What has been proving really good for me lately are the Amazing Guided Meditations on the cassiopaea youtube profile. I imagine that most on the forum would know them already, but I guess I'll post a link anyway, just in case someone unaware of them happens to read. Especially the last one is just incredible to me. And the one for past life healing is one I experienced right the day before suddenly feeling better. I have been wondering about that, but.. who can tell. (hopefully I've figured out how to post them properly).

The idea with listening to affirmations is that we don’t have to actively listen, they can be on so we barely hear them and the subconscious does the rest. I think it’s called passive Work. I like to have affirmations playing while walking, as nicklebleu suggested as an antidepressant, then I get a double dose of free and healthy medicine. Of course there are still days where we struggle and fall off the horse. Just gotta get back on before the horse runs away and he’s hard to catch.
I too got a feeling of wellbeing after my first past life regression session. How incredible is it that we have access to all these wonderful tools and loving caring people who put in so much effort to help make our lives richer and more whole.
