There are quite a few possibilities why Machu Picchu looks relatively 'primitive':

1) Only the lowest megalithic parts are from the original construction, all the smaller stones on top are from later reconstructions, including by the Inca.

2) Since the city was clearly destroyed by earthquakes or something similar, maybe the more 'advanced' parts of it were destroyed as well - leaving basically only the megalithic foundations.

3) Atlantean technology seems to have been completely different from ours, eg. crystals for all sorts of tasks including power, flying, genetic engineering, etc.

4) There is the possibility that Atlantean technology reached its peak before the first of three cataclysms (before 48000 BC). The C's mentioned that Atlantean structures on Mars were built around 50000 BC, which means that the interplanetary capabilities were present before the first cataclysm. Maybe much of that Atlantean technology had already been lost by the time of the last cataclysm around 10000 BC.

Yes, I had similar thoughts myself. Near to where I live in Surrey, England there are the remains of what was once an extensive gunpowder factory complex that blew up during or just after the First World War. What remains are the large skeletons of concrete and brick structures. Looking at them now, you would not recognise them for the advanced industrial plants they once were with cutting edge machinery etc. installed inside. The same is no doubt true of the Great Pyramid at Giza and of Machu Picchu. Mind you, using Tesla free energy principles to conduct or transmit electricity using obelisks, crystals etc., there probably was little or no need for electric cables or wires at either Giza or Machu Picchu.

You mention Mars. I once saw a photograph (taken from a Nasa original) of what seemed to be a ruined space port on Mars that had been overwhelmed by a violent, massive flood. There were large hangers and what appeared to be a craft on the ground that was something like the US space shuttle. I wish I could track it down again and post it here. In other pictures, I noticed terraced hills that may have once supported agriculture on Mars that were not dissimilar to the mountain terracing you find today at Machu Picchu. Since the C's spoke about the Atlanteans being on Mars (does this exclude the Aryans?), this would make sense if Machu Picchu was also an Atlantean city.

BTW: you are quite correct that Tiahuanaco in Bolivia is a different site to Teotihuacan in Mexico. My mistake. However, whilst we are on the subject, there are those who think Puma Punku, which forms part of the Tiahuanaco complex, was a space port.

What intrigues me, and I am working from memory here, is that Morris K Jessup mentioned the site in his book The Case for the UFO. I believe he may have even visited it as a young man, as he had taken part in archaeological expeditions to the Yucatan and Peru in the 1920s despite being an astronomer by training rather than an archaeologist. What is interesting is that the three gypsy commentators in the annotated Varo version of the book suggested that Puma Punku was in fact an alien base (possibly a space port), probably occupied by the Greys, which had come under attack from another faction, the S Men (Secret Order Members whoever they are). As a result, the Greys were forced to abandon the site and retreat thereafter to undersea bases in the Pacific.

However, the C's are saying instead that it was the Lizard Beings in cooperation with humans who built Tiahuanaco in 6,000 BC, although it seems to have been destroyed at two points in time. Perhaps the Lizards built it and, after its first destruction, Puma Punku was then occupied by the Greys who are their 4D agents (as cybergenetic probes). If so, the gypsy commentators may have been talking about the second destruction. The reason I believe it was the Greys in this case is that the gypsies emphasised how frail these beings were on land as opposed to the S Men, and this was the reason why they elected to retreat to undersea bases instead where the effects of Earth's gravity are mitigated. In comparison, the Lizzies have a far more powerful presence, being as much as twice the size of your typical Grey, so they can hardly be described as being frail.​

No, it was definitely Machu Picchu that the C's said was built in 12,009 BC. Archaeologists like to attribute its construction to the Inca who had occupied the area but then abandoned it by the time the Spanish conquered the territory in the 16th century.​

Further to my previous response, if this YouTube video is correct, the Cherokee may have also been aware of the Brown Dwarf Star (Nemesis) which the C's have told us is the little twin of the sun. I should have checked. Then the conventional story is only what happened relatively recently then, my bad. I do recall something at Machu Picchu called 'the hitching post of the sun', which looked incredibly old and mysterious. There must have been a much earlier version of the site.

Both of those days were the exact cycle lows of the markets. And also the one in between in May, and the one before in March, was a cycle low (and some analysts call it the 30 day cycle low, but in reality it seems to be a lunar cycle low).
