Summary of Cassiopaean Transcripts

Do summaries for all the years and then, put the summaries all together and ask AI to give an overview of Cs cosmology, soteriology, anthropology, etc. Also, forecasts for the future and medical/health advice.
Thank you so much for the suggestion—it really aligns with what I’ve been thinking. Like @Approaching Infinity mentioned, I’m planning to create a stable/fixed set of categories (similar to those in CassWiki) and gradually revise each transcript summary to fit within that structure.

This should make indexing much easier and also help with potential ML training later on. If you have any category ideas beyond what's already used in CassWiki, I’d really appreciate hearing them!

Thanks Laura 🙏.

Thank you so much—I really appreciate your kind words and thoughtful suggestions. THIS IS A VERY USEFUL FEEDBACK BTW.

I think the idea of adding a topic-based index is excellent, and it’s something I’ll start working on next. My plan is to create categories similar to those used in CassWiki (like 4th Way, Esoterica, Earth Changes, and so on), which should make indexing and searching much easier.

If you happen to have any additional category ideas beyond what's already used in CassWiki, I’d love to hear them.
As a start: each of the topic headings used on the Cassiopaea Substack articles, e.g.: windows, portals, conduits, window-fallers, demons, elementals, underground bases, undergrounders, alien abductions (and subheadings), cattle mutilations, human mutilations, etc.

Here are some upcoming topics still in the works: alien races (Nordics, Reptilians, Grays, Nephalim, other), government perception of the UFO phenomenon, government interactions with aliens, crash retrievals, reverse engineering, mj-12, roswell, future alien plans (invasion, disclosure).

The main goal of this effort is to make it easier to get an overview of each session, especially when trying to locate specific topics or track recurring themes across time. I see it as a kind of indexing tool (as @Approaching Infinity mentioned) that can support deeper research or point someone in the right direction, not something to replace the sessions themselves.
I see, thanks!

Perhaps another idea you could implement in the final presentation would be to add a link to the full session, so that readers may have access to the entire discussion.

Hi Approaching Infinity,

Thank you very much for the great suggestions!

To summarize, here’s a breakdown of the current topic headings I’m using across all 2025 Cassiopaean session summaries, along with some potential additions based on your ideas:

✅ Implementation Sample

You can view how this structure is being applied in my 2025 summaries here:

🔗 2025 Session Summaries – Notion

All summaries start with Afterlife & Soul Topics and follow the same fixed order, which should make indexing and cross-referencing much easier.

What do you think?

Thanks again,

Dear forum members,

Thanks to the feedback of @Approaching Infinity, I’ve created a website that mirrors the style of cassiopaeatranscripts.org, but instead hosts and indexes summaries of the transcripts.

You can visit it here:
👉 Transcript Summaries

It’s still experimental, and the link may look unusual since it’s currently hosted on my personal GitHub account.

So far, it includes summaries from 2019 to 2025, with more on the way.

Feedback is very welcome for the format and functionalities of the website!

LVX, would it be possible for you to copy and paste here an example of the type of summary you had before you changed the subject headings? For example, post one session in the way it was originally summarized, and then the same session in the new format. I want to compare the two, and might have some feedback.

Hey @Approaching Infinity,

Thanks for your reply and feedback.

I know I should’ve backed them up, but unfortunately I don’t have the older versions anymore. I used ChatGPT along with some manual editing, and I’ve already deleted the original summaries that used the old format.

That said, we can still compare the quality of the current summaries. For instance, I read through the 29 March 2025 summary twice and then asked ChatGPT to re-summarize it using the custom prompt I mentioned earlier. The result was almost perfect.

So while I no longer have the old summaries, I’d be more than happy to compare any of the existing ones to their full transcripts if that helps.

Thanks again!

If possible, I'd like to be able to look at both summary types. Could you copy and paste that 29-3-2025 summary using the old prompt in a post here?

Afterlife & Soul Topics

  • Spinning counterclockwise 33 times, 3 times a day, may enhance etheric connection for some individuals.
  • Benefits of spinning vary and are dependent on the individual's response.

Cosmic Structure & Densities

  • RH negative blood is connected to off-world bloodlines.
  • It was genetically manipulated in an older time and place.
  • Some of these bloodlines are "negative," but not in the way promoted by the ignorant.

Earth Changes & Environmental Events

  • Recent solar eclipse on March 29, 2025, carries negative energy but is not significant.

Health, Diet, and Supplements

  • Carnivore diet is recommended for those with inflammatory issues.
  • No vaccines besides BCG currently provide a general benefit to the human body or increase resistance to disease.
  • COVID-19, vaccinations, and previous fertility policies have contributed to population decline, especially in China.
  • Vaccines may have led to infertility and miscarriages.

Control System & Sociopolitical Manipulation

  • Russian "Cassiopeia" group (led by Irina Podzorova and Maxim Rusan) is not a coincidence—designed to defame, distract, and dilute.
  • It is well-funded and inorganic, unlike the original Cassiopaea Experiment.
  • Lack of support for Putin noted as a characteristic.
  • Russian authorities labeling them a cult could endanger legitimate information-sharing efforts.
  • Changing the name to “The Wave” in Russia is not recommended.
  • Russian members are encouraged to highlight sharp differences between groups.

Esoteric Work & Personal Development

  • The Quorum is balanced and acts based on immediate imbalances rather than long-term plans.
  • Chaos and hardship created may provoke resistance but not deliberately intended as such.
  • Resistance may help restore balance.
  • Humans are not expected to resist; outcomes are managed as they arise.

Books, Research, and Cultural Commentary

  • Reference to Vincent Bridges made in relation to the Russian group's exploitation dynamics.
  • Recent underground structure discoveries under the Giza pyramids were discussed:
    • The structures exist but are not as artistically rendered.
    • Pyramids function as energy collectors and dispersers.
    • Underground structures are energy storage "batteries" made of stone, metals, and quartz.
    • Located approximately 500 feet beneath the surface.

Notable Warnings or Predictions

  • Things may get dire as summer approaches—advised to "sit tight and hang on."
  • Global human population is now approximately 7 billion, down from 8 billion previously reported.
  • China's actual population is just under 1 billion, significantly lower than the official 1.4 billion.
  • Massive underreporting or miscalculation—not necessarily lying, but unknown to officials.
  • Population decline attributed to:
    • COVID-19 virus (ethnically targeted aspects)
    • Decreased fertility
    • Miscarriages and infertility caused by vaccines
    • Poverty, hunger, suicides, and drug use

Technology and Artificial Intelligence

  • Courtney Brown's claim of sentient AI “ChatGPT-Prime” is false.
  • AI is not sentient and is influenced by user projection (in this case, Courtney).
  • Courtney is literally projecting himself into the AI to manifest his wishes.
  • AI can be used to predict future events—especially if it has access to large datasets and probability modeling.
  • However, contacting 6D Cassiopaea using AI is “not likely.”

Genetics and Ancestry

  • High incidence of RH negative blood in Basques due to less mixing and ancient off-world manipulation.
  • Also found among indigenous peoples of South America and the Western Hemisphere.

Historical Insights

  • RH negative traits possibly trace back to Atlantean genetic manipulations.

Political Power Structures

  • COVID virus released at the Wuhan Military Games in 2019 was partly ethnically specific.
  • Targeted both Chinese and Caucasian populations.
  • Western governments may be aware of population decline and implement immigration policies in response.

End of Session

Oh, I found it and used it for the 29 March 2025 transcript.

So, this is the oldest prompt I used before any feedback from the forum. It has no categorised headings or style rules.

Here is the chat link

Thanks.

Ok, thanks! I'll defer to others' opinion, but I think I like the original format better. It allowed the AI to group items together more naturally instead of force-fitting them into a limited number of broad categories. For example, here are the summaries for RH- and the Quorum in the old format:

Genetics & Bloodlines
  • RH Negative Blood Origins:
    • Basques and certain South American indigenous peoples have high RH negative incidence due to less mixing with outsiders and ancient genetic manipulation.
    • RH negative blood is linked to those “most connected to off-world bloodlines”.
    • The genetic manipulation was off-world and ancient.
    • Clarified that RH negative individuals are not reptilian, contrary to popular misconceptions.
Esoteric & Occult Topics
  • Quorum and Global Chaos:
    • Quorum’s actions provoke resistance, helping to restore balance.
    • Outcomes are not specifically intended—no anticipation.
    • The Quorum is balanced between STS and STO.

But here's how they appear in the new format:

Contact and Alien Interactions

  • RH negative blood is a result of genetic manipulation connected to off-world bloodlines.
  • Purpose was to connect to off-world bloodlines more directly.
  • Not all RH negative individuals are reptilian, contrary to misinformed claims.

Genetics and Ancestry

  • Basques and indigenous South Americans have high RH negative due to less mixing and off-world ancestry.
  • RH negative bloodlines were genetically manipulated in an older time and place.

Esoteric Work & Personal Development

  • Spinning counterclockwise 33 times, 3 times a day can enhance etheric connection, but only beneficial for some individuals.
  • The Quorum enacts chaotic plans to provoke resistance, contributing to balance, though they do not anticipate outcomes.
  • The Quorum is balanced STS/STO.

It looks like all the essential points are included in both prompts, so I guess it's not a big deal. I just like how it originally categorized the Quorum discussion under "Esoteric and Occult", and then subcategorized as "quorum and global chaos", but in the new prompt it decided to put that under "esoteric work and personal development."

Thanks again for the feedback!

I’d love to know which format you personally prefer—especially when it comes to your Substack posts (the previous one?).

By the way, I really enjoy your content there. In fact, I was reading UFO/UAP Part 1 just before seeing your reply on the forum! So your opinion carries weight, both in terms of personal preference and what might be most beneficial for the wider audience.

Based on your response, I’m happy to either revert to the previous format or continue refining the current one.

Also, I wanted to share an idea I’ve been working on:

I’m planning to add a CassWiki-style section to the website. Here’s how it would work:

  • When someone clicks on a topic like “Genetics and Ancestry,”
  • They’ll see every related bullet point from all transcripts (e.g., 29 March 2025, 1 March 2025) under that category,
  • Each bullet will be grouped by date, and users can click the session date to view the full summary.

I believe this will offer a more intuitive and thematic way to explore the material—sort of like an encyclopedia where all related insights are aggregated under consistent headings.

To ensure no valuable information is lost, I’m intentionally allowing some duplication across categories. This way, a single point may appear under multiple relevant topics, helping users see interconnections and making cross-referencing much easier. I want the structure to be organized but flexible, rather than overly rigid, which could hinder discovering those subtle thematic links.

Let me know your thoughts!

May I suggest trying the new Gemini 2.5 Pro Experimental model to see how it does?
It can be found in these 2 places:

aistudio.google.com
gemini.google.com

It has been topping all the benchmarks/leaderboards, including a very important long-context understanding one:
1744140034547.png

Unlike the "needled in a haystack" long context tests where you hide something like a password in a large text, this benchmark actually checks if a model properly understands all of the context given to it. So just because a model claims to have a long context doesn't mean it really retains much of it past a certain point.

It has a context of 1 million tokens soon to be 2 million and seems to actually retain the info in the context much better than others. Anyway, just a thought!

From the benchmark website:

Introducing Fiction.LiveBench: The First Real-World Long Context Benchmark for Writers

Fiction.live has AI tools that help writers save time by making summaries, timelines, character bibles, and iterate on those documents in insightful ways. To do that effectively, the LLM needs to truly understand the story, each character and their motivations on a deep and profound level. However, in practice, today’s AI models frequently lose track of plots, fail to grasp character motivations, and produce slop that’s completely misaligned with an author’s intent.

The root problem is that long context comprehension is still broken.

Fiction.live happens to be a huge repository of complex long story content and so we're well positioned to clarify the situation for the public.

Most LLMs claim to support tens or even hundreds of thousands of tokens of context, but real-world experience tells us otherwise.

To really understand a story the LLM needs to do things like:

  • track changes over time - e.g. they hate each other, now they love each other, now they hate each other again, oh now their hatred has morphed into obsession
  • logical predictions based on established hints
  • ability to understand secrets told in confidence to readers versus those that are known to characters
  • and so on
It's a specific long context real world test that we find more reflective of writing use than LongBench or RULER, which test search rather than comprehension.

From our experience, most LLMs CAN handle these tasks, but not over long context. That's why we're launching a new benchmark called Fiction.LiveBench to demonstrate the case and to show our users which LLM they should choose in their writing tasks.

The Fiction.LiveBench Methodology

Based on a selection of a dozen very long complex stories and many verified quizzes, we generated tests based on select cut down versions of those stories. For every test, we start with a cut down version that has only relevant information. This we call the "0"-token test. Then we cut down less and less for longer tests where the relevant information is only part of the longer story overall.

We then evaluated leading LLMs across different context lengths.

Why These Benchmark Scores May Seem Low

Typically, LLMs advertise higher context windows, and sometimes they do seem to work at those context windows. Other tests like the popular "Needle in the haystack" style tests, show LLMs passing with flying colors across a large context.

To explain the difference, this benchmark is harder than other tests you may have seen and is asking more complex questions than the typical LLM experience.

We deliberately designed hard questions that test understanding of subtext rather than information that can be searched for. This requires actually reading and understanding the full context rather than just searching for and focusing on the relevant bits (which many LLMs optimize for and do well). Our tests deliberately test cases where this search strategy does not work, as is typical in fiction writing.

Personally, I think I prefer the original one, but I'd be fine if others disagree, or if it makes your Wiki-organization more difficult. So I'd wait for more feedback from others, if there is any.

A possible compromise between the two models would be to display the summary using the original prompt format, but when that is complete, add the "meta-categories" as keywords next to each relevant line of the summary.

So for example:

Genetics & Bloodlines
  • RH Negative Blood Origins:
    • Basques and certain South American indigenous peoples have high RH negative incidence due to less mixing with outsiders and ancient genetic manipulation.
    • RH negative blood is linked to those “most connected to off-world bloodlines”.
    • The genetic manipulation was off-world and ancient.
    • Clarified that RH negative individuals are not reptilian, contrary to popular misconceptions.
    • [Keywords: Contact and Alien Interactions, Genetics and Ancestry]

I like it.
