Didnt the C's state that the construction must be placed IN THE POOL so the columns are SUBMERGED IN WATER? Which would make a lot of sense as they called water "a bridge to other dimensions / frequencies" a couple of times?

Hello SlavaOn. I'm intrigued by your concept. What I immediately noticed is the analog verses digital representation of the letters that would possibly engage both hemisphere of our brain more so then the structured layout of words we are familiar with. Where individual letters representative of their sound are processed into words in the former, and a sequence of letters are recognized for their words in the latter.
