Trump Elected: The True MAGA Era Begins, Now What?

It is at the same time an acknowledgment of their guilt to all and including that of the Joe Bid who is responsible for it, both in the order given and in the unjustified excuse
That's what I was thinking, too. He's acknowledging that they are guilty of crimes. I sure hope that Trump's lawyers can come up with a way nullify those pardons. They should not be allowed to get away with these horrid crimes.

Biden pardoned Fauci, Mark Milley, and the entire Jan. 6 House committee this morning. Hopefully SCOTUS rules correctly that these pre-emptive pardons are unconstitutional. But knowing that the justices ended up doing nothing about the stolen 2020 election, not holding my breath.
That's unbelievable. I don't know how that would work legally but it's absurd. As far as I know those people haven't been accused of anything yet, much less found guilty, so what are they being 'pardoned' for exactly? Does that mean that if in the next four years they are accused of anything, say, crossing a traffic light, they are already pardoned?? It doesn't make any sense. I think Biden should be prosecuted just for this obvious attempt at abuse of power, and then all the rest 'pardoned' people should be investigated, on suspicion of committing a crime as Biden is implicitly accepting. Really!

What NATO fears most is Putin and Trump's approach to Ukraine's peace initiative

Russia congratulates Donald Trump on taking office as US president and welcomes his proclaimed intent to resume contacts between the two countries, Vladimir Putin has said, during a meeting of the country’s National Security Council on Monday.

“We’re hearing the statements of the newly elected US president and members of his team about the desire to restore direct contacts with Russia, which were halted by the outgoing administration. We also hear his statement about the need to do everything to prevent world war three,” Putin said.

“Of course, we welcome such an attitude and congratulate the elected US president on taking office,” he added.

Moscow has never “refused dialogue” with Washington and has always expressed readiness to deal with any US administration, the president noted. Russia remains committed to its principles and believes the dialogue must be built upon “equal and mutually respectful basis,” Putin emphasized.

Trump has repeatedly signaled his intent to engage in talks with Putin, particularly with the aim of bringing the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to an end. Last week, the incoming US president announced he planned to meet with Putin “very quickly” after getting sworn in.

“I know he [Putin] wants to meet, and I’m going to meet very quickly,” Trump said last Monday. “I would have done it sooner, but … you have to get into the office.”

Any potential in-person meeting between the two leaders is expected to be preceded by a phone talk. Moscow has repeatedly signaled its readiness to communicate with the incoming administration. According to the Kremlin, however, no exact details on when or where a potential meeting would take place have been ironed out.

I fully agree with your sentiment incl. the optics of this, and more importantly so will a majority of Americans. Apparently he has done this for all his extended family as well *noting that it shouldn't be misconstrued as admission of guilt, hilarious.

My feeling this is a desperate move which will not hold up to any legal scrutiny and if anything it will deepen their whole, incriminate the whole circle further. Also to consider is the fact that the justice system is notably less constrained to prosecute the old regime now that they have served their purpose, that's what I'd expect naturally to be their MO. There seems to be some valve releasing in general hapening as the deep state pivots with the 2nd Trump term and I suspect throwing a few of the old heads on the guillotine may be par for the course.

Well, even with the pardon, they can still be subpoenaed and if lying when answering or witholding the truth is a criminal offence not covered by that stupid pardon. IF someone is willing to pick the proverbial glove...

I'm watching Trump give his inaugural speech, he's really blasting the Biden Administration and when he spoke of the bullet that missed his head, he said he believed he was saved by God to make America great again. Everybody stood up clapping except the Biden contingent.

According to US attorney Mike Davis, the States can lead the charge. Davis started the Article 3 Project.

Here's to hoping!

About Mike:

Mike Davis

President

Mike Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, is the founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P). A3P defends constitutionalist judges and the rule of law. He is also the founder and managing partner of MRDLaw. Davis also leads the Internet Accountability Project (IAP), an advocacy organization fighting to rein in Big Tech, along with the Unsilenced Majority, an organization dedicated to opposing Cancel Culture and fighting back against the woke mob and their enablers. As Chief Counsel for Nominations, Davis advised Chairman Grassley and other senators on the confirmation of federal judges and senior Executive Branch appointees, serving as staff lead for 30 hearings and 41 markup meetings. He oversaw the floor votes for 278 nominees, including the confirmations of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the record number of circuit judges confirmed during President Trump’s first two years in office.

He did an interview with Viva and Barnes a couple of years ago if you want to know more about him. He's a smart, snarky guy. I really like his tweets - even if he's just blowing smoke. The interview starts about 4:10.

I saw that too! Bidens Clintons and Obamas just sitting while everyone is standing and clapping! They give themselves away so easily. I am so disgusted by these people - I won't allow myself to think Trump can't really turn things around but I can help to feel some bit of justice restored in the world by the people's president returning to his rightful position as chosen by the vast majority of Americans.

Biden preemptively pardons several family members
Shortly before Donald Trump was inaugurated, President Joe Biden issued preemptive pardons for several family members: brother James B. Biden; Sara Jones Biden, James Biden’s wife; sister Valerie Biden Owens; John T. Owens, Valerie Biden Owens’ husband; and brother Francis W. Biden.

"My family has been subjected to unrelenting attacks and threats, motivated solely by a desire to hurt me — the worst kind of partisan politics,” Biden said. “Unfortunately, I have no reason to believe these attacks will end."

One of Trump’s campaign promises was to appoint a special prosecutor to "go after" Joe Biden and his family.

He basically repeated all the main points he already said before; big words, remains to be seen what he can actually deliver. The determination and energy behind the words was palpable though.
So, even today he said to end the Green Deal policy, bring back free speech and reintroduce the only two natural genders, so for that to see we won't need to wait long.

Interesting thing that caught my attention in respect to July assassination attempt was that he mentioned it in the same context and basically in the same sentence as his legal trials and prosecutions last year, preceding it by the phrase how they wanted to lock him up and take his freedom, and then also his life, implying that he didn't think Iran was to blame, but "they" - the same people who did all these other things to him, i.e. Deep State and the previous government.

He also repeated the renaming of Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America, Mt. McKinley and taking back Panama Canal, with sound argumentation to back up the last one. No mention of Greenland though.

Would recommend listening to it, especially to those who were not so much exposed to Trump's previous speeches, during the campaign and after the election.

Edit:
Yeah, few more highlights, "drill, baby, drill", Mexico cartels declared international terorist organizations and even today national emergency on Southern border.
Apologies for the spoilers.
