You may want to do what I had to do last week to get the chat thingy going.

I cleared all history and cookies and, then, turned off my computer and restarted it and it, then, worked fine for me. Not sure which of the things I did worked, though. :/

Just booted up the old retired laptop and back on air.

I think the cats and grass thing is about probiotics. Our cats had diarrhea (ack!) and one would beg every time we got near the door. We asked around and eventually we were told to give our cats some grass, and that stopped the diarrhea and the begging. Also, our cats don't get hairballs and don't throw the grass up. We try to give the cats a proper paleo-style diet and get good food.
