"Reviewing Marjorie Cohn's "Cowboy Republic""

I have sent the following message to my State Senator of Oregon,
The Honorable Mr. Ron Wyden and Mr. Gordon Smith:

Dear Honorable Mr. XXXX XXXX,

I am writing to ask you of your thoughts, regarding President George Bush, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales and those of Neocon agendas of whom are so aligned with this current administration, are daily abrogating their sworn declaration of upholding and defending Constitution of the United States, the Separation of Powers Doctrine, Habeas Corpus, the 1807 Insurrection Act, the 1887 Posse Comitas Act, and general law of the land (not created by this administration), are committing serious criminal acts with arrogance and impunity as if to be "above the law" and untouchable?

As you may notice, there is quite a contrast in differences as to whom
they cater to. Seems Gordon (despite his quoted stand against the war)
does not really say much. Then again, we must take everything they say
with a grain of salt. OSIT.
