The US does not want to disclose the agreement on Syria because the international community will find out who is not really fulfilling their commitments, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated.
We agreed that Jebat Al-Nusra and others like it should be singled out and it should be shown where they are at and where so-called healthy forces are. But what do we see now? We are now seeing not the separation of terrorists from the healthy part of the opposition, but attempts at regrouping these terrorists,” the president added.
On Friday evening, the meeting of the UN Security Council was not held. Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, reported that the meeting was cancelled “because the US is not ready to share the documents with members of the Security council or even describe them in detail.”
Churkin expressed doubt as to whether the Security Council would adopt a resolution in support of the agreement on Syria as long as Washington refuses to disclose the details.
The American side explained its refusal to disclose the details because such could affect the safety of humanitarian aid delivery in Syria.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov repeatedly urged Washington to make public the whole package of Russian-American agreements on Syria that were reached in Geneva last week, and obtain the approval of the UN Security Council.
On Monday, September 12th, a ceasefire entered into force in accordance with the Russian-American plan on Syria. In the future, the Joint Implementation Center will begin work which includes Russian and US military officers and will coordinate strikes on the positions of terrorists in agreed-upon regions where the actions of Syrian aircraft are to be suspended.
Over 5,500 terrorists as well as 20 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles are concentrated in four regions of Syria's Hama province, a senior Syrian Army official said Saturday.

"According to the intelligence data, in the areas of Khan Shaykhun, Akerbat, Zarah and Narbe-Nafs terrorists concentrated over 5,500 fighters, 20 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles, more than 30 mortars and multiple rocket launcher systems," the official said at a videoconference with Russia's National Defense Management Center.
Terrorist groups have gathered a large number of equipped militants near the road connecting Hama to al-Salamiyah, military sources said, adding that the militants have used intelligence from their western and regional backers to do so.

"The gathering of hundreds of fresh militants near Hama-al-Salamiyah road means that the terrorist groups plan to access the Syrian Army's strategic supply route of Khanasser to Aleppo," the sources said.
"The September 9 ceasefire has provided this opportunity for the terrorist groups to move a large number forces from other regions to Hama with the help of their Israeli, western and Arab backers," they added.
"On the other hand, terrorist groups have a plan to lay a siege on Hama city from the three Northern, Eastern and Western directions," the sources went on to say.
"Should the Syrian army and popular forces beat terrorist groups back from Northern Hama, the militant groups will fail to access Hama-al-Salamiyah road and there won't be any chance for the militants to lay siege on Hama city," the sources added.
The General Command of the Syrian army has accused the US-led coalition of bombing the Syrian army's positions in Deir ez-Zor, SANA news agency reported.

The Syrian military said that
aircraft of the US-led coalition targeted Syrian government forces near Deir ez-Zor airport state media reported.
The attack resulted in casualties and destroyed Syrian army's equipment and "clearly paved the way" for Daesh terrorist group to advance and gain control over the position, the General Command said as quoted by SANA.
Damascus called the US-led coalition's alleged attack a "serious and blatant aggression" against Syria and Syrian government army. The Syrian military added that it "constitutes conclusive evidence that the United States and its allies support ISIS [Daesh] and other terrorist organizations, stressing that this act reveals the falseness of their claims of fighting terrorism."
The Syrian military aircraft dropped leaflets over the terrorist-held regions in Idlib province, calling on the militants to surrender or wait for the army's massive attacks soon.

The Syrian army aircraft dropped leaflets reading "Surrender Now" over Jisr al-Shoghour city to give the Takfiri terrorists a last chance to lay down their arms and surrender to the authorities.
Military sources said that hundreds of leaflets have been dropped over Jisr al-Shoghour for several times now.

"Terrorists have violated the ceasefire in certain areas, specially in Housing Project 1070, Jamiat al-Zahra region and Castillo road," Colonel Fater Maihoub told FNA on Saturday.
He also said that the Fatah al-Sham terrorists have broken the truce in the military academy region of Aleppo in the past few days.
"The Syrian army and its allies are fully prepared to repel the terrorist attacks and will give a crushing response to any violation of the ceasefire by the militants," Maihoub stressed.
His remarks came after Deputy Chief of the Russian reconciliation center in Syria Sergey Kapitsyn said that the Syrian government forces, who based on the September 9 ceasefire plan had withdrawn from the Castillo road, returned to their previous positions due to the terrorist groups' movements, reinvigoration of the militants' combat abilities and violation of truce in the region.
"Last night, the terrorist groups shelled the Syrian army troops' positions with several mortar rounds and light machineguns, leaving two Syrian soldiers seriously wounded," Kapitsyn said today.
"After several attacks by terrorist groups on the strongholds of the Syrian army and in order to prevent militants' raid and capture of the government forces' previous positions in Castillo, the Syrian military decided to redeploy forces to three positions in Castillo region," the Russian commander said.
The Castillo road should serve as a humanitarian corridor to deliver much-needed UN aid to the civilians in the besieged city of Aleppo and the neighboring regions, according to an agreement brokered by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his US counterpart, John Kerry, in Geneva on September 9.
Media sources said that Israeli intelligence officers have been recruiting hundreds of mercenaries from terrorist groups in Syria, specially from Fatah al-Sham (the newly-formed al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist group previously known as the al-Nusra Front) to form a new militant army to intensify fight against Damascus.

On Tuesday, Knesset member, Akram Hasson said Fatah al-Sham Front was bombing the Syrian Druze village of Khadr with Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman’s support and protection.
The Israeli lawmaker specified that Israel was directly aiding the terrorist group in the battles on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights.
In a status posted on his Facebook page, Knesset Member Akram Hasson form Kulanu party claimed Fatah al-Sham Front was bombing the Druze village of Khadr with Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman’s support and protection.
Hasson said that the quiet village of Khadr near the Syrian border had been subject to persistent bombardments by Fatah al-Sham Front's militants.
“We have gotten information from all fronts and from people who are responsible within the village that
Fatah al-Sham is operating with unprecedented support from Israel, because the organization’s fighters are advancing in those places where the Israeli Forces had previously bombed Syrian positions and the organization is holding those positions, in addition to the logistical and medical assistance it’s getting from Israel.”
