Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

Kind of true but leaving out the key points, thus misleading. According to many historians and writers, the war could not have happened, at least not in 1939/1941, without USSR's collaboration. Talks and preparations started around 1919-1920 and led to the signing of the Treaty of Rapallo of 1922 by Germany and USSR in a violation of the Versailles Treaty. Close, intense cooperation in both countries’ rearmament started.

A few quotes from Preparata's "Conjuring Hitler" excellent book:
Possibility of Being,
Yep, we discussed it earlier as well as the USSR-Germany cooperation. It is a fact. There was even intensive military exchange of officers for education purposes.
That just confirms that all leading powers and ‘future’ enemies were doing everything to prepare for the biggest ‘showdown’ (yet). We had resources and Europe/States - technology. Also we needed gold to conduct industrialization.
The key difference with that ‘strange’ war, after a year of basically minor success with a perspective of Ukraine regaining territories-oligarchs (with acknowledgments of both governments) continue business as usual. That may be the reason why ukr railways/bridges still not bombed (even head propagandists on TV suggested that reason). We withdrew from the territories where the gas and ammonia pipelines are...etc etc. During Great patriotic war (which was existential indeed) -was not possible💁‍♂️

Talks and preparations started around 1919-1920 and led to the signing of the Treaty of Rapallo of 1922 by Germany and USSR in a violation of the Versailles Treaty.
The USSR was formed on December 29, 1922 (and as the state began to function even later, by the summer of 1923, when the Civil War ended), it could not sign the Rapallo Treaty (April 1922) in any way, it did not yet exist in the spring of 1922.
The agreement was signed by the RSFSR (this is not the same thing as the USSR), except that Russia could not violate the Treaty of Versailles, because. she did not take part in it (she was not invited to Versailles).

A few quotes from Preparata's "Conjuring Hitler" excellent book:
This book stinks, especially in its attempt to equate the USSR with Nazi collaborators in the West. A modern attempt to rewrite the history of the 20th century. This can be seen from the quotes you cited.

Now one wonders what the other powers were doing while Hitler was rearming. And the answer is that they – Britain, the USSR, and the United States – did all they could to facilitate his task. They provided the Nazis with resources, military know-how, patents, money, and weapons – in very large quantities. ...
None of this would have been possible without the unreserved collaboration of Soviet Russia. The Soviets worked in unison with the anti-German directives of Britain as if they were her most faithful ally: they, like Britain, appeased the Führer, and contributed abundantly to the Nazi war machine, shipping carloads of provisions to Germany throughout the entire length of the Nazi rearmament. ...

In fact, while Anthony Eden reached Moscow from Berlin in March 1935, Soviet envoys were in Berlin negotiating with Schacht a long-term loan of 200 million marks, which Stalin would have flaunted as ‘his greatest triumph'. On the basis of this and further, larger availments of credit, the Nazis extended technical know-how for a steady and much more significant counterpart of Russian oil, grain, rubber, and manganese, without which, as is widely recognized, the Wehrmacht would have never been in a position to strike in 1939. The collusion was so intense that in April 1937, Kandelaki, Stalin’s chief economic legate, was received by the Führer in person. Russian convoys laden with war supplies would be regularly sent to Germany until the very day of the Nazi attack, Operation Barbarossa’, June 22, 1941.
A classic example of half-truth from Western propaganda. Let me remind you that the development of Soviet-German relations began YEARS before Hitler came to power.
In 1926, the Treaty of Friendship and Neutrality between Germany and the USSR was signed. Russia lay in ruins and devastation in the mid-1920s. She desperately needed a revival of industry and agriculture, she needed technology.
Neither the United States nor Britain were destroyed as a result of the 1st World War, there was no Civil War after, there was no famine and crop failures and millions of deaths.
With the coming to power of Hitler in 1933, relations between Germany and the USSR cooled very much, and this is a well-known fact.
As for the mission of David Kandelaki in Germany 1935-1937, his meetings with Hitler still do not say anything (Hitler met with many people, on various issues). Moreover, Kandelaki himself was arrested on September 11, 1937 in Moscow, and in 1938 he was shot.
Estimates of Kandelaki's activities are also different, for example, there are such:
It is noted that the order to initiate the improvement of Soviet-German political relations was given by Stalin to the trade representative, and not to the then Soviet plenipotentiary in Germany, Ya. Z. Surits. Attracting special attention to the “mission” of Kandelaki came from the suggestion of the Soviet intelligence defector Walter Krivitsky, who, in his book “I Was Stalin’s Agent”, published on the eve of World War II, presented it as an attempt by Stalin to conspire with Hitler, which the latter rejected. Krivitsky wrote: “Stalin sent his personal emissary David Kandelaki to Berlin as a trade representative so that he, bypassing the usual diplomatic channels, entered into a deal with Hitler at any cost”[7]. A thorough study of the “Kandelaki mission” was conducted by the historian Lev Bezymensky[3][5]. Bezymensky noted: “Kandelaki did not reach out to any of the first persons of the Reich ... It is impossible to talk about any secret agreements, in fact, Kandelaki conducted ordinary probing ... The matter did not go further than probing” [3] - Канделаки, Давид Владимирович — Википедия

You know why don't you?

This book stinks, especially in its attempt to equate the USSR with Nazi collaborators in the West. A modern attempt to rewrite the history of the 20th century. This can be seen from the quotes you cited.
Perhaps you would read the book first instead of judging it by a few small excerpts quoted for a specific context cause?

I agree, absolutely love the Duran but they do spend an awful lot of time appearing completely bewildered (or feigning bewilderment) at the behaviour of human beings who have clear psychological deficits. They do sometimes approach something like consideration of this subject, but it never appears to go deep enough. I spend an awful lot of time watching their videos, essentially agreeing with their stance on geopolitics, but then confused by their apparent surprise that things should be this way. These 'neocons' are insane, yes, they have no reverse gear, correct, but there is a very good explanation for that pattern of behaviour. I think it's a case of extreme specialisation in the subjects surrounding geopolitics at the expense of a more detailed understanding of the bigger picture. But here, together, we can see and describe more parts of the elephant.
I agree with this assessment of the Duran guys. In recent episodes they've continued to 'roll their eyes' at the crazy statements and behavior of the 'Neocons' and the Ukrainian leadership. A lot of talk is about "Why, why...are they doing this?" Admittedly, Alexander talks about how these people are driven by ideology and wishful thinking...and Alex often describes them as crazy (like Ursula van den Crazy).

I don't hold this against them, they're doing excellent work on many fronts, but it would be great for listeners if they'd had understanding (or, maybe they do understand but for some reason they're not saying it explicitly) of the psychopathological and ponerological factors/aspects. It would have an educating value. Plus, it would save some time in the programs – instead of "Why, why, why..." just admit that those peeps are mentally disturbed and some of the big shots are, most likely, psychopaths.

Since the above briefing at the end of February, there have been a few others:
Another from the Russian MoD is dated March 24, this time not about dual-use bioengineering research, in response to the announcement of the UK to send depleted uranium (DU) to Ukraine. The announcement from the UK came close to 24 years after the NATO bombing of Serbia, where DU ammunition was also used. In the presentation, the effects of DU on the populations where they have been used in Iraq and Serbia are shared.

Briefing by Chief of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops of Russian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov on consequences of West nations' supplying Kiev-regime with depleted uranium ammunition
March 24, 2023
On 21 March 2023, UK Minister of State for Defence Annabel Goldie announced in the House of the Lords of the British Parliament that Britain would transfer armour-piercing sub-caliber shells to Ukraine. ‘Alongside our granting of a squadron of Challenger 2 main battle tanks to Ukraine, we will be providing ammunition including armour piercing rounds which contain depleted uranium’.
af2da82e47ff7d6cbc1e4.jpg

The cynical nature of the statement made by the UK Minister of State for Defence is given by the fact that it was made almost on the eve of another anniversary of the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia, on 24 March 1999, when the alliance started its operation called Merciful Angel.
The order to begin bombing coalition forces was given by NATO Secretary General Javier Solana, who said the operation was a humanitarian one.
I would like to clarify what is armour-piercing sub-caliber ammunition.
It is an artillery projectile with a core diameter smaller than the calibre of the gun, used for firing against tanks, armoured objects, usually at direct fire ranges.
c53ad47efcbaf04d3ecf7.jpg

It is to be reminded that depleted uranium is the trivial name for a metal that is based on over 90% uranium-238 isotopes and less than 1% uranium-235.
The use of depleted uranium in such ammunition is associated with its high density, which provides their high armour penetration. This effect is achieved by using the kinetic energy of the core itself, as well as its shell. When hitting the armour, the soft steel shell breaks and transmits its energy to the core, which penetrates the armour.
The tungsten alloys have similar characteristics, but tungsten-based ammunition is more expensive for manufacturing. Depleted uranium ammunition production is much more common in countries that have uranium reserves, the technology to process it and use it in foreign territory, when there is no need to think about the environmental impact.
The use of depleted uranium-based ammunition has no significant advantage over tungsten ammunition in contemporary military conflict.
It should be noted that in armed conflicts, the depleted uranium ammunition was used exclusively by NATO countries.
In particular, in 2003–2004, the US used such ammo in strikes on Iraqi cities: Amara, Baghdad, Basra, Karbala, Fallujah. In total, the United Nations estimates that the US used at least 300 tonnes of depleted uranium in Iraq.
07f123027252ac1246498.jpg

As a result, the radiological conditions in Fallujah were far worse than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the U.S. bombing. This city is still being called the second Chernobyl.
It is to be reminded that the NATO forces used depleted uranium ammunition during bombardment of Yugoslavia in 1999. In all, some 40,000 armour-piercing air-launched projectiles with over 15 tonnes of depleted uranium have been used in that country.
Because of exposure to depleted uranium ammunition, a mobile hot cloud of fine aerosolized uranium-238 and its oxides is generated, which can subsequently provoke the development of serious pathologies.
The main radiation hazard from depleted uranium occurs when it enters the body in the form of dust.
Fluxes of alpha radiation from small uranium particles deposited in the upper and lower respiratory tract, lungs, and esophagus cause the development of malignant tumours. Accumulated in the kidneys, bones, and liver, uranium dust leads to internal organ changes.
9475cbee68dad6b378665.jpg

Thus, according to the Iraqi government, in 2005 the cancer incidence in the country because of the use of depleted uranium rose from 40 to 1,600 cases per 100,000 people. In this regard, Baghdad filed a lawsuit to the International Court of Arbitration in Stockholm on 26 December 2020 against Washington, demanding compensation for the damage caused.
There has also been a 25% increase in cancer incidence in the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
The victims of the irresponsible policies of their own leadership have been the NATO soldiers who took part in the military campaigns in Iraq and Yugoslavia.
Thus, the Report of the Italian Chief Military Medical Inspector (2016) says that 4,095 servicemen of national armed forces deployed in the Balkans (1994-1999) and in Iraq (2003) in areas where NATO forces used depleted uranium ammo have subsequently been found to have malignant tumours of various types. In 8% of cases (330 people), diseases were fatal.
In addition, uranium remains in the soil for a long time and pose a risk of negative effects on people, animals, and crops.
In a report published in Geneva in 2002, a group of experts who carried out research under the auspices of the UN Environment Programme at the sites of the NATO strikes noted: ‘The experts were surprised by the fact that more than two years after the bombings, particles of depleted uranium were still present in the air’.
Moreover, the head of the expert team noted: ‘Uranium bomb fragments were found in Serbia in Plackovica area, which is not marked on the bombing map presented earlier to the UN by the NATO’. The mystery of uranium contamination in Plackovica remains unsolved.
The level of contamination of soil and groundwater in these areas over a long period requires continuous monitoring to assess potential risks.
I would like to draw your attention to documents confirming NATO countries’ awareness of the danger of the effects of this type of ammunition on the troops, civilian population, and environment of the territories. For example, the Summary Report of the U.S. Army Environmental Policy Institute to Congress in 1994, entitled Health and Environmental Consequences of Depleted Uranium Use by the U.S. Army, states: ‘No technology exists for reducing the toxicity of depleted uranium… The cleanup of depleted uranium ammunition areas is extremely difficult’.
In addition, the report by the UK Royal Society in 2001, The health hazards of depleted uranium munitions, noted: ‘The main type of cancer for those affected by depleted uranium munitions is lung cancer’.
The West is well aware of the negative consequences of the use of depleted uranium ammunition. Despite the fact that the use of such ammunition will cause irreparable damage to the health of AFU soldiers and civilians, NATO countries, particularly the UK, have expressed their readiness to supply this type of weapon to the Kiev regime.
c702f6a82cfb1288b31a2.jpg

Moreover, after the use of depleted uranium shells, large areas of crops on Ukrainian territory will be contaminated, and radioactive substances will be spread through vehicles to the rest of the territory.
In addition to the contamination of its own population, this would cause enormous economic damage to Ukraine’s agro-industrial complex, especially crop and livestock production, bringing down any export of agricultural products from Ukraine for many decades, if not centuries, in the future.

West tries to ‘kill’ several rabbits with one stone by providing ukraine with depleted uranium shells 😡
Here is historical summary of using it in Serbia’s bombing.
Several excerpts from articles on the topic.

Depleted Uranium 20 years after NATO aggression kills more Serbs than Covid-19

April 22, 2020

The coronavirus epidemic has diverted public attention from another dangerous plague that causes no less suffering and causes a painful death. We are talking about depleted uranium, which NATO aircraft used during the bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999.
In March last year, the director of the oncological hospital at the Clinical Center of Montenegro, Professor Vladimir Todorovich, gave information that over the past 10 years the number of his patients has tripled, and about 1300 people die from cancer in the country every year (with a population of 630 thousand in Montenegro). Alarming information forced the public to demand from Parliament the formation of an independent commission that would investigate the impact of depleted uranium on the health of the nation. The proclamation was signed by Metropolitan Amphilochius of Montenegro and Primorye, Bishops John, Cyril, Methodius, the late former Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia Momir Bulatovich, Mayor of Budva Marko-Bato Tsarevich, 20 deputies, 10 university professors, 18 doctors… But, unfortunately, the deputies from the ruling party did not give way to this initiative.
In an exclusive interview with the Balkanist portal, a pathologist and forensic expert from Montenegro, Budimir Borovinich, told how depleted uranium used during the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia still has a detrimental effect on the health of the country's residents.
According to many experts, depleted uranium used by NATO aviation 21 years ago, during the strikes on Yugoslavia, greatly increased the risk of malignant tumors in the inhabitants of the country. How much does this correspond to the real picture?
What you are talking about is a proven medical fact. I would say that radioactive radiation (or ionizing radiation of radioactive substances), in this case caused by depleted uranium U-236 and U-238 used during the NATO aggression, has a very harmful effect on the human body — both short-term and long-term. It is most destructive for cells that are in the division phase.

There are three types of tissues in the human body: labile, stable and indivisible. The cells of the first are the most vulnerable, since they continuously divide and thus restore tissue structures. We are talking about the skin, mucous membranes, glandular epithelium, genital and hematopoietic cells. During ionizing irradiation, a large number of cells in these tissues are in the process of dividing, which can lead to the acquisition of new properties and signs characteristic of the appearance of malignant tumors, cancers of blood and lymphoid tissues. The most common consequence of this harmful effect is the occurrence of leukemia and lymphomas (malignant tumors of the lymph nodes and bone marrow), malignant tumors of the respiratory tract, digestive organs, urinary system, genitals, etc.
Cells of stable tissues, if necessary, can also divide, repairing damage to the liver, kidneys, lungs, bones, adipose and connective tissue. Therefore, the cells in these tissues can also mutate at the time of exposure to radioactive substances.
As far as I know, in Montenegro, according to information published by NATO, depleted uranium ammunition was used during an air raid on the Lusitza peninsula (about 850 missiles were fired). It is quite possible that such ammunition was used, for example, during the NATO strike on the Rzhanice area (located in the municipality of Berane in the north of the country), where a tank compound was located during the aggression. It is known that depleted uranium ammunition was mainly used where the object was armored vehicles.

What types of malignant tumors have become increasingly diagnosed in recent years? In your opinion, depleted uranium also played a role here?
As far as I know, we, in Montenegro, do not have accurate information. According to what they tell us, the total number of detected malignant tumors has increased significantly. Unfortunately, this dynamic is especially important for children and young people, which was not the case before. If we talk about gender statistics, men are more likely to detect cancer of the respiratory tract and lungs, as well as the gastrointestinal tract and prostate. Women have breast, cervical, ovarian and lung cancer. Leukemia (blood cancer), lymphoma (damage to the lymphatic system) and sarcoma (malignant tumors of bones and soft tissues) are the most common among children and young people.

To what extent can the effects of depleted uranium manifest themselves in the future?
Depleted uranium U-238 and U-236, in addition to radioactive radiation, releases heavy metals, such as plutonium, during decay, whose effects are particularly harmful. Experts in the field of nuclear physics will tell you better, but in principle, we can expect a further increase in the number of patients with oncology. It should be remembered that radioactive elements suppress the endocrine system, which inevitably leads to infertility. Among the long-term consequences, chromosome mutations can also be called, which often causes the appearance of a tumor. Finally, the impact of depleted uranium on the environment causes some autoimmune diseases, cases of which have also become more frequent.

Here is the map where NATO conducted strikes with depleted uranium (only admitted targets) .

Here is another excerpt:

"The thyroid gland is the first to react to radioactive radiation," Dr. Jodic explained to me. - Over the past ten years, thyroid cancer in Serbia has increased by 300 percent. Sarcoma and leukemia are growing rapidly. The truth is that NATO used our region as a dumping ground for nuclear waste. We still don't know how many depleted uranium bombs have hit our earth. Over the past ten years, we have not seen a single serious government study of the effects of bombing. We're just doctors. Our business is to treat. I have been working in oncology as a surgeon for 40 years. And I say as a doctor: cancer is becoming more and more young, aggressive and inoperable."

WHAT IS DEPLETED URANIUM?

It's just nuclear garbage, whose burial has always been unthinkably expensive. It was not easy to find a country where you can bury nuclear waste quietly, without hype in the press. Depleted uranium-238 is a by-product of the production of enriched uranium-235. Uranium ore passes through hundreds of centrifuges, and the output is 11% enriched uranium and 89% depleted, with which something must be done.

In 1970, the Americans came up with an ingeniously cynical idea of how to use nuclear garbage. Uranium-238 is a heavy radioactive metal with a very high density (twice as high as that of lead, and slightly lower than that of tungsten, a very expensive metal). This means that it can be successfully and cheaply used to produce armor-piercing shells with uranium cores and bullets, as well as to strengthen tank armor (the so-called "uranium ceramics" is a layer of uranium sandwiched between steel sheets).

The Pentagon did not think about the consequences of using small nuclear weapons. Who cares about Iraqi children? Or Albanian? Or Serbian? Yes, scientists warned with all responsibility that uranium is not just radioactive, but mainly chemically toxic. There are three ways of poisoning with uranium. Direct skin contact (uranium shrapnel when a shell or tank explodes). Inhalation of uranium dust, which is formed during the burning of shells. Gorenje And the third way: contaminated water and land, giving poisoned fruits. To realize the horror of these facts, it is enough to say: the half-life of uranium is 4.5 billion years.

"After the bombing of the former Yugoslavia, we demanded maps from NATO indicating the places where the uranium shells fell," says the famous Serbian toxicologist Radovan Kovacevic. "NATO presented maps, but tried to downplay the damage. For example, they indicated 112 locations. I personally found the 113th location when, together with volunteers, I climbed a mountain near the town of Vranye, where there was a TV tower. Radiation detectors almost jammed. The guys asked me: "Boss, what are we going to do? We don't even have protective suits on." I replied: "We take a sample of the earth and run." Now this place is surrounded by barbed wire. If only I found another infected place not listed in the maps, how many are there really?! How many shells were there in general? NATO claims that 31 thousand, the Serbs - 50 thousand, and Russian experts claim that at least 90 thousand."

In 1997, Radovan Kovacevich was the head of the Radiation Protection Center. Even then, based on the experience of the Gulf War and NATO bombing in Bosnia in 1995, Yugoslavia warned the world community that NATO was using uranium-core shells. The world community has remained silent, although annex II to the 1980 Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material classifies depleted uranium as nuclear materials of the second category.

West tries to ‘kill’ several rabbits with one stone by providing ukraine with depleted uranium shells 😡
The Russian Wiki for rabbits claims the European rabbit lives wild in southern Ukraine, but one should think killed game is less healthy to eat if polluted by depleted uranium.

Apart from the step taken by the UK by announcing that they will send DU shells along with their old tanks, perhaps it also helps to raise awareness among some people in the European NATO countries, that the situation in Ukraine could affect them in unexpected ways. Depleted Uranium is not good, however a dirty nuclear bomb, or a sabotaged nuclear plant is easily worse, but isn't that what the West and Ukraine has had in mind too already last year?

Next is are the most recent briefing notes from the Russian MoD, with a post on their TG channel on April 7. Here they lay out that the bio-research appears to be ongoing and with continued Ukrainian participation. At the end, they comment on the origins of COVID and the increased incidence of myocarditis.

Briefing by the Chief of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops of Russian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov on analysis of documents relating to U.S. military and biological activities
April 07, 2023
The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation continues to analyse the military and biological activities of the United States of America and its allies in Ukraine and elsewhere in the world.
a959b64c433b6fdbe53e8.jpg

We have previously cited the names of those involved in U.S. military biology programmes. They include officials from the U.S. Department of Defense, Pentagon contractors, U.S. biotechnology corporations, Ukrainian government institutions and private companies.
Today we show more personalities of the list of Pentagon biological research subjects. These include:
Eliot Jacobs Pearlman, the head of International HIV/AIDS and TB Institute (NGO), Kiev, he was directly involved in the establishment of the laboratory facilities for the implementation of military biological research in Ukraine.
Gregory Glass, a professor emeritus at the Emerging Pathogens Institute, Florida State University. He was involved in studying the tularaemia pathogen in Ukraine. He was involved in the UP-8 project (Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever virus and hantavirus dissemination in Ukraine).
Andrew Pekosz, an American microbiologist and Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
He was involved as one of the lead consultants for the UP-2 Project (Application of geo-information systems, remote surveillance and laboratory diagnosis for the detection of tularaemia and anthrax in humans and animals in Ukraine).
Ukrainian nationals are among the perpetrators of US military-biological projects:
Natalia Rodina is the deputy director general of the Kiev Regional Laboratory Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and a former employee of the U.S. company Black & Veatch. Since 2020, she has been advisor to the Commander of the AFU Medical Forces on laboratory and diagnostic activities.
Yelena Nesterova is the Director of the Ukrainian Institute for Public Health Research She coordinated the activities of Labyrinth Global Health and liaised between Ukrainian government agencies and Metabiota.
73085338f2064edfec061.jpg

Fleeing from responsibility for their involvement in bioweapons projects, many of the individuals involved left Ukraine.
In order to stop any leaks, the U.S. administration is taking immediate action to locate and retrieve material on the Pentagon's illegal activities. Through the Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (STCU), work is carried out on two fronts: collecting data on the location of staff already experienced in so-called 'Ukrainian projects' and searching for new specialists in the field of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) development.
Please take note of the questionnaire sent to STCU online users who are enrolled in special courses. The requirement for participation is dual-use research expertise.
From 24-26 April 2023, online training will take place with the selected candidates, and a in-person meeting in Warsaw is planned in parallel.
During the training, participants will be invited to continue working on closed projects in and outside Ukrainian territory.
We do not rule out the possibility that under the cover of such courses, efforts may be made to plan biological weapons provocations and to start an information campaign against the Russian Federation.

The U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DITRA) is using the capabilities of biologists not only from Ukraine, but also from the Central Asian and Transcaucasian states to carry out its tasks. The US administration has work in this area scheduled to last at least until 2025.
Funding for dual-use projects is provided by the U.S. military through a grant system. The International Science and Technology Centre and STCU are in charge of allocating the funds. The organisation is headed by Ronald Frank Lehman, former head of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
I would like to draw attention to the names of individual ISTC projects without indicating their territorial affiliation.
Project 2410 'Assessment of the natural resistance of the brucellosis pathogen in domestic and wild animals (possibility of brucellosis transmission to humans)' A remarkable fact about the research is that experts from the University of Florida participated in it.
Project 2513 investigates the risk factors and molecular properties of environmentally resistant virulent Enterobacteriaceae. The objective of the study is to identify microorganism strains that are resistant to every known type of antibiotic.
Project 2545 involves simulating the evolution of a few bunyavirus species that are extremely dangerous to people. The UK Research and Innovation is supporting the research on fusing genetic material from harmful viruses.
Remember that the US, its armed forces, and allies are to be protected by the ISTC's biological threat reduction program. This once again confirms that Washington sees the post-Soviet space as a foothold for the deployment of NATO military units.
In the case of Ukraine, we see how imposed by the collective West funding of military-biological programmes leads to the loss of national biological sovereignty and the undermining of our own scientific and technological potential in the field of biological, food, and pharmaceutical security.
6af403fecd8b260ad97af.jpg

The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has previously reported on 'directed evolution' research by U.S. pharmaceutical companies, the so-called Big Pharma, as well as corruption and collusion with U.S. government agencies related to the development and production of vaccine drugs.
It was stated that regulators were undermining present safety and quality norms in favour of corporate business interests. Federal agency personnel occupy important positions in pharmaceutical companies as a result of approving the use of pharmaceuticals without following regulatory procedures.
They include former employees of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Food and Drug Administration: Mark McClellan, current Johnson & Johnson board member; Scott Gottlieb, Pfizer board member; Stephen Hahn, chief medical officer of Flagship Pioneering, a company directly linked to Moderna.
According to the information we have, collusion between officials and the manufacturers of Pfizer's anti-covaccine vaccine has allowed drugs with serious side-effects to be put into circulation. However, at the time the vaccine was approved, Pfizer had actual evidence of an increased risk of serious cardiovascular abnormalities following vaccination.
According to the company's confidential assessment, patients who receive the COVID-19 vaccine are more likely to suffer myocarditis. Since April 2021, Moderna has reported an increase in cases of myocarditis and pericarditis in the United States following vaccination with mRNA vaccines, especially in male adolescents and young adults over 16 y.o. Pathological changes usually occurred within a few days of vaccination, and more often occurred after a second dose.
It is to be reminded that at the request of DITRA and without consideration for any ethical standards, such experiments of very toxic medications with undiscovered dangers of side effects were carried out on Ukrainian civilians and AFU servicemen. This seems to be the norm for the U.S. pharmaceutical industry, which aims to maximise profits, and its implementation is strongly supported by the U.S. Democratic Party.
4c6803fc85ad74926ca2b.jpg

The Ministry of Defence has already noted contradictory statements by U.S. political elites about the cessation of Pentagon work in biolaboratories in Ukraine.
Take note of the minutes from the 20 October 2022 meeting of a working group of U.S. and Ukrainian specialists on ideas for a Biological Threat Reduction Plan in Ukraine, chaired by DITRA officials.
According to the document, despite a forced pause due to the special military operation, activities under the Programme have now resumed. The main objectives at this stage are to continue the construction of biolaboratories in Ukraine and to expand the format of training for Ukrainian biologists.
The Russian Defence Ministry's revelations about the Pentagon's bioweapons activities are forcing Washington to make efforts to conceal the true nature of the work being done.
Thus, it was decided to change the name of the Joint Biological Research programme, which is actually aimed at developing biological weapons components.
The programme has been renamed Biosurveillance Research, as indicated in the Minutes. According to the document, the military department intends to continue research on dangerous pathogens, collect biological material, and send it to the United States.
The Pentagon's plans to continue dual-use research on Ukrainian bio-objects and elsewhere in the world, with a change of programme name, are the result of an 'unclear' response from the international community due to the fear of a number of countries to go into confrontation with the U.S. authorities.
The US Department of State has produced a series of publications in which it attempts to cast doubt on the documented facts of its illegal biological research. On 14 March 2023, for example, a bulletin was published on the U.S. State Department website, once again accusing Russia of disinformation.
The pro-government U.S. media, including the Washington Post, have released State Department statements that flatly deny the established historical facts of the preparation of military-biological attacks in North Korea and China in the early 1950s while ignoring the information provided by the Russian Ministry of Defence in an effort to deflect the backlash from the Democratic Party.
The U.S. is proceeding from the logic that if earlier episodes cannot be proven, then all accusations of today's military-biological activities are disinformation.

It should be noted that the U.S. has never been explicit about how dedicated it is to ensuring research safety in the biolaboratories it oversees. The lack of transparency of their activities creates a risk of the spread of dangerous pathogens in areas where biocontainment facilities are located.
In a related event, a South Korean civil society organisation filed a lawsuit against the U.S. military in Korea and the Fort Detrick Biological Laboratory in August 2021 for breaking domestic law by smuggling harmful materials into American military locations.
The U.S. command in Korea was accused of smuggling dangerous materials into its military locations (in Pyeongchang and Gunsan) between November 2017 and January 2019. On 5 April 2022, South Koreans took to the streets to protest against U.S. biological laboratories near their military base in Busan.
Public demonstrations in Korea are not an uncommon occurrence. Earlier, mass demonstrations against U.S. biolaboratories took place in Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Serbia.
In late February 2023, the International Secretary of the Irish Labour Party, Gary Granger, speaking at a conference on 'Strengthening the threat of the use of biological weapons by NATO against the background of aggravation of international contradictions', said that the threat of such weapons of mass destruction was growing every day.
Granger mentioned that 'Ukraine has U.S.-funded biological laboratories. This could lead to millions of casualties, including the risk of accidents'.
As we have repeatedly noted, moving the most dangerous research outside national territory is part of the United States' biosecurity strategy. The placement of bio-objects in third countries does not take into account the interests of local populations and poses a serious threat to entire regions.

I want to call your attention to a U.S. federal ministry's statement that the COVID-19 pandemic may have been caused by a virus leak from a Wuhan laboratory. The statement stresses that '...the disease has a laboratory origin and the virus is likely to have spread as a result of an accident...'.
The nuance is that this statement was made by the Department of Energy. A legitimate question arises: 'What does the U.S. Department of Energy have to do with combating bio-threats and implementing projects with dual-use features?'
The U.S. Department of Energy is seen by the Russian Ministry of Defence as being on par with the Pentagon in terms of being the primary planner and direct participant in military bioweapons efforts.
In 2023 alone, the Department of Energy officially allocated $105 mln for research as part of the Biopreparedness Research Virtual Environment project, which intends to study the epidemic spread of disease.
I draw your attention to the fact that specialists still have a number of questions about the strange variability and geographical origins of COVID-19 variants for most viruses. For example, the beta strain first appeared in South Africa and was detected in the UK in December 2020; the gamma strain in Brazil in January 2021 and the delta strain in India in June 2021. At the same time, each new version had improved properties in terms of their military-biological applications, causing increasing economic damage.
Despite extremely stringent anti-covalent measures, the emergence in 2022 of subvariants of the Omicron strain
BA-5.2 and BF-7 caused an avalanche-like increase in infections in China. It appears as if someone is taking deliberate action to 'amplify' the pathogenic properties of the virus and the pandemic is being artificially fuelled by 'throwing in' new 'improved' variants. So far, these questions remain unanswered.
In addition, reports indicate that United States leadership continues to involve non-core government agencies not directly related to public health in biomedical programmes, diverting attention away from the primary beneficiary, the Pentagon.
The U.S. Department of Energy 'dual-use biology' activities will be discussed in more detail next time.
One can imagine that information like above is what the Russian Federation shares with their partners in other countries.

Thorbiorn,
That is the russian proverb about rabbits. I thought it was more or less international😅
In english goes- to kill two birds with one stone)
But i got your point)
I meant several aims they want to reach with DU. Utilize by-product on enemy’s territory. Sabotage health of inhabitants (especially on the eve of changes, considering primary suffered thyroid gland tied with pineal gland-antennae) and regional food chain. Direct military aim-test weaponry, killing more soldiers, earn money etc.

Bioweapon programs - worries us even more. Invisible weapons of mass destruction🤯 but i hope that decision will be deterred with our counter potential...🙏

There's videos appearing of a bright flash over Kiev tonight. It looks like it might be a bolide.

To me looks like ‘standard’ celestial incoming) NASA version-seems coinTelpro’ish💁‍♂️ (Video in TG links)

RT shows a flash over Kiev from a different angle

Among the versions discussed by eyewitnesses: the fall of a meteorite, the arrival of a rocket or drone, the fall of a decommissioned NASA satellite. In Kiev, they say that the footage shows the work of the air defense.

Later, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Ermak deleted a post about the work of the air defense in Kiev.

An American satellite has fallen over Kiev, said the head of the Kiev military administration, Sergei Popko.

At the same time, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot yet confirm the information about the fall of the satellite, the representative of the command of the Air Forces Ignat said.

West tries to ‘kill’ several rabbits with one stone by providing ukraine with depleted uranium shells 😡
Here is historical summary of using it in Serbia’s bombing.

Also, Kosovo is devastated with cancer, because the use of DU shells was mostly there. Also very good study by the Italian Army, because many of italian soldiers stationed in Kosovo had cancer.

NAFO is internet group that promote the US/UA version of what happens in Ukraine.

In a way, the joking about aliens is not far off. First, one can say that Ukraine is controlled by people who are aliens, as in not from Ukraine, secondly with many psychopaths in power there is an alien influence projected into the decision-making. And if one wishes to go a step further, there was also this article: The Truth Perspective: Interview with David M. Jacobs: "Walking Among Us: The Alien Plan to Control Humanity"

At night, massive strikes were carried out by the Russian Federation against targets in Ukraine.
Kyiv, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions - "Geran" and air bombs. The strikes lasted more than 2.5 hours.
