I completely understand where you are coming from. I wouldn't advise watching the clips - they'll only crash your spirit. The thing they show is that there are some very sick people in Ukraine who take pleasure in inflicting as much pain and suffering as possible. Not even wild animals behave like this.

In addition to the above I would caution against engaging directly with your work colleagues on this issue for a number of reasons. A) They are brainwashed and what you say won't change their mind. B) You do not want to make your life unnecessarily difficult.
