Shocking?
This video is allegedly captured in NYC in the last few days, it is a phenomena called Ball Lighting. Ball lightning - Wikipedia
This phenomena doesn't look all that surreal considering the amount of rain, but it does behave unlike regular lighting and even power station discharges, it has alot more momentum.
That made reminded me of the idea of comets following negative energy, though i have a hard time picturing a thousand mile per hour physical object changing trajectory and momentum , unless gravity itself goes crazy.

In summary, she is explaining how they factor in solar activity because they have some awareness of the solar influence in the electronic grid and how that can impact/protect the electronic currency system they are trying to implement.
IMO she is just explaining an obvious concern rather than explaining their true motivations and agenda, even considering the wishful thinking, I don't think the PTB are scared or unprepared for a solar minimum. Solar minimum occur every 11 years or so. I think they may be unprepared for something dramatically and unexpectedly changing the local electric environment

1. We all have a fractal consciousness (1D, 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D and 7D selves).
2. 4D Earth already exists.
3. The C's are also on 4D Earth "right now."
4. The C's are us in the "future."
5. The Quorum is a mostly "hyperdimensional" organization (very few humans).

Then:

• Our 4D selves could be members of the Quorum. In other words, our "higher selves" have "voting rights" with regards to our current and future levels of suffering.

For me, the Cassiopaean sessions are like candies, sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter (this time they are sweet) but I always look forward to them. Something is not clear to me, so if someone can explain it to me? How can you be in 4D without knowing?

I think it's about the mindset and awareness.
Think of a chained elephant when it has its chains removed. How long will it take to realise that it is free and move on. Some are immediately aware and some linger in the same space until they become aware. FWIW

I've also been thinking that some members could be part of the Quorum in the distant future. It could be a follow-up question for a future session.

It could also be that our group’s mission are more along the lines of lighting the way, not overseeing. Maybe other Soul tribes are better suited for the task.
