be sent to Ukraine.

The L/DPR People’s Militias received the Osa air defense system, tanks, armored vehicles of various models, including British Saxon armored personnel carriers, pontoon bridges, artillery and many other weapons. The L/DPR forces received US, German and British-made ATGMs that were supplied to the Kiev regime by their Western partners.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation added that among other weapons, 113 tanks and 138 Javelin ATGMs were transferred to the L/DPR.

A day before, the Armed Forces of Russia occupied the storage base of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Tanks, MTLB, and the Strela-10 air defense system were captured as trophies.

In the Western "elites" they do not have enough culture and intellect to even grasp what is shown in this video. References to Great Patriotic War are all there, my maternal grandfather Prigozhin Nikolai Grigorievich was killed there in 1941 in Donbass. Girls also sang it in Luzhniki six days ago.

All eyes are on Mariupol. As of Wednesday night, over 70% of residential areas were under control of Donetsk and Russian forces, while Russian Marines, Donetsk’s 107th batallion and Chechen Spetsnaz, led by the charismatic Adam Delimkhanov, had entered the Azov-Stal plant – the HQ of the neo-Nazi Azov batallion.

Azov was sent a last ultimatum: surrender until midnight – or else, as in a take no prisoners highway to hell.

That implies a major game-changer in the Ukrainian battlefield; Mariupol is finally about to be thoroughly denazified – as the Azov contingent long entrenched in the city and using civilians as human shields were their most hardened fighting force.

Meanwhile, echoes from the Empire of Lies all but gave the whole game away. There’s no intention whatsoever in Washington to facilitate a peace plan in Ukraine – and that explains Comedian Zelensky’s non-stop stalling tactics. The supreme target is regime change in Russia, and for that Totalen Krieg against Russia and all things Russian is warranted. Ukraine is just a pawn in the game – or worse, mere cannon fodder.

This also means that the 14,000 deaths in Donbass for the past 8 years should be directly attributed to the Exceptionalists. As for Ukrainian neo-Nazis of all stripes, they are as expendable as “moderate rebels” in Syria, be they al-Qaeda or Daesh-linked. Those that may eventually survive can always join the budding CIA-sponsored Neo-Nazi Inc. – the tawdry remix of the 1980s Jihad Inc. in Afghanistan. They will be properly “Kalibrated”.

A quick neo-Nazi recap

By now only the brain dead across NATOstan – and there are hordes – are not aware of Maidan in 2014. Yet few know that it was then Ukrainian Minister of Interior Arsen Avakov, a former governor of Kharkov, who gave the green light for a 12,000 paramilitary outfit to materialize out of Sect 82 soccer hooligans who supported Dynamo Kiev. That was the birth of the Azov batallion, in May 2014, led by Andriy Biletsky, a.k.a. the White Fuhrer, and former leader of the neo-nazi gang Patriots of Ukraine.

Together with NATO stay-behind agent Dmitro Yarosh, Biletsky founded Pravy Sektor, financed by Ukrainian mafia godfather and Jewish billionaire Ihor Kolomoysky (later the benefactor of the meta-conversion of Zelensky from mediocre comedian to mediocre President.)

Pravy Sektor happened to be rabidly anti-EU – tell that to Ursula von der Lugen – and politically obsessed with linking Central Europe and the Baltics in a new, tawdry Intermarium. Crucially, Pravy Sektor and other nazi gangs were duly trained by NATO instructors.

Biletsky and Yarosh are of course disciples of notorious WWII-era Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera, for whom pure Ukrainians are proto-Germanic or Scandinavian, and Slavs are untermenschen.

Azov ended up absorbing nearly all neo-Nazi groups in Ukraine and were dispatched to fight against Donbass – with their acolytes making more money than regular soldiers. Biletsky and another neo-Nazi leader, Oleh Petrenko, were elected to the Rada. The White Führer stood on his own. Petrenko decided to support then President Poroshenko. Soon the Azov battalion was incorporated as the Azov Regiment to the Ukrainian National Guard.

They went on a foreign mercenary recruiting drive – with people coming from Western Europe, Scandinavia and even South America.

That was strictly forbidden by the Minsk Agreements guaranteed by France and Germany (and now de facto defunct). Azov set up training camps for teenagers and soon reached 10,000 members. Erik “Blackwater” Prince, in 2020, struck a deal with the Ukrainian military that would enable his renamed outfit, Academi, to supervise Azov.
t was none other than sinister Maidan cookie distributor Vicky “F**k the EU” Nuland who suggested to Zelensky – both of them, by the way, Ukrainian Jews – to appoint avowed Nazi Yarosh as an adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Gen Valerii Zaluzhnyi. The target: organize a blitzkrieg on Donbass and Crimea – the same blitzkrieg that SVR, Russian foreign intel, concluded would be launched on February 22, thus propelling the launch of Operation Z.

All of the above, in fact just a quick recap, shows that in Ukraine there’s no difference whatsoever between white neo-Nazis and brown-colored al-Qaeda/ISIS/Daesh, as much as neo-Nazis are just as “Christian” as takfiri Salafi-jihadis are “Muslim”.

When Putin denounced a “bunch of neo-Nazis” in power in Kiev, the Comedian replied that it was impossible because he was Jewish. Nonsense. Zelensky and his patron Kolomoysky, for all practical purposes, are Zio-Nazis.

Even as branches of the United States government admitted to neo-Nazis entrenched in the Kiev apparatus, the Exceptionalist machine made the daily shelling of Donbass for 8 years simply disappear. These thousands of civilian victims never existed.

U.S. mainstream media even ventured the odd piece or report on Azov and Aidar neo-Nazis. But then a neo-Orwellian narrative was set in stone: there are no Nazis in Ukraine. CIA offshoot NED even started deleting records about training members of Aidar. Recently a crappy news network duly promoted a video of a NATO-trained and weaponized Azov commander – complete with Nazi iconography.

Why “denazification” makes sense

The Banderastan ideology harks back to when this part of Ukraine was in fact controlled by the Austro-Hungarian empire, the Russian empire and Poland. Stepan Bandera was born in Austro-Hungary in 1909, near Ivano-Frankovsk, in the – then autonomous – Kingdom of Galicia.

WWI dismembered European empires into frequently non-viable small entities. In western Ukraine – an imperial intersection – that inevitably led to the proliferation of extremely intolerant ideologies.

Banderastan ideologues profited from the Nazi arrival in 1941 to try to proclaim an independent territory. But Berlin not only blocked it but sent them to concentration camps. In 1944 though the Nazis changed tactics: they liberated the Banderanistas and manipulated them into anti-Russian hate, thus creating a destabilization force in the Ukrainian USSR.

So Nazism is not exactly the same as Banderastan fanatics: they are in fact competing ideologies. What happened since Maidan is that the CIA kept a laser focus on inciting Russian hatred by whatever fringe groups it could instrumentalize. So Ukraine is not a case of “white nationalism” – to put it mildly – but of anti-Russian Ukrainian nationalism, for all practical purposes manifested via Nazi-style salutes and Nazi-style symbols.

So when Putin and the Russian leadership refer to Ukrainian Nazism, that may not be 100% correct, conceptually, but it strikes a chord with every Russian.

Russians viscerally reject Nazism – considering that virtually every Russian family has at least one ancestor killed during the Great Patriotic War. From the perspective of wartime psychology, it makes total sense to talk of “Ukro-nazism” or, straight to the point, a “denazification” campaign.

How the Anglos loved the Nazis

The United States government openly cheerleading neo-Nazis in Ukraine is hardly a novelty, considering how it supported Hitler alongside England in 1933 for balance of power reasons.

In 1933, Roosevelt lent Hitler one billion gold dollars while England lent him two billion gold dollars. That should be multiplied 200 times to arrive at today’s fiat dollars. The Anglo-Americans wanted to build up Germany as a bulwark against Russia. In 1941 Roosevelt wrote to Hitler that if he invaded Russia the U.S. would side with Russia, and wrote Stalin that if Stalin invaded Germany the U.S. would back Germany. Talk about a graphic illustration of Mackinderesque balance of power.
The Brits had become very concerned with the rise of Russian power under Stalin while observing that Germany was on its knees with 50% unemployment in 1933, if one counted unregistered itinerant Germans.

Even Lloyd George had misgivings about the Versailles Treaty, unbearably weakening Germany after its surrender in WWI. The purpose of WWI, in Lloyd George’s worldview, was to destroy Russia and Germany together. Germany was threatening England with the Kaiser building a fleet to take over the oceans, while the Tsar was too close to India for comfort. For a while Britannia won – and continued to rule the waves.

Then building up Germany to fight Russia became the number one priority – complete with rewriting of History. The uniting of Austrian Germans and Sudetenland Germans with Germany, for instance, was totally approved by the Brits.

But then came the Polish problem. When Germany invaded Poland, France and Britain stood on the sidelines. That placed Germany on the border of Russia, and Germany and Russia divided up Poland. That’s exactly what Britain and France wanted. Britain and France had promised Poland that they would invade Germany from the west while Poland fought Germany from the east.

In the end, the Poles were double-crossed. Churchill even praised Russia for invading Poland. Hitler was advised by MI6 that England and France would not invade Poland – as part of their plan for a German-Russian war. Hitler had been supported financially since the 1920s by MI6 for his favorable words about England in Mein Kampf. MI6 de facto encouraged Hitler to invade Russia.

Fast forward to 2022, and here we go again – as farce, with the Anglo-Americans “encouraging” Germany under feeble Scholz to put itself back together militarily, with 100 billion euros (that the Germans don’t have), and setting up in thesis a revamped European force to later go to war against Russia.

Cue to the Russophobic hysteria in Anglo-American media about the Russia-China strategic partnership. The mortal Anglo-American fear is Mackinder/Mahan/Spykman/Kissinger/Brzezinski all rolled into one: Russia-China as peer competitor twins take over the Eurasian land mass – the Belt and Road Initiative meets the Greater Eurasia Partnership – and thus rule the planet, with the U.S. relegated to inconsequential island status, as much as the previous “Rule Britannia”.

England, France and later the Americans had prevented it when Germany aspired to do the same, controlling Eurasia side by side with Japan, from the English Channel to the Pacific. Now it’s a completely different ball game.

So Ukraine, with its pathetic neo-Nazi gangs, is just an – expendable – pawn in the desperate drive to stop something that is beyond anathema, from Washington’s perspective: a totally peaceful German-Russian-Chinese New Silk Road.

Russophobia, massively imprinted in the West’s DNA, never really went away. Cultivated by the Brits since Catherine the Great – and then with The Great Game. By the French since Napoleon. By the Germans because the Red Army liberated Berlin. By the Americans because Stalin forced to them the mapping of Europe – and then it went on and on and on throughout the Cold War.

We are at just the early stages of the final push by the dying Empire to attempt arresting the flow of History. They are being outsmarted, they are already outgunned by the top military power in the world, and they will be checkmated. Existentially, they are not equipped to kill the Bear – and that hurts. Cosmically.

The special military operation is carried out strictly according to the approved plan. In general, the main objectives of the first phase of the operation have been achieved. The combat capabilities of Ukraine’s Armed Forces have been significantly reduced, which allows the Russian military to concentrate the main efforts on achieving the main goal – the liberation of Donbass.
With the beginning of a special military operation, air supremacy was won during the first two days. Russian troops blocked Kiev, Kharkov, Chernigov, Sumy and Nikolaev. Kherson and most of the Zaporozhye region are under full control. These actions are carried out with the aim of causing such damage to military infrastructure, equipment, personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the results of which allow not only to shackle their forces and do not give them the opportunity to strengthen their grouping in the Donbass, but also will not allow them to do so until the Russian army completely liberates the territories of the DPR and LPR.
Currently, the Ukrainian air forces and the air defence system have been almost completely destroyed. The naval forces of the country ceased to exist.
16 main military airfields were defeated. 39 storage bases and arsenals were destroyed, which contained up to 70% of all stocks of military equipment, materiel and fuel, as well as more than 1 million 54 thousand tons of ammunition.
Replacing losses is prevented by isolating the Ukrainian grouping of troops in Donbass, taking control of railway stations and key road routes with firepower. The supply of missiles and ammunition, fuel and food to Ukrainian forces has been almost completely halted. The field depots of missile and artillery weapons and ammunition, as well as fuel located directly in the area of the Joint Forces Operation are being hit.
At the moment, 30 key enterprises of the military-industrial complex have been hit by cruise missiles X-101, Kalibr, Iskander, and the Kinzhal aviation complex, which carried out repairs of 68% of weapons and equipment disabled during combat operations.

All 24 formations of the Land Forces that existed before the start of the operation suffered significant losses. Ukraine has no organized reserves left. At the time of the start of the special military operation, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the National Guard, numbered 260 thousand 200 servicemen. During the month of hostilities, their losses amounted to about 30 thousand people, including more than 14 thousand – irretrievable and about 16 thousand – sanitary.
As of today, 1,351 Russian servicemen have been killed and 3,825 wounded. More than 23,000 foreigners from 37 countries have expressed their willingness to fight on the side of the people’s republics. We offered the leadership of the LPR and DPR to accept this assistance, but they said they would defend their land themselves.
The mainstay of the Kiev regime are nationalist formations such as Azov, Aidar, Right Sector and others recognized in Russia as terrorist organizations. In Mariupol alone, they include more than 7 thousand militants who are fighting under the guise of civilians, using them as a “human shield”.
Of the 2,416 Ukrainian tanks and other armored fighting vehicles that were in combat on February 24, 1,587 units were destroyed; 636 units out of 1,509 field artillery guns and mortars; 163 out of 535 MLRS; 112 out of 152 aircraft, 75 out of 149 helicopters; 36 Bayraktar TB2 UAVs – 35; 180 out of 148 S-300 and Buk M1 air defence systems; 300 out of 117 radars for various purposes.
Since the beginning of hostilities, the Western countries have supplied the Kiev regime with 109 field artillery guns, 3,800 anti-tank weapons, including Javelin, Milan, Konkurs, NLAW ATGM, M-72, Panzerfaust-3, 897 Stinger and Igla MANPADS.
The real purpose of such supplies is not to support Ukraine, but to drag it into a long-term military conflict “to the last Ukrainian.”
At the initiative of the Ukrainian leadership, the country has become a home to 6,595 foreign mercenaries and terrorists from 62 states. They are not subject to the rules of war and will be ruthlessly destroyed.
Today, the number of foreign mercenaries is declining. This was facilitated by high-precision strikes on their bases and training camps. On March 13, more than 200 militants were killed and more than 400 wounded in Starichi and at the Yavorovskii training ground alone.
Not a single foreign mercenary has arrived in Ukraine in the last seven days. Within a week, 285 fighters escaped into Poland, Hungary and Romania.
Significant territories of the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics have also been liberated. The people’s militia has taken control of 276 settlements that were previously under the control of the Ukrainian army and the national battalions.
Units of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic have liberated 93% of the republic’s territory. Fighting is currently taking place on the outskirts of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk. The People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic controls 54% of the territory. The liberation of Mariupol continues.
At the beginning of the special military operation, the LPR and DPR people’s militias were confronted by a group of 59,300 people comprising the most combat-ready units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the National Guard and nationalist formations.
The absolute priority of the actions of the Russian Armed Forces during the operation is the exclusion of unnecessary civilian casualties.
Before the start of the offensive, the AFU units are invited to leave the combat area and move along with equipment and weapons to the point of permanent deployment. Not to resist when the offensive begins and those who lay down their arms are guaranteed safety.
A total of 5,043 tons of basic necessities, food packages, including baby food, vital medicines and hygiene products were delivered.
Since 4 March, the Russian Federation has been providing humanitarian corridors on a daily basis, exclusively for humanitarian purposes, in the directions of Kiev, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol, of which one humanitarian corridor to Russia and one more through Kiev-controlled territories towards Ukraine’s western borders.
In the face of tough opposition from the official authorities of Ukraine, since the beginning of the special military operation, 419,736 people, including 88,373 children, have been evacuated to Russia from dangerous areas of Ukraine, Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics. 49,362 units of personal motor transport crossed the state border of the Russian Federation.
Without any participation of the Ukrainian side, nine thousand foreign citizens who applied for help were assisted in the evacuation.
The Ukrainian side has never confirmed a single humanitarian corridor towards the Russian Federation for the entire period.
This week alone, 17 attacks on civilians traveling along humanitarian corridors were recorded, including the cynical shelling of a convoy of refugees from Mariupol.
All Ukrainian prisoners in the Russian Federation are treated as required by the norms of international humanitarian law. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities, against the general background of the lawlessness that reigns everywhere in Ukraine, grossly violate elementary humane norms, not to mention the requirements of the Geneva conventions, regarding the treatment of prisoners of war.
The rampant crime, looting and marauding and civilian deaths have been caused by the Ukrainian regime’s massive uncontrolled distribution of tens of thousands of small arms to the civilian population, including to criminals released from prisons.
The course of hostilities, the testimonies of civilians who left the blockaded settlements and captured Ukrainian servicemen show that today the AFU’s ability to resist is based on fear of reprisals by neo-Nazis. Their representatives are embedded in all military units.
The militants of the Azov battalion drive women and children out of the basements, threatening them with weapons, and send them towards the advancing units of the DPR in order to hinder the advance of the people’s militia. This has become a common practice for them.
The special military operation in Ukraine with its corresponding objectives and tasks was preceded by an eight-year period of a highly grave humanitarian disaster in Donbass that made more than 6.5 million persons to be victims of violations of human rights and caused deaths of more than 14.5 thousand persons. The almost daily shelling carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalist battalions caused 4,115 infrastructure buildings destroyed and 55,310 damaged, including residential buildings, educational establishments, hospitals and many other social facilities.

The secret cipher telegrams of the 4th brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine and classified documents captured by Russian servicemen revealed the plan for the preparation of the strike groups for offensive actions in the zone of the so-called “joint forces operation” in the Donbass. All measures of the nationalists’ combat coordination were ordered to be completed by February 28. Another gem from Gonzalo! He describes how compliance ultimately leads to self-destruction and how the system is made to select, condition, and reward obedient workers that will never ever dare to question authority until it's too late. Gonzalo acknowledges that there is an intelligence behind this system despite the fact that most world leaders act like senseless automatons. Thankfully, we have an idea of where this intelligence might come from (4D STS pulling the strings of the 'elite' behind the scenes!).
