Hello, since I'm a student with not much knowledge, but with many questions and because I didn't want to flood the forum with non necessary questions and because I want to bind with you guys, I'm going to talk about the subject I know the best (or I think I know) : Myself :). I know I will found the cause of these symptoms with some researches and patience but I want to share with you.

So here is some symptoms which concern my perception of the reality :

- I have these little point of light coming in front of my vision sometimes. I begin to better see the scattering shape of object and people. And I see sometimes some darkness in the corner of my eyes, especially the shape of my cat who isn't there.
I think these are just natural symptom of our evolution through 4th density, it doesn't bother me anyway.

But the following two symptoms are more problematic and scary :

- When I was 12 years old I experienced a drastic change in my perception of the world, it was very sudden, in fact I past from a clear, shiny perception of the surrounding atmosphere to a heavy and foggy one. It was so sudden I ask my doctor about that, but he put aside and tell me that was an effect of my cold (rheum). And I've never got to a clear perception again, except this week when I began the ketogenic diet with which I recover slowly this clarity :). I want to add that these sudden changes of perception happened at the same time I experienced a strange psychological depression that came and go away as suddenly (without no apparent cause, my life was good at the time...)
But this is not the worst, this following symptom is the worst :

- It's happen to me in no regards to the place I was or with a clear frequency, it's a totally random phenomenum. The intensity of this phenomenom, which the duration is about 5 seconds, was higher in my childhood, I experience it time to time but with a much lower impact. So the definition : without warning the back of my ears starts to buzz, and all my cognitive processes stop... like that ! I know where I am, I am conscious of everything, but all my thought and my thinking just vanish... It's like a reboot of my conscious brain. And it's very destabilizing when I'm talking with someone because I lose the conversation thread... hopefully I remember it just happened one time in this case :).

So, maybe I'm a robot or someone try to erase some part of my brain... It is like that I feel when I recapitulate these memories.

Thank you for reading my hypochondriac thougths :) !

Hi Nico,

I think that you might have some problem with anemia, or poor blood circulation as both vision problems and buzzing are related to insufficient blood in the liver (sorry, I can explain it from the perspective of Chinese medicine, but you need a thorough examination to be sure).

Try these avenues, do some blood-test to see anemia and electrolytes. maybe you could also pay a visit to a doctor who understand the interconnection of all these symptoms, as they are indeed interrelated.

Take care
Joy

When you experience that buzz during that 5 seconds period:
Does your vision vanish or do you start to see like a fluorescent flash?
Do you loss your sense of balance?

It sound like a problem of orthostatic hypotension.

That was precisely my thought, too! Maybe upping your salt intake might alleviate this problem. And of course taking any changes in posture slowly.

I used to be bordeline hypertensive (or maybe even not so borderline). When I first got onto the KD I experienced these symptoms quite frequently, and it took quite a while for them to disappear (about half a year).

Hope that helps.

Just reading about your symptoms reminded me of someone in my family who is epileptic and has what are known as 'periods of absence'. It is as if the lights are on but nobody is home.
To properly identify epilepsy you would need to see a neurologist.

Orthostatic hypotension is usually misdiagnosed as epilepsy. It could be epilepsy, I don't know.

Thank you for your help !

When buzzing symptom appear I have no other symptom, no fluorescent light and no loss of balance. It's not an orthostatic hypotension because I know the feeling it gives when you stand up quickly and it doesn't look the same. I've never experienced any syncope. It's very like a reset of my thinking process, add to this an acceleration of my heartbeats due to the stress of "what's going on ?!".

I have a friend who have epilepsy and I really don't think I have that kind of illness, besides as I'm 23 years old maybe I would already know about this condition.

My blood tests are OK according to my doctor. But as I have a quick metabolism (I'm an ectomorph) and I've been skinny for much of my life it is maybe a deficiency of whatever vit C, iron...

So I will try the ketogenic diet with some dietary supplements. And maybe my body will balance itself :).
