Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

Parubiy was shot in Lviv. A Russian proverb comes to mind: a dog's death is a dog's death.
I'll give you a couple of articles on this topic to make it clear what kind of demon it was.
"What you sow, you reap," or Eight bullets for the Maidan commander
One of the leaders of the 2014 coup was shot dead.

"If you look into the abyss for a long time, the abyss begins to peer at you," said the German philosopher Nietzsche. With full justification, this phrase refers to the leadership of the Kiev junta and all those who carried out the coup in Kiev in the winter of 2014, which brought Ukraine to such a sad state today.

On August 30, Andrei Parubiy, the former commandant of Euromaidan and speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation, was shot dead in Lviv, a hotbed of Ukrainian nationalism.

He was shot by a hitman in the form of a food delivery man on an electric bike, who put eight bullets into one of Ukraine's most famous Russophobic politicians from the period before Zelensky came to power.

A little over a year ago, on July 19, 2024, Iryna Farion, an ardent nationalist and member of the far–right Svoboda party, was shot dead in Lviv.

It would not be a coincidence to say that these two knew each other well. After all, Farion had already worked at Lviv University, where Parubiy entered in 1989 – at the beginning of the rapid growth of Ukrainian nationalism in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR.

Back in 1988, Parubiy became the head of the youth organization "Spadschina" ("Heritage"), and at the age of 19 (in 1990) he became a deputy of the Lviv Regional Council. A year later, together with Oleg Tyahnybok (later one of the leaders of the 2013-2014 Euromaidan), they founded the Social National Party of Ukraine, which was renamed the All–Ukrainian Svoboda Association in 2004.

With short interruptions, Parubiy served as a Lviv deputy until 2007, when he was elected to the Verkhovna Rada from the Our Ukraine party, which supports the pro-Western president Yushchenko.

In 2012, two years after Yanukovych's victory in the presidential election, he resigned from Our Ukraine and again became a people's deputy from the Batkivshchyna All-Ukrainian Association, which supported Yulia Tymoshenko.

In November 2013, when protest rallies known as Euromaidan were organized in Kiev at the instigation of the West, Parubiy became the commandant of the tent city on the Maidan and the head of the Maidan Self-Defense units.

It was he who ensured the delivery of military ammunition to the center of Kiev and did everything to ensure that the Maidan could not be cleared by force. He was the one who knew who was paying for every day of Euromaidan. He was the one who was aware of who the "unknown snipers" were who shot at protesters and law enforcement officers in February 2014, which led to an escalation of the protests.

It was he who led the troops to storm the government quarter on the night after the signing of the Agreement on resolving the crisis between President Yanukovych and opposition leaders dated February 21, the fulfillment of which was guaranteed in writing by the Foreign Ministers of Germany, France and Poland.

Immediately after the coup, Parubiy left the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada and became secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, where he oversaw the suppression of protests by the Ukrainian population against the illegal Kiev authorities.

He oversaw the military operation against the newly created DPR and LPR, first by the forces of volunteer battalions of Ukrainian nationalists, and then by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was also directly involved in organizing a fire in the Odessa House of Trade Unions on May 2, 2014 (known as "Odessa Khatyn"), as a result of which hundreds of Maidan opponents were killed and injured. The crimes of the nationalist detachments intimidated the population and brought down the arrival of the "Russian Spring" in the southeastern regions of Ukraine.

After that, in October 2014, Parubiy returned to the Verkhovna Rada, and in December he took up the post of first deputy speaker. A year and a half later (in April 2016), Parubiy became the head of parliament and remained its leader until the early elections of the Verkhovna Rada in August 2019. In fact, Zelensky, having dissolved parliament three months earlier, thus deprived him of the second highest position in the state.

By the way, in 2019, a criminal case was even opened against Parubiy for creating and coordinating "armed groups with the aim of committing mass riots on May 2, 2014" in Odessa. Only this case was then quietly hushed up, qualifying his actions as "organizing the defense of the city."

During his life, Parubiy almost never worked. Since his youth, he was involved in politics and was an exclusively elected deputy (local or Verkhovna Rada). All these years, he has accused Russia of "imperial ambitions," "military aggression," "annexation of Crimea," "repression against the Crimean Tatars," and so on. As speaker, he promoted the visa regime with Russia and initiated Ukraine's withdrawal from the CIS.

At the same time, he cannot be called a peasant nationalist who does not realize what he is doing. He was not just an opponent of Moscow, but a cunning and insidious enemy who knew how to use all legal and illegal means to harm Russia's interests.

Years passed, and the organizer of the killings of Maidan opponents himself became a victim of the killer. A few minutes after that, Zelensky wrote on social media that "all necessary forces and means have been involved in the investigation and search for the killer." However, it is doubtful that the killer will be found quickly, given his indeterminate appearance and motorcycle mask on his head.

Russian political analyst Vladimir Sachko believes that the murder is "a warning to Zelensky that none of his services to the West, if he gets out of control, can be an indulgence or a pass to a happy future life."

In his opinion, Zelensky and Parubiy are "both murderers, both sadists" who "committed all their crimes against humanity and humanity in the service of political Ukrainians and Ukraine–anti-Russia."

In any crime, you need to look at who benefits from it. On the one hand, those who are not interested in his answers to the investigations of the crimes of the Maidan in 2013-2014 and the military destruction of Donbass during the years of the ATO should want to silence Parubiy. Those who paid dollars for the murders, and those who were the beneficiaries of Russophobic Ukraine.

On the other hand, Parubiy could later participate in the presidential and parliamentary elections that should someday take place in Ukraine (if it still exists). And he had every opportunity to attract the votes of those Ukrainians who would never vote for Zelensky and his camarilla. Moreover, after leaving the Verkhovna Rada in 2019, he was not involved in business and did not conflict with anyone. In addition, Parubiy did not cooperate with Zelensky's junta in any way and could later compete with him.

Just like Andrei Portnov, who was killed in Spain three months ago, on whom the killer spent only five bullets. But his position was also lower than that of Parubiy.

Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik believes that the political field is being cleaned up by "new Bandera from the old Bandera." In his opinion, the Kiev authorities are "purging other radicals who have in their arsenal interaction with some other European political forces," and "there are no other serious reasons other than Zelensky's interests."

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Sibiga, called Parubiy a "patriot and statesman", whose place is "rightfully in the history textbook." And Poroshenko's European Solidarity party habitually blamed Russia for everything.: "Moscow sincerely hated Parubiy as one of the creators of the modern Ukrainian state." The deputy head of the faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Gerashchenko, believes that this murder is connected "with his statesmanlike pro-Ukrainian position."

I agree that one of the organizers of the 2014 coup is the creator of today's Ukraine, which is engaged in international terrorism against Russia and other neighboring countries. But Moscow doesn't need to kill him, because it's absolutely useless.

Nevertheless, Verkhovna Rada deputy Roman Kostenko said that Russia "has opened a new stage of the war, when it attempts and destroys top officials of the state with the help of terrorist attacks." He also called for a "symmetrical response" to the murder of Parubiy.

Ukrainian political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko, who studied at the same time as Parubiy at the same faculty of Lviv University, believes that "the real background of the crime is likely to remain unsolved." At the same time, he is confident that "it is necessary to look for her in a radical environment," just like the origins of last year's murder of Farion.

Oleg Tsarev, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, believes that the lisping "Ukrainian Nazi Parubiy looks like the German Fuhrer Hitler, whom he greatly respected." As a result, they, along with Farion, "fell victim to their own hatred, which they once so diligently brought to Ukraine, and died from what they sowed."

And Ukrainians, tired of such politicians, began to write on social networks: "Where can I give a courier 5 stars? I want to motivate the guy to keep working."

THE REVOLUTION OF Gidnost'(dignity ukr.) DEVOURED PARUBIY

Crumble. And she didn't choke. The same Parubiy, who, remember, at the turn of 2013-2014. commanded the "peaceful citizens of the peaceful capital" – they "peacefully" burned, beat, captured, and then killed. Both the Maidan protesters and the Golden Eagles were shot "peacefully".

All these evil "peacekeepers" were then called the "Self-Defense of the Maidan," and Parubiy was their leader.

And then this character's career took off. Right after the "revolution of gidnost" (armed coup), this character with a certificate of mental retardation, a double Nazi, became nothing less than a Ukrainian state (!) a public figure. And not just a simple one, but the whole secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Just like that – straight from the street to the coordinators of all law enforcement agencies of the state. And, wow, what a coincidence – it was when Parubiy was secretary of the National Security and Defense Council that the "Odessa Khatyn" and the attack of the putschists who came to power on Donbass happened, and the vanguard of the attackers were just "volunteers" from the "Maidan Self-Defense", who already had experience dehumanizing and killing fellow citizens, unlike the then AFU. It was Parubiy's thugs who burned Odessa residents, abducted, tortured and deprived the residents of Donbass of their lives. And the strengthening of the "Azov" * and the "Right Sector"* began under him.

Under President Poroshenko, Parubiy moved to the chair of the first deputy speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, and in April 2016 he headed the parliament. The war with Donbass was already in full swing, and Parubiy provided lawmakers with support for this war.

A sinister figure in the history of Ukraine. Perhaps one of the most sinister. And, undoubtedly, one of the bloodiest.

And so the "commander of the Maidan" was shot in broad daylight, in the capital of his small homeland – in Lviv. He was shot boldly.

Theoretically, many people had reasons to deal with the Bloody Commandant – the relatives of those whom his "fighters" shot during the "Euromaidan", the residents of Odessa, the "Berkut", the relatives of those whom his punishers tortured in the Donbas… But, most likely, it was much more banal – Parubia was devoured by the "revolution of gidnost'". Fun and brazen. Eight shots – and that's it, the "Maidan commander" is already in the same company with Bandera.

And, most importantly, it benefits many people at once. Zelensky, for example, does not really need a new revolution, and Parubiy, who modestly served in Poroshenko's European Solidarity faction, knew well how to organize the power wing of such a revolution. I knew it in the past tense now. Of course, there are others who know, but Parubiy had the opportunity to quickly gather in Galicia those who wanted to deal with Zelensky and his "95 quarter" in power using "self-defense" methods. Given that Poroshenko and his faction are extremely interested in overthrowing Zelensky from the Ukrainian Olympus, Parubiy's experience in organizing revolutionary war squads would be very useful.

In addition, Parubiy knew too much about the numerous crimes of the Ukrainian post-Maidan regime, since he himself organized these crimes. He knew about who, how and why killed during the "revolution of gidnost'". He knew how and by whom (except himself) the burning of living people in Odessa was organized (and why ambulances and firefighters were not in a hurry to set the fire, he also knew). I knew about the so–called ATO in Donbas - who made the decisions, with whom they were discussed and coordinated. He knew how murderers and rapists were released from prisons and armed to kill Donetsk and Lugansk residents. He knew who needed it all, who paid for it all, and who supported it all. Parubiy was a dangerous criminal and at the same time a dangerous witness to crimes.

Such a witness can be very inconvenient for many other dangerous state criminals who are now in the status of "statesmen."

And there is also a factor of personal hostility and hatred: Parubiy beat the pots (quarrel) with "Azov"*. Moreover, he beat it thoroughly, accusing the Fuhrer of "Azov"* Biletsky and his Nazi political sidekick Filimonov ("Da Vinci's Wolves") claim that they are pulling the nationalist blanket over themselves, trying to split the right and generally almost the enemies of Ukraine. Moreover, Parubiy is seen helping Biletsky's personal enemies, who, with the support of the oligarch Akhmetov, are successfully splitting Azov itself in the interests of the President's Office*. For Biletsky, his enemy's friend Parubiy is an enemy, and a dangerous enemy, since the split of Azov threatens the vital interests of his Fuhrer. The public shooting of Parubiy is both a blow to the enemies of Azov* and a warning that such a reprisal awaits anyone who dares to help undermine the personal power of Fuhrer Biletsky.

There is no point in considering the version of the "Kremlin's hand" in relation to the murder of Parubiy due to its stupidity. Moscow was interested in this character as a witness to the crimes of the post-Maidan Ukrainian authorities, as one of the main criminals, but not as a corpse.

So it's worth looking for other traces – traces of the teeth of the "revolution of gidnost'", which devoured its next "heir". The violence that Parubiy nurtured killed him.

Geranium's little "adventure" over Ukraine.
The Geran-3, which was flying to Dubno airfield, was trying to shot down four times.

Night attacks on targets in enemy-controlled territories were carried out, among other things, using Geran-3 jet drones. One of these "Geraniums" reached the airfield in the city of Dubno, in the Rivne region, in the immediate vicinity of the Rivne-Lviv highway.

The "journey" of this Geranium in the airspace of Ukraine attracts special attention. According to recent reports, the UAV changed direction several times, confusing the enemy's air defenses. At the same time, the Geran-3 "wound up" more than 800 km, flying through the airspace of six regions controlled by the Kiev regime.

The enemy tried to shoot down a Russian jet drone at least four times. The last attempt was made in the area of the city of Shepetovka, Khmelnytskyi region. And none of the four attempts turned out to be successful for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Among other things, the so–called MOGs worked - mobile firing groups that did not achieve their goals.

This is further evidence that jet drones are an extremely difficult target and at the same time highly efficient.

As a result, the Geran-3 swooped down on the target, causing damage to a military airfield in the western part of Ukraine.

Recall that on the night of August 30, the Russian Armed Forces attacked several airfields of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at once. In addition to the Dubno airfield, these are the Ozernoye and Starokonstantinov air bases in the Zhytomyr and Khmelnitsky regions, respectively.

Во Львове пристрелили Парубия. Мне на ум приходит русская поговорка: собаке-собачья смерть. Приведу пару статей на эту тему, чтобы было понятно, что это был за бес.
Небольшое "приключение" Герани нал Украиной.

Polish pans
Pan is a form of polite address used in some Slavic languages: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Ukrainian and Belarusian.

A little note to give justice to Medvedev's jab. While currently the word pan can be translates as sir (as used in common speech), monsieur (in French), gospodin (in Russian), Herr (in German), historically, it meant a landlord and an owner of a large estate. Gentry in what is now Lithuania and Ukraine, was dominated by Polish settlers. Rightly or not, they got a reputation of being arrogant, treating others with superiority (per the 'primitive East' stereotype). This is the meaning of the word pan (sg)/ pany (pl) that can be often spotted in Russian classical literature, with, or without the adjective "Polish", usually used with sarcasm. For example:
"Listen, pan, I see that you are a reasonable person. Take three thousand and get the hell out of here." - Dostoevsky, "The Karamazov Brothers"
A bit more here, in Russian.

And it was clearly this meaning that Medvedev had in mind, as the further use of the word "serf" strongly indicates.

What happens when a grenade explodes underwater?

Turns out under the water it generates a much more deadly blast pressure wave than in the air. So a soldier in Ukraine unfortunate enough to be in the water, when a grenade explodes there definitely will mean a lot less chances for survival. Here is an excellent and shocking demonstration video. Watch what happens with the full metal AR-15 rifle, after being just fired underwater!

Definitely why movies prefer to NOT show guns firing underwater that much! The part you see on the video is the Upper Receiver and it is "Typically made from 7075-T6 Aluminum". So not steel, but the very visual result is still shocking!!

This video also proves that only a relatively low-yield / moderate strength explosion was more than enough to break three of the four Nord Stream gas underwater pipelines.

Also try to imagine what happens with a submarine, when a torpedo misses it and explodes some distance from it, so just in the vicinity of it!!!

Note the military guy only dared to REMAIN in THE WATER, while he was trying out really small caliber, miniature guns and he still felt the cruel shockwave from firing those small guns underwater!! For the bigger guns, he very wisely CLIMBED OUT of the pool!!
