Since two satellites, Solar Orbiter and STEREO-A, are now located several tens of millions of kilometers east of the Earth, and none of them caught anything, the ejection, apparently, passed much to the west. You can see a step on the chart in the middle of the day (https://xras.ru/image/swbt_RAL5_20251209.png ), which now, in hindsight, can probably be interpreted as the moment of passing by the planet at the very edge of the cloud.

The 4294-4296-4298 sunspot complex extends into the area of direct impacts on 3I/ATLAS

In the next 2-3 days, an extremely important moment is coming for all supporters of conspiracy theories formed in large numbers around the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS. One of the largest sunspot complexes in the last decade and the largest this year, 4294-4296-4298, which appeared on the visible side of the Sun about 10 days ago, is now entering the zone of direct impacts on the celestial body. The interstellar "comet ship" is moving along a trajectory moving away from the Sun, and it is no longer located on the opposite side of the Sun, but on the side facing the Earth at an angle of about 65 degrees from the Sun–Earth line. In relation to the Earth, the object continues to approach and on December 19 it will converge with the planet at a minimum distance.

The 4294-4296-4298 sunspot complex is one of the most unusual, and perhaps the most unusual, objects formed on the Sun in the current 25th cycle. A group of spots with a huge total area, reaching more than 2,000 units at its peak (which makes it one of the largest in history), did not produce a single flare from December 1 to December 7, not only of the highest X-level, but even of the lower M-class, only storing energy. And it was only in the last two days, starting on December 8, that she began to reluctantly give up part of it. On the eighth, the first and so far only X-level outbreak was recorded here (with a score of X1.1, close to the lowest possible); also, 8 M-level outbreaks occurred in two days. All this completely contradicts neither the record size of the active center, nor the general ideas about the full reserves of energy stored in it.

However, there is still a chance that weak-minded aliens, seeing how much power is cocked against them, will voluntarily abandon plans to take over the Earth and, blowing more smoke to look even more like a harmless comet, will go to occupy planetary systems near less aggressive stars.
