Hi, just an update of the Soul Hackers cover we've come up with and any feedback is welcome:

:)

Great job!!! I like the colours, illustration and font.. It's clean and attractive..

Okay guys here are some more options. Now, I know the Wave title for the first pic is a little too big, but I was playing around with the font size (exampled in the last pic)

Personally I didn't like the second pic all that much-- too skelloteny for me so I made the first one which i like the best. Except for the font size... which I can fix if you guys like the idea.

All feedback welcome!!

hmmm for me the imagery is too violent. Maybe "stripped to the bone" could be suggested symbolically rather than a litteral depiction :/

So much interesting artwork by so many people! That is so great.
Are the designs finalized or there is still room for some (late) contributing and ideas?
I am sad i missed this thread and the chance to offer my little help in a earlier stage, but thankfully i see it was hardly needed after all. ;)
I like the designs by JR and Stuart a lot! Great work guys!

So far it looks like we're going with JR and Stuart's work for Wave 1 and 2. Their overall design will be used for all books, but the specifics for 3-6 (and further volumes) are still open for ideas!

Whatever you all come up with, I like the idea of having all books look connected to each other, i.e. the concentric circles, cassiopaea and "A Wave Book". And the colors of JR's and Stuart's books are great.

I concur with these thoughts on the book covers.

Wow, looks great. Great work guys. IMO, each effort has outdone the previous ones. Can't wait to see the next one.

I totally agree with Vulcan59. Wonderful job.

Wow, you guys just get better with each project. I have one suggestion or comment. Is there any way to make the image of the person more androgynous?

Hi All,

Here's the proposal Stuart and I have come up with for cover #3. Any feedback is welcome! :)

My pc not showing a lot pictures, but what I have seen looks cool & this looks great!

But in this cover, is there an image imposed on the neck, two figures, one figure in a straight jacket and another figure helping or not helping the figure in or out of it, is this deliberate or just me ?

Yes, there are a few tweaks that could be made. I'll give that a shot, thanks for the suggestion!

Nope, it's an image of a DNA strand connecting to the top of the spinal cord at the base of the skull. Perhaps that aspect of the image is too vague?

My Bag… :-[ I just didn’t see enough of a spiral hint of a double helix & my imagination ran away, maybe just lengthen the part of the double helix appearing on the left side going to the base of the skull.

But if I’m the only one who sees this thou, leave well enough alone as it Looks Great!
