The Great Reset

I’m suspicious of this Greta video. Such a small amount of mostly police around her. It would seem they would know if there was a “intruder” filming them. If they were really trying to stage a fake arrest, then why did they “let” themselves be filmed by some who was not one of them? And then “leak” it on twitter. It reminds me of the Chinese filming themselves doing horrible things to their own people then “leaking” the video to the world. So, maybe it’s a double fake, made for the purpose of discredit the greenies.

It could be something much more simple. The police know who she is, that she is unlikely to cause any particular trouble or become violent. Everybody knows they have to arrest her and that it's likely to be under scrutiny because she's famous. They have a chat beforehand and then they carry her off because she's going to make it as difficult as possible out of principle, no hard feelings all round. It is a bit weird, but after all she is a bit weird.

What I'm trying to say is that it's not necessarily a staged arrest, but it's not a typical arrest because of who she is, and the presence of the camera.

For what it's worth, the BBC carried this article in which German police offered an explanation, and denied that the arrest was staged.

"We would never give ourselves to make such recordings," a spokesperson for local police told the BBC, denying allegations that Ms Thunberg's detainment was fake.
But it is important that the police enable reporting and guarantee the protection of media workers, they added.
The viral video shows the climate campaigner flanked by police officers on either side.
Meanwhile a few photographers can be seen snapping photos and moving around her, as Ms Thunberg smiles.
Several other police officers who were also standing nearby appear to be waiting with her before walking her away from the scene.
Some online have jumped onto these moments of officers and Ms Thunberg waiting around, to falsely claim that it is part of a staged photo opportunity.
However the interior ministry of the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia told the BBC that the police officers and Ms Thunberg were waiting for logistical reasons.
"They had to wait for a couple of minutes before they could bring her to a certain police car," said the spokesperson.
They added that "the whole situation has been used by those with political motives and the real reason is entirely practical and mundane."

Yeah, maybe not staged as such - but sure got yet another good photo op out of it...

Check out this video I recently posted, not the best optics for the German police:

This could do with speeding up and adding some Benny Hill music. German police at the recent coal mine protests:

The fake “arrest” of Greta Thunberg in Germany today. It's all a theater
A picture's worth a 1000 words:

Mentally impaired “climate” activist Greta Thunberg was “arrested” yesterday for protesting open-pit coal mining in Lützerath, Germany, as world media breathlessly recounted. New videos that have emerged seem to show the whole stunt was staged.

New videos emerged showing the “arrest” of climate prophet of doom Greta Thunberg posing for cameras with two cops seemingly waiting for the photographers to take their photos, before leading her off. The scenes were reminiscent of Palestinian “Pallywood” productions staged for Western photographers.

Thunberg can be seen smiling patiently and waiting, and joking with the photographers.
A second video shows police seeming to wait for a signal to lead her off, while people around seem to be grinning at the stunt.
[can't help but notice those wind turbines in the background]
“Imagine what kind of gullible fool would believe the obviously fake, staged Greta Thunberg arrest in Germany?”, wrote Catturd.

The ruling “Green” Party in Germany is in a quandary typical of left-wing utopians suddenly thrust into real-world positions of power, having to abandon virtually all of their hippie program to keep the country running in the face of massive energy shortages and a Soros-inspired war in Ukraine, that has the pacifist Greens suddenly leading the charge for arming Eastern European despot Volodymyr Zelensky with German Leopard II tanks and heavy weapons.

The Green “climate and economic minister” Robert Habeck finds himself in the unenviable position of having to explain to his base why the Greens are voting to keep nuclear plants running, and ramping up coal production in the Ruhr again, which the Greens really wanted to end.

The government of the State of North Rhine Westphalia, where Lützerath is located, is a coalition of RINO Christian Democrats and Greens, who recently voted for more coal mining in Lützerath. [rather than more wind turbines?]

So the Greens themselves are in charge of evicting the Antifa-style violent protestors, who have been occupying the deserted hamlet and fighting police with Molotov cocktails and fireworks. 70 officers were injured.

Green politicians like TikTok star and 24-year old MP Emilia Fester first voted for more coal power in the parliament, and then jouneyed to Lützrath to join their violent militant buddies attacking the police.

Fester traveled with North Rhine Westfalian “Green” delegate Nyke Slawik, who had voted to evacuate Lützerath, before then “showing solidarity” with the militants. The hypocrisy was blatant.

There's no denying the celebrity climate activist was handled with "kid" gloves!

Interesting stuff. Apparently there is ‘discontent’ at the WEF with Herr Schwab, and who has been touted as his successor? None other than Tony Blair… 'Political has-been' Blair torn to shreds as 'economic failure' touted as new Mr Davos

Seems like there is a fair bit of push back against this from UK politicians many of whom I think know Blair’s character and reputation all too well.

Furious MPs and commentators are enraged as speculation mounts that Tony Blair could be taking over from Klaus Schwab as head of the World Economic Forum. There has been increasing speculation over who may be taking over the role as many expressed discontent over Mr Schwab's role in the WEF. In response to the possibility of Mr Blair's appointment, Tory MP Lee Anderson urged the WEF to "distance themselves" from Mr Blair if it wants to retain "any sort of credibility".

He told the Daily Express: "Tony Blair was responsible for the state of Britain's economy in 2010 and even admitted his government failed to understand the complexity of the financial sector or foresee that it was on the brink of crisis.

"He also dragged us into a pointless war that cost 179 British lives on the battlefield so this man needs to disappear quietly to a place where he has no influence at all.

"If the WEF wants to have any sort of credibility they will distance themselves from this out-of-touch political has been."

Meanwhile, Nigel Farage joked that Mr Blair would be "perfect" for the role, explaining: "He'd be absolutely ideal. He would join an organisation whose credibility has diminished quite significantly."

Conservative MP Marco Longhi also criticised the possible appointment, telling the Daily Express: "Personally I'd do away with the WEF altogether, it is an elitist gathering of billionaires who are completely removed from the lives of ordinary people.
"So if at the same time we can do away with the person who took us into an illegal war based on evidence he trumped up secure a vote in Parliament, who opened up our borders to unlimited immigration and signed us up to his human rights agenda, who is responsible for altering the fabric of our communities - then yes please!"

Speculation about Mr Schwab's future intensified after mounting discontent over his leadership of the forum.

A group of current and former WEF staff members told the Guardian the 82-year-old is "completely unaccountable" and had surrounded himself with "nobodies" who were incapable of running the organisation he founded in the early 1970s.

The PTB continue to grow bolder and bolder.
'A Davos speaker explicitly outlined the World Economic Forum’s agenda when he stated that the goal was to create a “new world order.” 'Another speaker complained about countries valuing their own sovereignty over the interests of the “world order”.'
