The Living Force

I do my EE and follow the diet but I am very angry with what sometimes feels this burden.
Be careful here, the idea is not repressing anger or forcing yourself to not feel it, just to be able to communicate properly with her, that is, to not direct your anger for the system towards her. For example, if it boils your blood, you can acknowledge that it makes you angry but that doesn't mean that being mad at her will help at all.
The truth... mmm instead of a diet is more like working out, working on the centers and different parts of your being like working on a muscle, truth or knowledge won't be the one causing suffering, to the contrary, it will be like the nutrients needed to make the muscle recover and be stronger, the experiences when we force our perception and we get disappointed etc, are those that hurt us as hell, and truth help us to heal.RflctnOfU said:That bolded part - that the truth will set you free is the first part of the verbal formula. What is not included is that it will make you miserable first. That is what my statement referred to. And suffering won't have any beneficial value unless it is consciously made use of - through conscious labors and intentional suffering, as you mentioned. The Truth is a very high density set of nutrients for the Being. Unless your psycho-physiology is prepared beforehand to be able to assimilate the 'diet'/Truth -- quite similar with the preparation of the body to be able to assimilate a Ketogenic Diet -- negative consequences will ensue. My overall point was that Truth is NOT for everyone....one has to have a 'hunger' for Truth. It is externally inconsiderate to 'force-feed' Truth to those who want nothing to do with it.
