Maybe more German references need to be noticed by the majority of the forum before such a question needs to be asked. I could only find 3 in references to "Kinder" which means "Children" in English.

I don't really think it is unusual for the Cs to use German or any other root language to express themselves.

If i remember correctly they use more german terms than only "Kind(er)" and in the context of an english speaking audience it does seem a bit peculiar to me.

@Tycho, feel free to explore the instances and list them to see if there may be a pattern or relvance but I think @Yurly may have noticed the main connection with one of Laura's previous lives having been in Germany during the Nazi period.
