The young man, whom appeared to have been shot in his leg, was tied to the back of a Toyota truck and dragged several hundred meters along the ground, causing excruciating pain judging by his calls for help.
The militants, some of whom whore the Turkish flag on their uniforms, are believed to be part of a Turkmen-led FSA faction which enjoys backing from Ankara and fought alongside the Turkish Armed Forces during their Euphrates Shield offensive in 2016.

A Russian newspaper affiliated with the Defense Ministry reported that Russian warplanes destroyed over 1,250 assets of the ISIL in past week.
The planes made over 500 sorties to find and engage targets of the ISIL, an infographic published in the Krasnaya Zvezda (Red Star) newspaper revealed.
During the same period, Russian spy drones flew more than 300 reconnaissance missions, detecting 432 ISIL's targets.

The Arabic-language al-Darar news website reported that 25 notorious ISIL commanders were killed in the army air raid on the venue of a meeting of ISIL's local leaders in Albu Kamal.
Senior ISIL commanders, including field commander Abu Roqaya al-Faransi and security commander Sadam al-Jamal had participated in the meeting.
Hazem al-Barqash, a member of ISIL's consultative council, and 13 other religious leaders, including Mola Hami, Haytham al-Qazi nom de guerre Tak Tak, Foras al-Homsi nom de guerre Abu Ayesha, Abu Asma al-Shami, Abu Walid Faloujah, Abu Torab al-Turkistani, Abu Davoud al-Tajiki and Abu Talha al-Shishani were among the dead terrorists in the raid.

The source said that Ahrar Al-Sham and their allies from the Free Syrian Army’s (FSA) Al-Rahman Corps began the assault by storming Regiment 46 base from their positions at the recently captured Syrian Army command post.
Unable to penetrate the Syrian Army’s frontlines, Ahrar Al-Sham and their allies were forced to retreat in order to avoid sustaining anymore casualties near Regiment 46 base.
Field reports said that hundreds of soldiers from the army have arrived at the vehicle base and Regiment 46 to counteract their recent losses in Eastern Damascus.
The Syrian Army is expected to launch a counterattack in the coming hours.

According to Syrian state media SANA, a Daesh car bomb has killed 20 at a site where displaced families are located in the country's east.
A source told Sputnik, "According to the initial information, 20 people have been killed and 28 more people have been injured as a result of the explosion of a bomb-laden car by the Islamic State [ISIS, Daesh, banned in Russia] terror group in Al Faraj village … which is under control of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF)," adding that the death toll was likely to increase.
The attack took place near al-Jafra area located south of the Deir ez-Zor city.
