I don't see much difference between a suicide bomber and when Israel drops a million cluster bombs into Lebanon or when American-backed insurgents place landmines. Both are aimed at an innocent civilian population. Except; the Americans and Israeli's manage to escape.

I can recall when Gary Powers was flying the U-2 spy plane over Russia. The American government gave the pilot cyanide pills to take in case of capture.

Have you read the article? There is no difference in terms of civilian casualties. But there's a big difference in the influence it has on the world's population. When Israel drops cluster bombs on civilians or American-backed insurgents place landmines, it is plain for all to see who are responsible. With "suicide bombing", however, the world's population is led to believe that it is the work of crazy, barbaric Iraqis. That helps reinforce the view that it is necessary for American troops to remain there to control the situation because the Iraqis can't do it, which is exactly what the pathocrats want.

Hi! Hoangmphung

Of course I read the article.

My reply dealt with the "morality" question.

I don't think that the American's or Israeli's can claim the higher moral ground when they do the same thing with the use of cluster bombs and land mines.

Your views concerning the outcome or propaganda gained by the Western media are correct. It is just that I took that as a given.
