I do not know, but at a time when almost every traffic light has a camera, most of the shops and buildings (banks, public institutions ...) also, how could have gone black SUV with a scene like that?
Also, I have read the information that is in the next town before this event, the city Victorvill, held an exercise in the event of a similar attack, coincidence?

AG Lynch: President Will Call On Congress to Take Action on Guns in San Bernardino Address

In an appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press," Attorney General Loretta Lynch previewed the remarks President Barack Obama will make when he speaks to the country Sunday evening about the recent terrorist attack in San Bernardino.

"What you're going to hear from him is a discussion about what government is doing to ensure all of our highest priority — the protection of the American people," the attorney general said.
She also said that he'll speak on the actions the United States has taken to keep the homeland safe since the attacks in Paris last month. But there will be an element of politics to the speech.

President Obama will do more than just call for calm, he will ask "Congress to review measures and take action."

Lynch's staff later confirmed that the president will specifically call on Congress to review certain gun control measures.

Lynch also reiterated that the San Bernardino investigation is a "terrorism investigation" because of the "indications that we do have of radicalization."

However, Lynch would not say definitively that Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik were radicalized or that there is any evidence that they were part of a "larger group or cell."

"We are looking at everything we can find out about these two killers live. How they grew up. Where they grew up. Where they met. All of those things will provide us guidance."

The Justice Department is working "closely" with foreign counterparts to learn as much as they can, including Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, she said.

Along with the FBI, the ATF, as well as the U.S. Marshals office are involved in the "wide-ranging investigation." In four days the federal investigators have conducted over 300 interviews, but the Attorney General cautioned that this investigation is a "marathon and not a sprint."

However she would not say that the FBI needs to change how surveillance decisions are made or that the NSA's now defunct bulk data program needs to be reinstated.

She also encouraged Americans to "say something" if they are suspicious of someone around them.

"Our view is that if you have concerns that rise to a suspicion that someone that you either know or see on a regular basis is evidencing a change in behavior or discussion — threatening language ... alert law enforcement rather than taking matters into your own hands."

And it's a good time to promote gun control too.

Mercenaries from the Craft International, a tactical training company for the US military, carried out last week’s false flag operation in San Bernardino, California, according to Steven D Kelley, a former NSA/CIA contractor.

On Wednesday, Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and Tashfeen Malik, 29, stormed a holiday party in San Bernardino, California, killing at least 14 people and injuring 21 in the deadliest mass shooting in the US in three years. Hours later, the couple reportedly died in a fire exchange with police.

Malik had pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Daesh (ISIL) terrorist group, three US officials familiar with the investigation claimed on Friday. On Saturday, the Takfiri group also claimed the couple as its followers.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said on Monday the couple had been radicalized "for some time."

Kelley told Press TV on Tuesday that the shooting “is just one in a long string of false flag events that I am afraid to say are not over.”

“We’ll probably be seeing several more before the end of the year, because of the events that are going on in the world, specifically with the NATO being implicated in the buying of oil from Daesh and other events,” he stated.

“So when these things happen they need to have a rapid response which requires a false flag attack. This was very obvious that this was going to happen,” the analyst added.

“The people that were on the scene and saw this happen also reported that three tall white men wearing black shirts, khaki pants and tanned combat boots were actually the shooters. The description is almost exactly what the gentlemen from Craft International, the mercenary organization that was involved in so many other false flags, actually look like. This seems to be their standard uniform,” he noted.

President Barack Obama on Sunday called the California shooting an "act of terrorism” and said the couple who launched the attack "had gone down the dark path of radicalization."

"They had stockpiled assault weapons, ammunition and pipe bombs. So this was an act of terrorism," he claimed.

Kelley said “the people that are being implicated – the couple -- first of all if they were planning something, if they were radicalized as this is being said, and clearly the NSA, the FBI will be right on the top of these people all the time, but rather than stopping them from doing something, they were nurtured to be used for this exact purpose.”

“I do not suspect that these people have anything to do with the actual shooting. I suspect that these were patsies, no different than Timothy McVeigh or any of these other people who have historically been used to implement these terrorist acts,” the commentator said.

“If you look at the people that were wounded you can see clearly that bullet wounds are not real. The .223 caliber weapon or bullets fired from AR15 – an extremely powerful weapon -- would blow someone’s arm off, it is not going to make a small hole,” said Kelley, who is also a weapons expert.

“So clearly this is a very very dirty false flag. Obviously, the United States is getting very very desperate; the government here is very desperate, they need to do something immediately to disarm the United States prior to a revolution, because the people here are waking up very fast, and they are ready to shut down this evil empire. And this needs to happen very soon,” the analyst concluded.

In his televised address from the Oval Office, Obama called for tougher gun controls, starting with a ban on gun purchases for anyone on a US government no-fly list. "To begin with, Congress should act to make sure no one on a no-fly list is able to buy a gun.”

"What could possibly be the argument for allowing a terrorist suspect to buy a semiautomatic weapon? This is a matter of national security," he stated.

Obama has said the “biggest frustration” of his time in the office has been the inability to reduce unparalleled levels of gun violence in the country.

White, athletic men? Remember that Bandar Bush said they controlled the Chechen terrorists? Ever seen one? They can easily be made to look an awful lot like white, athletic men.

I find that a much more plausible scenario than the Craft International angle, though they don't have to be mutually exclusive. It could be that Craft International could only get foreign mercenaries to kill Americans. Compartmentalization.

A 'weapons expert' would likely not suggest that a .223 calibre rifle would be capable of severing an arm with one shot unless the round was designed with an explosive charge...which is not likely in the case of smaller calibre rifles. A .308 might, for sure, but not a .223 calibre rifle. Small entry wounds without grotesque exit wounds would actually be consistent with a .223 calibre firearm. So, based upon that, I am calling that whole article baloney. If you're a journalist and promote fabrications in part of your article then I think it's safe to categorize the whole as a fabrication or completely useless as well.

For example, nobody I know hunts large game with anything less than a .300 calibre rifle. Anything smaller and you're more likely to wound the animal and cause internal damage as the bullet ricochets around a chest cavity or simply gets lodged somewhere in its body. A .300 will leave a clear exit hole, because the powder charge and muzzle velocity are much higher than that from a .223 calibre rifle.

That is not to say that it is improbable that the accuse weren't used as proxies or that there were other shooters on the scene, just that suggesting all the people injured were just faking it because a .223 round would yield far more damage than it appears is based upon a serious lack of understanding on the part of the 'weapons expert' an the 'journalist' who vetted him as such.

It's been many years since I saw footage from Vietnam used to train Army doctors so I cannot exactly recall the type of exit wounds these bullets traditionally leave, but I do believe you're generally correct about the typical exit wound being less damaging. There's a lot of factors involved of course, but certainly a 223 caliber is not a 308 or 30-06. A 223/5.56 is classified as a light round, whereas the 308 and 30-06 are heavy caliber rounds.

The 223/5.56 is such a light round that a standard demonstration in the US Army is have a recruit hold the butt of the gun up to their nose and pull the trigger. The recoil being so insignificant that they are not then injured. Needless to say, if you did this with a 308 or a Russian Ak 7.62x39 caliber rifle you would have a busted nose.

An AR-15 with its' 223/5.56 round is just a 22 bullet on steroids. These guns are in fact convertible to shoot 22 caliber bullets. I know from Gulf Vets that the standard patrol pack for Infantry Units consists of twenty 30 round magazines. So 600 bullets. You can't do that with a 308 an still walk with a full pack as well.

There was a huge amount of resistance to the introduction of the Stoner designed M-16 Rifle when it was introduced to the military. It's lack of range, though still very good, is inferior to the M-14's 308. It's hitting power is like a pea shooter by comparison. The caliber itself was never intended to be a man stopper. It was intended to incapacitate the enemy with a wound and force him to draw upon his reserves to carry out rescue operations.

There are no real weapons in these larger calibers which are especially portable that I can think of. The next closest weapon would be the 7.62x39 AK round, which is medium caliber bullet. Anyone who's familiar will know an AK, even a collapsable stock version, isn't like handling an AR-15 (223/5.56) which is much lighter and easier to wield. It is however a well liked weapon, and it does come in some compact if illegal sizes. This is a well liked weapon by merc's because its' size and hitting power is above the AR and it's a simpler weapon which is very rugged.

If people did have appendages removed then I would be looking for an AK weapon.
