I watched this last week and I agree, Means came across as weak and manipulative. Jake Kruse seemed like an angry, unreasonable bully. Mary Talley Bowen and Danny Jones both seemed reasonable but hardly got to talk. I can't say I think much of Means or Kruse after watching it personally.I watched parts of the Danny Jones podcast where Casey Means, Mary Talley Bowen and Jack Kruse were interviewed. Even though I didn't go through the whole interview, Means came across as an untrustworthy and generally "slithery" character. (There's the saying "Would you buy a used car from this man?" and I bet in Casey's case, plenty of people would not.)
Dr. Sherri Tenpenny's comments on the podcast:
Here's the podcast:
That said from what I've read and observed this week it seems RFK Jr and his team are genuinely trying to do what he said he wanted to do: bring transparency to HHS, do real science and restore trust in the agency. There's a lot to politics and legal matters that I don't understand and I get the impression we have little idea what's going on behind closed doors. Hopefully Casey's sister Calley is the wonderful person RFK says she is and hopefully she will do a good job as Surgeon General.
