I'm trying this technique your share @France it works.

I combined it with drumming thing and voice vibrations (man's tone, smth similar like Sergey Lawrow have (if you have watched his interviews). outside and inside of my body in order to my body to vibrate)
It seems good for my body in general.


Actually I'm trying to combine everything of all of you have said and to determine what I can use right now and checking what works for me better.

An interesting thing I have noticed.
My ex-wife was licking/tickling my ear with her tong.
