Tools for spine pain

Hello,

I share with you a tool that is currently helping me with my spinal pain. Honestly, yoga does not help me and I have always found that it was ill suited for me. Foundation training is simple and effective for decompressing your spine on a daily basis. It's easy to integrate into our daily lives. No hardware is required. Just your body is needed.

Here are some useful links:

Here are videos that demonstrate some basic postures of this approach:

Personally, I signed up for FT streaming. It's US $ 15 a month. We can watch the exercises at our own home and use the movements that do us the most good in our daily lives. When you have finished learning the movements; you can unsubscribe without any penalty. No commitment or contract is requested.

I went to a chiropractor yesterday and he told me that my spine is slightly deviated and that the area of the spine that is in the neck, just below the head is too straight which, he said, could lead to disc inflammation and pinched nerves in the future, so he emphasized that I really need to correct my posture in order to reverse this.

I can see why this happened, since I really haven't payed much attention to the position of my laptop, keyboard and screen throughout the years of working on my computer for several hours a day. That means I'm usually looking down at my laptop screen when I work, which created the same effect as looking down at the mobile all day long.

So, I've been looking at some YouTube videos for tips on how to correct this and thought I'd share some of it here, as I can imagine that this is a very common issue and perhaps it can help some people with chronic upper back pain. I found this thread about the spine so here it is.

I really liked this channel, the video below is about neck and shoulder pain, but it explains that the root cause of this is usually the bad posture that leads to a humped upper back. He also shares 4 easy exercises that can help correct this.

Here, he shares some tips for your workstation if you work on the computer for several hours.

I haven't tried the exercises yet, I just got some of the stuff he uses for the exercises. I started by changing my workstation setup today, so hopefully, that will help.

The channel also has a lot of very informative videos for many other back pain issues.

For spine alignment, I found this other video. Again, haven't really tried it yet, but it looks as if it may help:

I know there are a lot of other people here who are very knowledgeable about these things, what are you thoughts on this?
