Part chilling impression after reading/watching as follows;

Speed of Light Weapons – Particle Warfare – Pain Induction Warfare – F
requency Fence Beam - Pain Rain…

Rummy says;

“…the real world intervenes from time to time and you reach in there and take something out that is still in a developmental stage and you might use it (vocal fumbling), so your question is not answerable…” [Excuse me!].

Marc Garlasco of Human Rights Watch said something interesting, “…we have to be very careful because in international law it’s very clear that devices created solely for the creation of pain can eventually lead to torture and are therefore illegal…”
Now it seems that simple Teaser’s somehow do not meet these criteria; is this not a pain device? If they are, as described by international law, how is it that they are allowed? It must be domestic law supersedes, and as they are allowed, we thus know how TPB feel about international law!

Concerns of any type are not a part of weapon use equations, concerns mean nothing! Soften up the populations, get them use to the ideas and technologies and give them a reason that they can use to adjust their mental filters with; and who cares if they don’t. This seems all like the tip of the iceberg, but it has happened before if one chooses to look - but most here know this.

In Philadelphia, GWB once was quoted as saying, “Who Cares What You Think”.
