.. there's lots more involving vibations and frequencies but getting back to you message IMO we need to fight to delay until/as chngaes come into play. We'll see soon enough as this manifests 2023 and 204 on-wards, first law of woo: it works until it doesn't.

Why do we need to fight to delay? And what does that look like?

Why do we need to fight to delay? And what does that look like?
By 'fight' I mean do not comply - don't make their agenda smooth.

Since the France [riot]s have now manifested the [riot]s will spread in other places as well, especially in the [usofa]. In the [usofa] (and likely all over) the [riot]s are done by the [PTB] - many American youth get trapped by [officialdom] in the early [riot]s. So one needs knowledge to avoid being played by the [PTB].

The 2012 Shape reports had the [PTB] heading into DUMBs fall 2024 leaving the [minions], [officialdom] and the rest of us topside. The reports end in early 2025 - basically the traffic goes down 99%. clif thought it was censorship back in 2012 blocking the bots when he was working on the data but I suspect major events in 2025 which eliminate communications and/or many people so there was nothing to pull back. Could this be the realm border?, comets?, something else?

Their system of control and depopulation requires people to run, electronics, electricity, often GPS, computers, JIT supply lines - it's actually a very brittle system.

'Delay as IMO there are very significant Earth changes coming (at least in the Shape reports) which will start to impact what they are doing. There's seem to be changes coming which help 'level the play-field'. As to how exactly it depends upon personal circumstances what you do. They need people using smartphones, SMART gadgets (especially Ring cameras for racking and surveillance), using CBDC, getting injections and not pushing back.

Also, many items in the 2011-12 Shape reports covering 2023 and 2024 into the start of 2025 really seem to be similar to what the CASS talk about. Also 'delay' as what they have planned is horrific - it's not a simple currency but large scale harvesting of 'containers' (us as bodies and loosh). I think one of the CASS transcripts covered the 3D->4D over something like 17-years (I got called away at the time) - I think it worked out to around 2027 but I'm not sure. I have to go looking for it again.

For 2024 (or late 2023) the bots had [open warfare] on the people - basically it becomes obvious the [PTB], [minions] and [officialdom] are at war with the population. The [3/three years of oppression] which has started turns on itself during the third year - perhaps 2025 event related.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn:

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

George Orwell said "If you want to get an idea of what the future will be like, imagine a boot crushing a human face incessantly."

Today we could also say If you want to get an idea of what the future will be like, look at Chinese full-spectrum dominance against its own civilian population

The boot crushing a face will also include the digital prison that we have become accustomed to using for our own good.

Fortunately or unfortunately the changes on Earth are likely to prevent these scenarios. It has already been said repeatedly that the Universe will intervene because of our inability to oppose evil.

The Cs asked the question "how are you going to opt out? Belong or starve." They then encouraged a bit of patience because when/if that point is reached (and I think we are pretty much there with google now tracking our every move) then "change will come." They've also said that if a staged alien invasion were planned that other things may intervene, like REAL EARTH CHANGES. They've also said that Earth Changes are a reflection of the activities of human beings on earth, which I take to mean that the more violence on the planet, the more unhappiness and suppression of humanity, then the more likely serious cataclysms are. And it isn't looking good.

WEF: Digital Currency Could Be Used To Block Citizens From Purchasing ‘Less Desirable’ Items Such as ‘Ammunition’
https://www.infowars.com/show/
A video from last month’s World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the New Champions highlights the dystopian world being openly created by the unelected authoritarians running the globe.

Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University Eswar Prasad spoke at the gathering, bluntly stating the “benefits of digital money” include the “programmability” of citizens.

For example, the government could control what products citizens are allowed to purchase with digital currencies.

Prasad said, “The government decides that units of central bank money can be used to purchase some things but not other things that it deems less desirable like say, ammunition or drugs or pornography or things of the sort.”
That’s right, “ammunition” was the first thing this globalist thought of regulating when he listed off items a government would likely see as “less desirable.”

The American Second Amendment may very well be the only thing preventing the nation from totally falling victim to the globalist agenda, and once their Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) goes operational gun rights will absolutely be under attack.

An authoritarian regime could hypothetically prevent any combative or dissenting citizen from being allowed to purchase firearms or ammunition.

Also, with growing propaganda connecting meat consumption to “climate change,” the government could use CBDCs to ration how much meat people are “allowed” to purchase with the digital money.

The WEF isn’t the only major group or political body promoting digital currency as leaders from around the world appear to be rolling out the technology in unison.

Last month, International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva announced the IMF is “working hard on the concept of a global CBDC platform.”

Days later, the Governor of the Bank of France François Villeroy de Galhau said it’s the nation’s “duty” to create a digital Euro.

The First Deputy Governor of the Bank of Russia Olga Skorobogatova told Forbes this week her nation also plans to launch a CBDC.

In late July, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank’s FedNow digital currency is scheduled to be launched.

On the background of SMO the preparation for New World Order/One world government is on the way head-on.

United Nations Preparing to Expand into Single-World Government

Frank Bergman, July 12, 2023

The globalist United Nations (UN) is preparing to massively expand its powers to overrule individual sovereign nations and position itself as an unelected single-world government.
The UN is planning to unveil proposals for the unprecedented expansion of its influence during the upcoming “Summit of the Future” conference in 2024.
Included in the proposals are policies that would grant the organization an “emergency platform” during “global crisis” events.
Such “crises” would be determined by the UN itself and “emergencies” would be declared by the agency.
Should a global “emergency” be declared by the UN, it would enable the agency to deploy “emergency powers” to meet “climate change” goals or enforce restrictions during, or even before, pandemics.
The plans also include a “digital code of ethics” that would allow the UN to censor “misinformation” to prevent a “climate” or pandemic-related “crisis.”
The UN has dubbed the spread of information that conflicts with the official “climate crisis” or pandemic narrative as an “infodemic.”
The “Summit of the Future” conference will bring together UN allied nations and non-governmental organizations, such as the World Economic Forum (WEF) and World Health Organization (WHO), to discuss a sweeping policy agenda.
The agenda speaks to left-wing initiatives such as increasing the size of government to operate on a global level, digital censorship, and drastic pandemic and climate proposals.
These policies signal a concerning expansion of the UN’s influence over individual sovereign nations, according to policy experts.
By allowing the UN to expand its powers in this way, the unelected organization will be able to overrule the laws of counties around the world to pursue its own globalist agenda.
The powers would enable the United Nations to violate Americans’ constitutional rights, for example, by stripping citizens of their free speech rights with radical censorship policies.
Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust, a government watchdog organization, warns that the proposals will see America “relinquish its sovereignty” and allow the UN, WEF, and WHO “the power to rule over us.”
“Back when Americans called themselves Englishmen, we couldn’t abide being ruled by people we didn’t vote for and never saw,” Chamberlain explains.
“Self-government is in our national DNA.
“We elect representatives to enact the laws we live by… not so with the United Nations and other international and foreign organizations.
“That is why it is exceedingly dangerous for the United States to relinquish its sovereignty and allow any of these organizations the power to rule over us.”

According to the “Strengthening the International Response to Complex Global Shocks – An Emergency Platform” policy proposal, in the event of a global crisis, such as a “major climactic event” or “future pandemic risk,” the emergency platform policy would give the U.N. the ability to “actively promote and drive an international response that places the principles of equity and solidarity at the center of its work.”
Note the wording of “future pandemic risk” rather than during an actual pandemic – the UN would be able to exercise its sweeping powers if it claims it is acting to prevent something from happening.
To prevent a “major climatic event,” the UN could block the public from buying meat and dairy products with their digital dollars to stop “global warming.”
The proposal was written by U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
It would grant Guterres the authority to declare an emergency platform and extend it on his own whim if the policy was ratified.
Brett Schaefer, senior researcher in International Regulatory Affairs at Heritage Foundation, is warning that Guterres and the UN will be able to overrule the leaders of once sovereign nations around the world.
“It is clearly an effort to empower the Secretary-General and the United Nations,” Schaefer warns.
“The Emergency Platform policy brief would grant the Secretary-General ‘standing authority to convene and operationalize’ a response to a broad array of international crises with minimal consultation with the member states, including the U.S.”
The emergency platform would also ensure “that participating actors make clear commitments that directly and immediately support the global response to a complex shock.”
These participating actors include the UN’s member states like the U.S., China, European Union countries, and the U.K.
“While the member states would not be compelled legally to abide by the recommendations of the Secretary-General, the pressure to ‘contribute meaningfully to the response and [be] held to account for delivery on those commitments’ would be immense,” said Schaefer.
“The U.S. should be willing to respond positively to assist other nations in times of crisis, but this should be a decision made by our elected leaders, not driven from Turtle Bay.”
Another one of the “Summit of the Future” proposals would seek to develop a “code of conduct” online that would demonetize and censor what the UN considers “misinformation.”
The sweeping censorship policy is titled “Information Integrity on Digital Platforms.”
The “code of conduct” is informed by work from groups that actively push to censor conservative speech online.
The UN and the UN-funded Global Disinformation Index (GDI) cite multiple conservative news outlets as sources of “misinformation”
However, they accrediting left-leaning sources as highly reliable, according to the GDI’s “Disinformation Risk Assessment.”
For example, the GDI gave the New York Times, the Washington Post, and BuzzFeed News “low” risk levels, while giving the Daily Wire, the New York Post, and the American Conservative “high” risk levels.
“From health and gender equality to peace, justice, education, and climate action, measures that limit the impact of mis- and disinformation and hate speech will boost efforts to achieve a sustainable future,” the UN Secretary-General wrote in the “Information Integrity on Digital Platforms” proposal.
The UN’s definition of “misinformation” poses a major risk to free speech, Schaefer said.
“We have seen firsthand how efforts to repress ‘disinformation’ and ‘misinformation’ instead are misused to silence opposing opinions and repress inconvenient evidence – such as the Chinese lab leak theory on the origin of Covid,” Schaefer said.
“It is hard to see any UN Code that would not run roughshod over the First Amendment.”
Chamberlain agreed, adding that the UN has no basis to establish the policy in any democratic country.
“Americans still have the protections of the First Amendment that prohibit the government from infringing on their rights to free speech,” said Chamberlain.
“Not only is the government barred from trampling on those rights, it is not allowed to outsource that trampling to others, not even to large, powerful international organizations, regardless of how highly regarded those organizations may be.”

Other policy proposals include a mandatory global vaccination plan for COVID-19.
The plan would seek to administer a minimum of 11 billion doses worldwide and increase funding and authority to the WHO, the health agency of the UN.
“The independence, authority, and financing of WHO must be strengthened,” wrote Guterres in the “Our Common Agenda” report.
“This includes greater financial stability and autonomy, based on fully unearmarked resources, increased funding, and an organized replenishment process for the remainder of the budget.”
Another proposal seeks to enforce “climate change” initiatives by reaching “net zero carbon emissions” by 2050 “or sooner.”
The plan involves abolishing fossil fuels and coal energy worldwide, and coercing financial actors to shift away “from high-emission sectors to the climate resilient and net zero economy.”
“We should be shoring up our populations, infrastructure, economies, and societies to be resilient to climate change, yet adaptation and resilience continue to be seriously underfunded,” Guterres said in the “Our Common Agenda” report.
However, experts warn that meeting the globalist green agenda goals seems impossible with drastic actions.
“China’s priority – and the priority of many other countries, especially developing countries – is to maximize economic growth and increase standards of living,” Schaefer said.
“To the extent that net zero and phasing out fossil fuels impede those goals, they will not abide by limitations.”
Elsewhere in the UN’s proposal are calls for mandatory globalized “digital IDs.”
As Slay News previously reported, Guterres demands in the “Our Common Agenda” report that all individuals under the UN’s control would have a digital ID that is linked to their bank account.
With the eventual rollout of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), authorities would be able to monitor and control the spending of citizens in cashless societies.
Those whose spending indicates that they pose a “risk” of contributing toward a “major climactic event” could be swiftly punished.

And here we go...

Fed launches long-awaited instant payments service, modernizing system

July 20 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Reserve has launched a long-awaited service which will aim to modernize the country's payment system by eventually allowing everyday Americans to send and receive funds in seconds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the central bank announced on Thursday.

The "FedNow" service, which has been in the works since 2019, will seek to eliminate the several-day lag it commonly takes cash transfers to settle, bringing the U.S. in line with countries including the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, as well as the European Union, where similar services have existed for years.
Hmm... why was the U.S. lagging other countries? Isn't the U.S. at the forefront of "financial wizardry?" Too busy with the Woke agenda and the "plandemic?"
FedNow is launching with 41 banks and 15 service providers certified to use the service, including community banks and large lenders like JPMorgan Chase (JPM.N), Bank of New York Mellon (BK.N), and US Bancorp (USB.N), but the Fed plans to onboard more banks and credit unions this year. The Fed said on Thursday in a statement that 35 banks and credit unions were currently utilizing the service, as well as the Treasury Department's Bureau of Fiscal Service.
The service will compete with private sector real-time payments systems, including The Clearing House's RTP network, and was initially opposed by big banks who said it was redundant. But many have since agreed to participate on the basis FedNow will allow them to expand the services they can offer clients.

"For us, FedNow really is a wonderful way of expanding reach," said Anu Somani, head of global payables and embedded payments at U.S. Bank.

Unlike peer-to-peer payments services like Venmo or PayPal, which act as intermediaries between banks, payments made via FedNow will settle directly in central bank accounts.

The Fed also operates a real-time payments system called FedWire, but that's reserved for large-scale, mostly corporate payments and is only operational during business hours. While the new FedNow system is for everyone, it's likely to benefit consumers and small businesses the most, analysts have said.
Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen, who had urged the Fed to develop a real-time payments system, said in a statement the launch of FedNow is "good news for American consumers and our economy."

"The launch of FedNow will help connect Americans with their money – when they need it, immediately, in real-time – and will save consumers billions of dollars annually," he said.

Some market participants have raised concerns that FedNow could super-charge a potential bank run by facilitating fast outflows from financial institutions, a fear that was amplified after the failure of Silicon Valley Bank earlier this year.

But Fed officials have downplayed those concerns, arguing that banks have tools available to mitigate a wave of outflows.

At the outset, FedNow will have a maximum payment limit of $500,000, but banks can choose to lower that cap if need be.
Basically, the knot can be tightened at will, as "security measures" are built-in.

The "FedNow" service, which has been in the works since 2019, will seek to eliminate the several-day lag it commonly takes cash transfers to settle

"Hmm... why was the U.S. lagging other countries? Isn't the U.S. at the forefront of "financial wizardry?" Too busy with the Woke agenda and the "plandemic?""

Financial Institutions have always cashed in and made money on the "float"...this 2-5 business day time lag where they get your funds on their books before they allow you to have access to your own funds while giving the customer a lame excuse for the time lag. It was never really because the system was inherently that slow or could not have been sped up. So... the new instant systems are being sold as a benefit to the depositors but there must be a pretty big incentive for the institutions to give up profits and balance sheet manipulations made possible from the float in exchange for lightening fast transactions. I guess it is related to "your" funds being ever and ever less "yours". I am sure it is there in the fine print somewhere. Or, Bail-ins? Instantaneous schlepping funds around - it's here; no it's there; now it's back over here again - its moving so fast it looks like we have more than we really do. Annnnnnd... it's gone!

And to add to that, Australia has already removed one billion of cash from circulation.

Strongest sign yet Australia headed toward totally cashless society
It appears Australia is truly on its way to becoming a cashless society, with the number of notes in circulation officially declining for the first time since dollars and cents were introduced in 1966.

According to data from the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), more than a billion dollars worth of physical cash disappeared from circulation in the last financial year, a shift that's likely to make life more difficult for the elderly and for those in the regions.
Authorities say less cash will also hurt the nation's criminals, who rely heavily on its use, making it harder for them to make transactions undetected.

Every year since 1966 when the country transitioned from pounds and shillings to decimal currency, the total value and number of notes in circulation increased.

That all came crashing to a halt in the 2022-23 financial year, with a sharp decrease in $50 notes especially.
The RBA's survey of consumers' payment trends revealed that a third of Aussies now consider themselves "low cash users" - meaning they claim to use cash for less than 20 per cent of all their in-person transactions.

In 2019, about half of the nation's residents were reported as such.
Despite the rise of ultra-quick payment forms such as Apple Pay and other touch-and-go methods, cash use actually increased during the COVID years, despite the preference of electronic payments at the time.

But jump forward three years, there's now just $101.3 billion in cash circulating around the country, according to the RBA, which is the smallest since November 2019.

The number of $5 notes fell to the lowest point since October '19, with the number of $20 notes (May 2021) and $50 notes (August 2021) is also on a sharp decline.

The $100 note however is increasing slightly, but even they are slowing overall.

It's expected that cash use will continue to decrease in the coming years, similar to the use of cheques, which are set to wrap up completely in the country by 2030.

I reckon the public will come up with some kind of alternative even though it's not likely that people will be able to totally avoid CBDC's. Historically there have been Bills of Exchange and Promisary Notes which can both be negotiable instruments and transferrable to other parties. They are both a kind of contract. Though they will probably be more likely to be used for goods and services rather than currency payments since currency will likely be under strict control. The article mentions that cheques will be phased out by 2030. Not sure yet what the timeline is for totally phasing out cash.

Putin Signs Law On Introduction Of Digital Ruble In Russia

A few excepts. More in the article below:

"And now, the wait is over!"

"The Bank of Russia’s centralized, programmable digital token officially received the State Duma’s blessing on Tuesday."

"Safe and convenient concepts such as “digital ruble platform”, “digital ruble platform participant”, as well as “digital ruble platform user”
and “digital account (wallet)”, now have concrete definitions provided by pages and pages of legal mumbo-jumbo."

"The approved legislation designates the Bank of Russia as the sole operator of the digital ruble platform. The Central Bank will be responsible for all aspects of “Russia’s” CBDC, including functionality, safety, and “the correct accounting” of transactions."

"A closing thought before I leave you."

"Guys, this was huge big news - the digital ruble is now official. It now has a formal legal status. It’s happened. It’s here and it’s probably not going away."

"For better or worse (probably for worse, but you never know!), the ratification of this law was a historic event."

"And where’s the coverage? THIS HAPPENED TWO DAYS AGO."

"I checked RT.com, the #1 source for Russia News. Nothing."

"(Or maybe I just didn’t see it? Or maybe they are seconds away from filing a report about this momentous event, which occurred almost 48 hours ago?)"

"Come on, now. People seem to be interested in Russia. There is also much interest in CBDCs. But for some reason, when you put these two things together…crickets."
