Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

I don't know where the common name "captain-obviousness" came from, but a whole "general-obviousness" appeared here. How tempting it is to look smarter and more visionary than everyone, but the main trouble is that in case of anything, no one will ask either Ukrainians or the same Czechs - one magical American slap on the back of the head and everyone lined up. On the windowsills, with stools, in three stripes, in short, there and as the Americans will need.
Ukraine will have "terrible losses": Czech President and ex-NATO general warned Kiev against rushing with a counteroffensive

The well-known Russophobe, ex-head of the NATO Military Committee, and now the leader of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, warned that Kiev would inevitably face "terrible losses", regardless of the power of its forces.

Kiev cannot afford to let the counteroffensive fail, and therefore there is no need to hurry, he stressed.

"For some, it may be tempting to push them (the Ukrainian army) to demonstrate some results. It will be extremely harmful for Ukraine if this counteroffensive fails, because there will be no other chance, at least this year," Pavel said and mentioned that he warned President Zelensky and Prime Minister Shmigal during a recent trip to Kiev.

Ukraine vows to keep killing Russians worldwide

"Spy chief Kirill Budanov suggested that his military intelligence unit was responsible for the murder of Darya Dugina in Moscow"

"In an interview with Yahoo News, held last month but published earlier this week, Budanov declared that what Russia calls “terrorism, we call liberation.” Asked whether the GUR was responsible for the murder of Russian journalist and political activist Darya Dugina in Moscow last year, he gave a cryptic answer."

“Don’t continue with that topic,” he said. “All I will comment on is that we’ve been killing Russians and we will keep killing Russians anywhere on the face of this world until the complete victory of Ukraine.”

"Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman noted remarks by Chief of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate who asserted that Ukraine had been and would be killing Russians "anywhere on the face of this world until the complete victory of Ukraine"

"MOSCOW, May 7. /TASS/. The Kiev regime has confirmed that the administration of US President Joe Biden is a sponsor of terrorism, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel on Sunday."

"The diplomat noted remarks by Chief of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) Kirill Budanov who in an interview with Yahoo News, replying to a question about the Kiev regime’s possible involvement in the assassination of Darya Dugina, asserted that Ukraine had been and would be killing Russians "anywhere on the face of this world until the complete victory of Ukraine."
"This is a direct blow to the White House. The Kiev regime stated that the Biden administration is sponsoring terrorism," Zakharova commented."

Probably everyone has already seen the footage of how mobilization takes place in Ukraine, how people are literally caught by force and taken away by the staff of military enlistment offices. There are a huge number of such footages. I was wondering what happens next? Is it possible that once a twisted person will immediately become obedient when he is released? Of course, this is unrealistic and all this is provided for in the Ukrainian system. In the video, we were given a short tour of the former Ukrainian military enlistment office. The premises are shown, almost like prison cells, where the mobilized were kept and where "work" was carried out with them to "convince" them to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Traces of blood on the floor and on the walls speak eloquently about how this work took place. A street car with bars also makes an impression. According to the guide, deserters were kept there. For comparison, the aviary in which the dog was kept is shown. The conditions of the dog differ favorably from those intended for humans.

This video clearly shows the effect of magic pills that are fed to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The footage is unpleasant and those who do not like to see blood and meat are better not to watch

Separate results of the night raid. Without details.
The night attack on Kiev was the most massive — Klitschko (PHOTO, VIDEO)

The mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko called the night attack of kamikaze drones the most massive since the beginning of the SVO and briefly reported on the recorded damage.

According to him, 36 drones attacked targets in Kiev, and a total of 60 drones were launched at objects in Ukraine.

As a result of the Geraniums raid, a tank with diesel fuel and 15 trucks in the Solomenskiy district were damaged, the city authorities reported

Also, the "burning wreckage" of the UAV fell on the runway of the Zhuliany airfield.

Mayor Klitschko said there were no fatalities in the city. "The wreckage of several drones damaged some social facilities and a multi—storey residential building in the Svyatoshinsky district," he said.

I wanted to go back to the post that I made to illustrate how hard is to navigate in the information war that is currently happening in Poland. It's naive to think that Poles will "wake up" and overthrow their leaders somehow. Even in the Polish anti-system, there's a clear influence of foreign actors.

Although there are several voices that Sykulski is sponsored by Germany, who cares at this point?

Sykulski is a leader of the Polish Anti-war Movement that recently parted ways with another leader, Sebastian Pitoń, after Sykulski's recent posts on Twitter that were made, allegedly, when his Twitter account was stolen (for two days). Then, an old interview with him from 2012 surfaced, which clearly shows his interest in imperialism and transhumanism, which he is trying to keep silent nowadays and play a non-idealist:

You consider technological progress and the growing importance of transnational corporations as one of the main reasons for establishing a Global Union/world government. However, until now, technological development has taken place without the need for any control or supervision by the world's political center. Where does the conviction that the international center will take better care of technological development than the existing institutions come from?

– The development of key technologies has always been controlled by the greatest powers (e.g. the development of nuclear physics). Currently, the development of the highest technologies is carried out only in a dozen or so richest countries, or within the confederation (EU). Today in the world there is an incredible waste of money, energy and time to conduct parallel research in the same fields of knowledge in different parts of the world. The essence of the matter is the introduction of specialization that would allow more economical use of the resources of our planet. It is therefore about global coordination of scientific research, but not only. It is also important to control the effects of using advanced technologies. Scientific achievements in the field of artificial intelligence,

(...)

It seems that the weakest point of your concept is the assumption that the 21st century is a century without ideology. These echo Max Weber, who claimed that progressing industrialization is accompanied by secularization. While all religious studies indicate a progressive religious revival, which may falsify your assumption on which you built the entire vision of the existence of the Global Union.

– The religious revival of the late 20th and early 20th centuries is superficial, it is a response to the first wave of globalization processes and the dominance of Western civilization along with the secularization it brings. Weber's "disenchantment of the world" is in progress, but it does not lead to where the German scientist wanted it. This is a turn towards "postmodern magic". This stage is characterized by strong but marginal religious extremism and shallow adoption of new religions or return to old beliefs. In the next stages, we will deal with a process geared towards religious syncretism.

The strongest criticism of the "age of ideas without ideology" comes from people strongly attached to analyzing the sphere of politics through the prism of political thought, ideology or political systems, as well as analyzing spheres of power through the prism of the nation state. Today, it is impossible to analyze the sphere of politics without taking into account the development of modern technologies and their impact on the life of societies. The 21st century imposes thinking in global terms. In this context, a question of a meta-strategic nature (including the goal and scope of humanity's activities for the next century) should also be asked. The high level of technological development will bring a radical change in social and political relations.

The already mentioned transhumanism draws extensively not only from the natural and technical sciences, but also from social sciences. The social transformations that will take place in the future under the influence of technological development are important. Contrary to appearances, this current of thought is not only aimed at increasing the capabilities of the human mind and body, but also spiritual. In the H+ area in the world, e.g. for this purpose, research by Polish scientists, such as the late prof. Kazimierz Dąbrowski and his theory of positive disintegration transferred to the social ground.

When dealing with analyzes of the distant future, it is worth reaching for the works of such authors as Max More, Marvin Minsky, Fereidoun M. Esfandiary (known in the community as FM-2030), Nick Bostrom, Ray Kurzweil, Daniil Medvedev, Alexey Turchin and Vladimir Shabalin. I recommend readers to read the "H+" magazine, the Singularity University website or the Extropy Institute.

"The Wagner PMCs and its volunteers should come under the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, then there will be no problems with supplies," State Duma Deputy Viktor Sobolev said. "In principle, we should not have these private military campaigns. Everyone must obey a single command. Everything should be centralized," the Lieutenant General said.

Surovikin’s plan was to simply use Bahkmut to grind down the Ukrainian military. Wagner’s freedom of tactical decision making took them in the direction of capturing Bahkmut, that is, gaining ground and territory. Here, there is a conflict of aims. If I plan to supply you with a certain amount of munitions for one goal, and you decide to work towards a different goal which requires more munitions, then we’re going to have a problem.

This is why Wagner has now been placed under the executive operational direction of Surovikin.

Of course, your usual reactionary impulse of always trying to find some catastrophic implications in any and every decision made by Russia in this conflict means that for you, @Anthony, this is a bad thing. It’s useful for us here on the forum to see your reactions, though, because it gives us an excellent way of gauging how anti-Russian propaganda influences the minds of Russians who are susceptible to it.

T.C,
Your last point unfortunately works both ways. Interestingly, why people inside Russia percept the situation in a more pessimistic (i would say-realistic) way, then the western auditory💁‍♂️ May be the whole nation is under the hypnosis of western propaganda, still not seeing victory or at least visible perspectives of it? Only growing suffering. Or might it be, that from here it is easier to evaluate the situation, feel what people (having relatives there) or from the near the battlefield region think and discuss by word of mouth in the long chain of relatives, friends, colleagues etc etc...
Serious questions arise in a snowball dynamic. Yep, you correctly pointed that i am more emotionally so to say ‘involved’ in the topic, but it is for obvious reasons.
By the way Syrovikin was sacked quite a long time ago.

"The situation is wild." Putin has changed commanders in Ukraine 17 times since the beginning of the war.

The fiasco of the victorious blitzkrieg, which the Kremlin was counting on when starting the invasion of Ukraine, led to chaos in the management structure of the Russian army.

Since the beginning of the war, Russian President Vladimir Putin has changed high-ranking generals in the military at least 17 times, experts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have estimated.

The president changed the commander of the Western Military District four times, the Eastern - three times, the Southern and Central - twice. Three times during the war, the commander of the airborne Forces was replaced and the same number of times - the commander-in-chief of the entire group, thrown to conquer Ukraine.

In April last year, it was led by Alexander Dvornikov, two months later he was replaced by Gennady Zhidko, who, after the surrender of the Kharkiv region, was replaced by Sergei Surovikin, who was noted for massive strikes on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.

In January, Surovikin was dismissed, and in his place came the head of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov, who, however, failed to show results in the winter offensive.

The chaotic throwing of Putin, who, having no military experience, began to take a direct part in military planning and dismissed generals who did not bring victory one by one, "split" and "disorganized" the command structures of the army, ISW notes: as a result, its ability to conduct a "holistic" campaign was undermined

Resignations and appointments in the Russian army take place in secrecy. "The situation is wild," a source close to the Defense Ministry tells The Moscow Times: commanders of groups and fronts were more famous during the Great Patriotic War than they are now.
You may say unreliable source. But that deny the fact?...💁‍♂️

I listened to the Duran guys and heard their view that Prigozhin soon with be replaced as the head of Wagner. This is only one of the theories about his outrageous and provocative behaviour.

At this moment their theory turns out to be incorrect, since in effect Prigozhin and Wagner are going to get everything they asked for and more. And they stay in Bachmut. And also at night they initiated a particularly heavy attack.

Another important note is that Surovikin's role (at least officially) is a go in between Wagner and MoD. This is also a "win" for Prigozhin, because he likes and respects Surovikin.

So on the surface it seems that Prigozhin got what he wanted. Apparenly this happened after "Prigozhin's problem" was discussed "at the very top". Meaning, that this probably came from Putin himself.

But it doesn't mean that this is the end of the story. Apparently today Kadyrov said something rather cryptic. That "there was an ambiguity with the command of Wagner in some respects."

"There was an ambiguity in some moments with the command of the PMC, but we will deal with it," the head of Chechnya wrote in his Telegram.

According to Kadyrov, there will be no chats for everyone to see. All issues will be discussed face to face.

So it seems that there are some unresolved issues that this time will be discussed in a "no drama" manner. It's possible that Kadyrov will let him know that Prigozhin may have to step down. Or maybe there are some other ambiguities. We simply don't know and have to wait and see.

Maybe after taking Bachmut, Wagner will be sent to rest for an indefinite time. They do need and deserve rest, so something like this wouldn't be surprising. Very hard to speculate when you know that most of the theories will turn out to be wrong anyway. :-D

Just to be clear, when I said that Wagner was to come under 'executive' control of Surovikin, I didn't mean he was going to be replacing Prigozhin. There's no need to replace Prigozhin, since I think he has about as much military and tactical say over Wagner as Colonel Sanders has over Kentucky Fried Chicken.

And that's probably one of the reasons for this ambiguity that Kadyrov talks about. I think the other reason is that even if Wagner have been acting somewhat autonomously when it comes to their decisions, ultimately, they've probably been doing so with the blessing of Russian military command. So the situation's a bit blurry.

I'd say its something like this. And another thing, if Prigozhin dont have someone big to watch his back, and after all his rants, sonehow I think that some stray bullet would find its way to his back. Which didnt happened, which show us its all, more or less just theatrics. IMO.

I really dont think that is so important which general are in direct command. If the goals are known then all of them are just ttechnician whose task is to implement those ideas on the field. Its not Kutuzov or Zhukov times.

How accurately noted. Bravo!
As much as I would not like to enter into personal communication with the gentleman you are writing about, but I have two urgent wishes and one suggestion for him.
The first wish is not to write on behalf of "people inside Russia". I am the same "people inside Russia", I do not share views similar to the views of this gentleman, as well as many of my acquaintances. If it was written, for example, "some residents of Russia", then I would have no complaints.
The second wish is to indicate the cited sources. It is more or less clear what it is, but it would still be better to know for sure what kind of garbage you don't have to go into.
And finally a suggestion. By analogy with the above passage, I have composed a plot for this gentleman and offer him to sell them this plot. The plot is as follows. In the wake of drones over the Kremlin, everyone spoke out: Medvedev, Volodin, a bunch of deputies. Putin, huddled in fear in the deepest and most inaccessible bunker, did not dare to show his shaking hands, like Yanaev's (if anyone remembers such a figure)

For what it is worth, here is Helmer's look into Prigozhin, which hints further at Maskirovka, and yet perhaps its not. Helmer, though, follows up with a few backdated points that don't seem to accompany, or contradict many of the forward points.
