Sometimes it's quite funny to see it happening almost in real time. Remember one case not so long ago when official Russian media quoted Sergey Markov (as an expert and authority) as confirming some piece of news that originated in TG. TG itself was a real echo chamber, everyone quoted someone else. Eventually they would back up their claims bringing up Markov. After some long digging, managed to find what Markov actually said, and it was just "according to some TG channels X happened". Nevertheless, "Markov confirmed X happened" was already all over the Runet.

It became much easier to breathe, but the trouble was that it was quite simple to pull out this valve, but to insert it correctly back so that the gas mask worked as it should, it was quite difficult and generally impossible to do without removing the gas mask. Our commanders were also not fools and knew such "tricks" and in order to identify such "cunning men" they did a simple thing. A couple of chloropicrine checkers were thrown into the dugout, the entrance to the dugout was hung so that the smoke from the checkers did not come out and all those who returned from the march were forced to enter this dugout and just stay there for a while. Это мероприятие само по себе нелегкое, когда навьюченным всем снаряжением надо за ограниченное время добраться до указанного пункта. Наши замечательные командиры, для того чтобы мы не расслаблялись, в процессе этого марш-броска отдавали команду надеть противогазы. Бегать с грузом в противогазе-это нечто незабываемое. Кажется, что ты вот-вот задохнешься. И вот, чтобы облегчить себе это задание некоторые солдаты выдергивали из противогаза клапан для выдоха. Дышать становилось гораздо легче, но неприятность заключалась в том, что выдернуть этот клапан довольно просто, а вот правильно вставить его назад, чтобы противогаз работал как ему положено, довольно сложно и вообще не возможно сделать, не снимая противогаза. Командиры наши были тоже не дураки и знали такие "хитрости" и вот для того, чтобы выявить таких "хитрецов" они делали простую вещь. В землянку бросали парочку хлорпикриновых шашек, вход в землянку завешивали, чтобы дым от шашек не выходил и всех тех, кто возвращался с марш-броска заставляли заходить в эту землянку и просто побыть там немного. Те, у кого противогаз был исправен, спокойно это проходили, а те, у кого противогаз был без клапана не могли находиться в землянке и нескольких секунд. Признаюсь, что я пару раз попадался на такое и что такое хлорпикрин я знаю хорошо.

Ocheretino-Arkhangelskoye. There have already been hasty reports allegedly about the capture of the village of Arkhangelskoye. In fact, this is not the case - our assault groups have only entered the village from the south from two sides so far.
Fighting continues between Ocheretino and Keramik at this point for this fortification of the AFU - 48.245817, 37.657630. The Keramik itself is being cleaned, as well as on the approaches to Arkhangelskoye - there are many gray areas. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are retreating to Novoaleksandrovka, hastily erecting defensive positions there.
