Kiev authorities remove generators from occupied regions of DPR

"Residents of territories of the DPR controlled by the Ukrainian armed forces have reported that the occupying authorities are preparing to abandon the occupied districts. "Preparation" takes place by dismantling boiler houses and transformers for subsequent removal. Residential houses are reportedly not supplied with gas, water, and light, with major interruptions."

"With the onset of winter, the local population will have no choice but to emigrate. The wave of refugees will once again sweep across Europe. The male population is dying at the front."

"The preconditions for the depopulation of Ukraine are being created, making this an ideal time for Western investors (BlackRock funds and others) to enter and take control of the country's infrastructure and resources on the pretext of reconstruction. Everything will be sold at a token price due to the lack of other buyers."

So a friend of mine sent me this book today, and alas it was published by Red Pill Press !

It is a bit dated, but it talks a lot about Bill Browder, so I thought it might be a good resource for those who are interested in understanding the recent history of US/Russia relations and the plans of the West.

From the Intro:

"This book has been a path of discovery. Without a doubt, its most significant aspect is the smouldering but needless conflict between Russia and the Western world. It is my fondest hope with this book to contribute to a peaceful resolution to that conflict. Although I grew up in the “communist bloc,” in the former Yugoslavia, our cultural inclination was pro-Western and largely Russophobic. As a result, my views about Russia essentially matched the negative Western narrative. This all began to change in 2005 when I met Bill Browder, manager of the Moscow-based Hermitage Capital Management. He was the first person I ever heard speaking positively about President Putin. Because his account contrasted so sharply with the Western narrative, I started to pay attention. Since that time however, Browder has changed tack and became a hugely prolific anti-Russia activist. His relentless campaigning achieved a stunning success in 2012 when he lobbied the U.S. Congress into passing the Magnitsky Act, which was damaging to relations between the U.S. and Russia. In 2015 Browder published the book titled Red Notice. Ostensibly a true account of his Russian experience, on closer scrutiny, Red Notice turns out to be untrue in many important details."

There was another video with the murder of several Russian prisoners of war.
Video 18+

I didn't want to bring it here, it's very painful to look at. But. Video, judging by the military uniform - summer. And I think that this video is not the last, the Nazis will start publishing them now, and one of the goals is to cause hatred in the Russian society. Who benefits? On the wave of talk about peace talks that has begun, this is beneficial to that part of the American elite that is against peace talks and is in favor of continuing the war. Beneficial to those who stand behind Zelensky.

Maybe I'm wrong, time will tell.

Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s comment on the shooting of Russian POWs by Ukrainian military

"We have repeatedly drawn the attention of the international community to Ukraine’s cruel and inhuman treatment of detained Russian military personnel. Clips regularly disseminated by the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed how they murder, torture, humiliate and beat people. Without any embarrassment, Ukrainian neo-Nazis showed their “exploits” for everyone to see. These videos will make your blood run cold – "

"The collective West that supports Kiev totally paid no attention to these numerous facts. Such approval by the US and European curators makes them accomplices to the crimes committed by the Ukrainian neo-Nazis whom they foster."

"We demand that international organisations condemn and thoroughly investigate this shocking crime. No atrocity committed by Ukrainian military units will remain unpunished. All those guilty and their accomplices will be identified and punished accordingly. Nobody will escape retribution."

'Ukraine as profit ground: Declaring Russia as "terrorist" state would mean selling more weapons to Euro-Atlantic "allies" for their security.'

NATO assembly urges members to declare Russia ‘terrorist regime’

22 Nov, 2022
The consultative body also demanded additional rounds of military assistance to Ukraine

NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly has adopted a largely symbolic resolution calling on member nations to label Russia a “terrorist” state, claiming Moscow represents a “direct threat” to “Euro-Atlantic security” while demanding more military support to Kiev and an end to restrictions on the “forward deployment of NATO forces.”

The non-binding declaration was passed by the assembly on Monday, with the body warning that “the Euro-Atlantic area is no longer at peace and that the global security environment has deteriorated rapidly” amid continued fighting in Eastern Europe, going on to denounce Russia’s military operation “in the strongest terms.”

The resolution made a series of requests to NATO members, asking them to “state clearly that the Russian state under the current regime is a terrorist one,” and to “increase military, intelligence, financial, training and humanitarian support to Ukraine,” including by “accelerating” arms shipments.

The NATO bloc must “sustain this support for as long as it takes for Ukraine to prevail,” the resolution added, also asking that any existing restrictions on the “forward deployment” of Western forces along Russian borders be declared “null and void.”

Washington alone has authorized nearly $20 billion in ‘lethal aid’ to Kiev since President Joe Biden took office in 2021, with much of that approved after Russia’s military operation kicked off in February. NATO allies have acknowledged concerns that the arms flooding Ukraine’s chaotic battlefield have not been properly tracked, with the new resolution stressing the need to ensure the “traceability of the weapons delivered.”

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky addressed the gathering in a video message before the latest resolution was passed, praising the alliance for its military aid and for helping his country to “defend [itself] in this war.”

The Parliamentary Assembly’s resolutions are not enforceable among NATO members and are intended to merely advise the alliance on pressing issues. The body is “independent from NATO” and has “no direct role of oversight” over its policies, according to its website. Its newly elected president, French Senator Joelle Garriaud-Maylam, took a harsh stance toward Moscow on Monday, claiming that Russian leaders “must be judged as terrorists in front of international tribunals.”

In addition to declaring Moscow a “terrorist” state and other symbolic measures, the Parliamentary Assembly said NATO countries should work to create an “international tribunal” to prosecute Russian officials for alleged war crimes and compel “full reparation of damage loss or injury” linked to the conflict.

While Monday’s resolution was largely focused on Russia and the conflict in Ukraine, it took more than one detour to single out Beijing, urging the alliance to develop a “common allied response to the increasing assertiveness of China.” The document called for “constructive dialogue,” yet also went on to denounce Beijing’s alleged “systemic challenge to Euro-Atlantic security” and “attempts to subvert the rules-based international order.”

The NATO PA declaration came after a similar resolution was adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) last month. Russia left the European NGO in March, calling it a “convenient platform for NATO’s information and political campaigns.”

READ MORE: Biden opposes designating Russia as state sponsor of terrorism

While Kiev has repeatedly urged the West to declare Russia a “state sponsor of terror,” only a handful of countries – including Estonia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic – have heeded the call, and their actions have been limited to symbolic gestures. Russia's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman previously slammed a similar move by Latvia as nothing but “savage xenophobia.” Those with the power to enforce anti-terror sanctions against other states, specifically the US, have so far refused to take that step.

Interesting. It kind of suggests that the senior US intelligence official was non-existent.

While the Ukrainian front lines are inflamed by fierce fighting without any new gains by any of the warring sides, Russian and Ukrainian forces continue their strikes on military and infrastructure facilities.

On November 20, Russian missiles hit Motor Sich which is one of the main enterprises of the Ukrainian military industry. As a result of the attack, a workshop for assembling engines for aircraft belonging to the Air Forces of Ukraine was heavily damaged.

Motor Sich is one of the leading enterpriseinor the production of engines for airplanes and helicopters, and also industrial marine gas turbines and electrical production installations. Russian strikes on the facility will prevent Ukrainian forces from maintaining their aircraft in working order. The Ukrainian health system is facing its “darkest days in the war so far”, the World Health Organization (WHO) has said, with millions of people at risk from a “life-threatening” winter.

WHO Regional Director for Europe Hans Kluge outlined the multiple threats facing the country’s citizens during a visit to Kyiv on Monday, Nov. 21.

“The devastating energy crisis, the deepening mental health emergency, constraints on humanitarian access, and the risk of viral infections will make this winter a formidable test for the Ukrainian health system,” he said.

The warning came as Ukraine’s major energy supplier said power outages in the capital could last until March 2023, being just one of the consequences of Russia’s ongoing war and ever increasing attacks on civilian infrastructure.

WHO has forecast that around 2-3 million people will leave their homes this winter in search of warmth and safety in other European countries.

As well as a high risk of contracting respiratory infections, influenza, and pneumonia, WHO has also warned of the toll of mental health issues on a population living through war in harsh winter conditions.

“The war enters its 9th month, and already some 10 million people are at risk of mental disorders such as acute stress, anxiety, depression, substance use and post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD,” Kluge said.

Over 700 Russian attacks on health care system recorded

WHO has so far verified 703 attacks on health care facilities since the war began nine months ago, Dr Hans Kluge stated.

“Continued attacks on health and energy infrastructure mean hundreds of hospitals and health care facilities are no longer fully operational – lacking fuel, water, and electricity to meet basic needs,” he explained.

The temperature in some regions of Ukraine can drop to − 20C and lower, and many families will be forced to heat their homes with firewood or coal, as well as use portable generators that run on fuel.

These might bring health risks, including exposure to toxic substances harmful for children, older people and those with respiratory and cardiovascular conditions, as well as accidental burns and injuries, he added.

Energy provider: Kyiv Blackouts Might Last Till Spring

Serhiy Kolvalenko, the head of energy supplier YASNO, said in Kyiv on Monday, Nov. 21, that Ukrainians are likely to live without electricity until at least the end of March.

“I would like everyone to understand: Ukrainians will most likely live with blackouts until at least the end of March,” Kovalenko wrote in a post on his Facebook page.

Almost half of Ukraine’s power grid has been severely damaged by Russian missile attacks, which began in October, President Volodymyr Zelensky said in one of his nightly addresses. This had resulted in rolling power outages across the country, as winter sets in and temperatures drop below freezing.
