Her remarks followed Wednesday's US State Department announcement that it had designated eight Latin American drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. In addition to the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua that has been raising hell inside the United States, the list included Mexico's two principal drug traffickers: the Jalisco Nueva Generacion and Sinaloa cartels.
The move fulfilled a promise Trump made during his 2024 election campaign. While the most likely initial actions will center on the legal and financial fronts, the terrorist designation opens the door for military action against the cartels. In the wake of the announcement, Trump advisor Elon Musk tweeted, "That means they're eligible for drone strikes."
Sheinbaum, however, warned against unilateral US military action:
Earlier, Sheinbaum said she had approved US surveillance drone flights over Mexico. That claim came after CNN reported that the administration tapped the CIA to use unarmed MQ-9 drones to monitor the cartels. The secret missions were communicated to members of Congress, with the description of the undertaking making no mention of a partnership with the Mexican government.
There have also been indications of US Air Force RC-135V aircraft performing signal intelligence (SIGINT) missions inside Mexican airspace. Meanwhile, the Mexican Senate Commission has given the green light for US Special Forces deployment inside Mexico for "training missions."
Sheinbaum has said she opposes a terrorist designation out of concern that US government actions under such a designation may violate Mexican sovereignty, arguing that the two countries should work in mutual consultation and collaboration. Last week, Sheinbaum threatened to retaliate for a terrorist-designation by expanding Mexico's lawsuit against several American gun manufacturers, including Smith & Wesson, Barrett, Colt and Sturm, Ruger & Co:
The move toward the US terror designation began with a Day One executive order from Trump tasking the State Department with evaluating that avenue. "The cartels have engaged in a campaign of violence and terror throughout the Western Hemisphere that has not only destabilized countries with significant importance for our national interests but also flooded the United States with deadly drugs, violent criminals, and vicious gangs," Trump wrote.

This may be a little off-topic in this thread but just wanted to add my 2 cents (fwtw).
In recent years it has become evident to me that the 'little things' and close to home lessons and experiences are far more valuable, at least from my perspective. I always felt a longing for anchoring in the dynamics with family, close friends as a balance to the longing for esoteric knowledge or that of the greater reality. What's happening now at a high-level (earthly high-level shocks, to me quite positive) seems to, at the very least, provide framework and more opportunity to see and appreciate with some semblance of free-will. As long as we don't allow yourself to vicariously polarize into negative emotional responses seems we are granted some beautiful opportunities for learning and experiencing this lifetime.
As an example, when going through a very tough inner-world time in 2023 it was the little things i.e. seeing the quote "Don't just exists — feed your Curiosity" on my sister-in-law's top and relating that to how she 'softly' carries her suffering (she has had her fair share of it) and embodies such positivity and similar virtue, lifted me up + gave and still gives me an example and hope for deep meaning in life. And motivation to be better.
So, in that sense, there's guiding stars all around us — we only need to observe and be receptive to the light.

The Munich Security Conference (MSC) is an annual conference on international security policy that has been held in Munich since 1963.
Its motto is “Peace through Dialogue.”
While the MSC attracts a global audience, it caters almost exclusively to the trans-Atlantic crowd, the acolytes of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union (EU).
The role of the United States has been to serve as an overbearing mentor, nodding approvingly from the front rows of the audience, and dispatching high-level officials to speak to their European minions from the podium of power.

Listened to the interview of Matt Taibbi by Tucker Carlson below.
Taibbi points out that a pardon can only be offered, it's up to the person offered the pardon whether they accept it or reject it because a trial can still be held but if it is and a pardon has been accepted, then there is no longer the option of pleading a 5th amendment objection to providing testimony. Have confirmed that here.
I don't recall seeing anything to suggest that those that Biden pardoned at the last minute actually accepted the pardons but will probably know if any of those offered the pardons are called to testify.

He recently posted a video on TikTok calling for someone to literally assassinate both President Trump and Elon Musk
Listen, all the Elon/Trump stuff is getting to a point, man…somebody’s gonna have to just throw their life away on this,” Dinkins said into his camera phone while walking around New York City, adding “Just kind of take one for the team.”
“Somebody’s just got to go in there and make history,” he continued, adding “You know who you are; just buck up and do your duty.”
The footage went viral and Musk himself responded.
Dr. Steve Caudle, a pastor at Greater Second Missionary Baptist Church in Chattanooga, called violent attacks on Musk for exposing corruption and fraud via DOGE.
“I’ll say to you, beloved, no one likes violence, but sometimes violence is necessary,” Caudle proclaimed.
He continued, “When Elon Musk forces his way into the United States Treasury and threatens to steal your personal information and your social security check there is the possibility of violence.”
“Sometimes the Devil will act so ugly that you have NO CHOICE but to get violent and fight!” he further declared.

I am not a specialist in political issues, but I am trying to understand the impact of Trump and Musk’s decisions through the viewpoints shared on this forum, as well as by watching some of the videos that are shared.
During the entire 2024 political campaign in the US, I followed what was being said on various social media platforms other than our forum to get an idea of what most people thought. I noticed that some see him as a savior, others as someone who will clean up the swamp, or as a misogynist, abuser, and anti-abortion. There are also the "followers" of the "bullshit media" who think of him as the embodiment of evil, or more recently, according to some, he could be the Antichrist. I am someone who doesn't easily adhere to ideals, but of course, I can fall into the trap of being too subjective or being influenced by my own programming or beliefs. However, I try my best to be self-critical and do research by reading or listening to different perspectives. But above all, I try to find the Truth through the misinformation, just as everyone does here.
I admit that at first, it was difficult to form an opinion about the political decisions in the USA, as when reading the quotes from the C's as well as the analyses shared here, I see there is a lot of ambivalence on both sides. The question remains, is it positive or negative that Trump is in power?
I am certainly happy to see that the actions and decisions made by the entire team surrounding Trump undoubtedly demonstrate the tentacles of this "beast" and will reveal to everyone that these "psychopathic parasites – whom we mistakenly call the elites" are exploiting and manipulating us through lies. And clearly, this will allow people to have the opportunity to make choices and begin to see the True Reality.
Nevertheless, I am very happy to be able to read the different reflections and trends about the future on this forum. You are helping me immensely to better analyze and understand what is happening.
Indeed, for the past 3 weeks, I’ve had reflections where I’m starting to see a certain scenario unfold. I notice that lately, I’m not the only one observing this trend, just as has already been mentioned:
In the same vein, when I watched this video where Musk is in the Oval Office with Trump to explain the stakes and the work of DOGE in revealing all the corruption within the different spheres of government agencies, I had a thought, and I hope my explanation will be clear. Perhaps in my statements, I am literally wrong, or maybe I only understand part of it. And with that in mind, I also don’t want to claim that I have the correct analysis and that what I am describing is accurate, but I feel the need to share it with you simply to help you better understand my reflection and see if it makes sense.
With the help of the C's sessions, this has helped me better understand this "change" in the Quorum's plan, and here's what I think:
It goes without saying that my speculative hypothesis is very simplistic and seems to reflect only the black-and-white side, and I am aware that everything happening in the other "spheres" is much more complex than I could imagine. But all this reflection also leads me to another aspect: war.
In other words, we are also in a "4D war" that manifests in our reality, as the C's have told us. So, this also makes me think that in every war, there are strategies, like those described in the book The Art of War by the Chinese general and philosopher Sun Tzu.
Here are some statements from his book that I found on this site and translated into English:

- So, during the great assembly that took place "before July 2024," there were discussions about a premeditated action by the negative forces that would violate an important free will (concerning Trump's assassination), which would have completely unbalanced the forces on both sides. And it was at that moment that there was a change in the plan.
- At this point, these will be my speculations:
- I imagine that during these "discussions," the negative force "Lizzies/Illuminati/STS" agrees to change their plan in exchange for a counterpart that will favor their pious wishes.
- This implies that they "accept" there will be sacrifices within the "Deep State," as in any war. However, they will take advantage of this opportunity by putting in place "units/humans/OPs" that will influence Trump and/or influential people around him.

- But all of this will be temporary, as the opposing force (negative/STS) will ensure that all these revelations for "Truth and Transparency" promoted by the other camp (positive/STO) will be an opportunity for them to advance their interests and establish the AI/transhumanism control system.
- After this "humanitarian lockdown" with the control and surveillance system under the guise of "Transparency and Truth," the American people, and even the global population, who had hoped for changes to improve democracy, freedom of speech, and acquire a healthy and respectable government administration, will revolt in the face of this betrayal, and the resistance will be immense.
- Which means we'll have such a load of revolt; either those who didn't like Trump and Musk's camp and call them fascists or evil and those who trusted them will have to admit that all this has brought us to total control.
- Therefore, this will bring great apocalyptic plagues, and this "spectacle" will favor the coming of a new paradigm in this Grand Cycle. And this "reset" will allow the evolution of souls toward 4D, having learned the lessons of 3D and the knowledge of True Truth and Objective Reality.

- In the distance, I see two different choices: a massive black hurricane swirling like a spiral, with a warm "Light" at its peak that illuminates the center of this large tornado. And there is also, at the opposite end, a huge, warm, static "Sun" that lights up its surroundings. I hesitate on which direction I should take.
- While analyzing, I also see a luxury cruise ship speeding and confronting the immense waves, with many people aboard, heading towards the large "Sun". I understand that for them, this is the only alternative to avoid great upheavals and regain calm and warmth. It's an easy choice when we are afraid. But I also realize that this "Sun" blinds them, and they don't see that it is clearly artificial, without love and without warmth. I also observe that the people seem lost, and many are motionless and hypnotized by this immense "Sun". And I notice that the people on this ship, instead of knowing how to navigate "their" boat, trust a few people on the bridge who make the decisions.
- Clearly, I understand that heading towards this immense "Sun" seems to be a mistake and that this is not the right choice. So, I must admit that I will have to let myself be "swayed" by these huge waves, which, through their contradictory forces, will undoubtedly lead me towards this massive hurricane.. So, I trust my knowledge and navigate through these disturbances.
- I don't know how I'll make it through this overwhelming and threatening hurricane, but I remember what the C's once said: that tornadoes are like portals. So, I deduce that the Light I see at the top of this tornado is the True Light and that the spiral of the whirlwind will transport me to the next "level".

While writing this and searching to find the video for the song Sailing, I am astonished to discover that there are two songs called "Sailing"; one by Christopher Cross (the one I love and enjoy its melody without knowing the lyrics) and the one by Rod Stewart (which I don’t know, but unknowingly I shared its lyrics above thinking it was the one I liked). So, it is with surprise
that I just realized that the lyrics that resonate most with my feelings and scenario are the ones I’ve just discovered by Rod Stewart, and I am sharing them with you:Finally, I searched the C's sessions to find my memory of the “tornado”, so here's an excerpt from that session that I found:

Pendant toute la campagne politique aux USA en 2024, je suivais un peu ce qui était dit dans différents réseaux sociaux autre que notre forum pour me faire une idée de ce que pensait la majorité des gens. Donc, j'ai constaté que certains le voit comme le sauveur, d'autres comme quelqu'un qui va nettoyer tout le marais, ou bien que c'est un misogyne, abuseur et contre les avortements, et il y a aussi les « suiveux » des « merdias » qui pensent plutôt qu'il est le mal incarné ou dernièrement selon certains, il serait l'antéchrist. Je suis une personne qui n'adhère pas facilement à des idéaux, mais bien sûr, je peux tomber dans le piège d'être trop subjective ou d'être influencé par mes propres programmations ou croyances. Par contre, j'essaye du mieux que je peux d'être auto-critique et faire des recherches en lisant ou écoutant différents point de vue. Mais surtout, j'essaye de trouver la Vérité au travers la désinformation comme tous ceux qui le font ici.
J'avoue qu'au début c'était difficile d'avoir une idée concernant les décisions politiques des USA, puisqu'en lisant les citations des C's ainsi que les analyses qui sont partagées ici, je constate qu'il y a beaucoup d'ambivalence d'un côté comme de l'autre. À savoir, est-ce positif ou négatif que Trump soit au pouvoir?
C'est certain que je suis bien heureuse de constater que les actions et décisions prisent par toute l'équipe qui entoure Trump démontre sans aucun doute les tentacules de cette « bête » et qui révélera aux yeux de tous que ces « parasites psychopathes –que nous nommons par erreur les élites » nous exploite et nous manipule par le mensonge. Et de toute évidence, ceci permettra aux gens d'avoir l'opportunité de faire des choix et de commencer à voir la Vraie Réalité.
Néanmoins, je suis très contente de pouvoir lire sur ce forum les différentes réflexions et tendances sur l'avenir. Vous m'aidez énormément à mieux analyser et comprendre ce qui se passe.

Tout en écrivant ceci et faisant des recherches pour retrouver la vidéo de la chanson « Sailing », je constate avec stupeur qu'il y a deux chansons qui s'appelle « Sailing »; une de Christopher Cross (celle que j'adore et que j'aime sa mélodie mais sans connaître ses paroles) et celle de Rod Stewart (que je ne connais pas mais que sans le savoir je vous ai partagé ci-haut les paroles en pensant que c'était celle que j'aimais). - Donc, lors de la grande assemblée qui a eu lieu « avant juillet 2024 », il y a eu des discussions sur une action préméditée des forces négatives qui allait enfreindre un libre arbitre important (concernant l'assassinat de Trump), ce qui aurait complètement déséquilibré les forces dans les deux camps. Et c'est à ce moment, qu'il y a eu un changement de programme.
- À cette étape, ça sera mes spéculations :
- J'imagine que lors de ces « discussions », la force négative « Lizzies/Illuminati/STS » accepte le changement de leur plan en échange d'une contre-partie qui favorisera leur vœux pieux.
- Ce qui implique qu'ils « acceptent » qu'il y aura des sacrifices dans « le Deep State », comme dans toute guerre. Par contre, ils profiteront de cette opportunité puisqu'ils mettront en place des « unités/humains/OP » qui influenceront Trump et/ou les personnes influentes autour de lui.
- Alors que du côté de la force positif « STO » qui sont en 6D/4D, ce ré-équilibrage sera profitable, puisqu'avec la nouvelle direction de la politique américaine de Trump ayant un objectif de tout révéler et de nettoyer le « marais », ceci permettra de dévoiler aux peuples tous les mensonges, manipulations, corruptions, etc., etc., ce qui fera en sorte d'éveiller les gens.
- Mais tout ceci sera temporaire, puisque la force opposée (négatif/STS) fera en sorte que toutes ses révélations pour la «Vérité et la Transparence » promut par l'autre camp (positif/STO) sera une opportunité qui leur permettra à leur tour de favoriser leurs intérêts et de mettre en place tout le système de contrôle de AI/transhumanisme.
- Suite à ce « verrouillage » humanitaire avec le système de contrôle et de surveillance au nom de la « Transparence et de la Vérité », alors le peuple américain et même mondiale, qui avaient l'espoir pour des changements afin de pouvoir améliorer la démocratie, la liberté d'expression et acquérir une administration gouvernementale saine et respectable, se révoltera face à cette trahison et la résistance sera de grande ampleur.
- Ce qui fait que nous aurons une charge de révolte tellement grande; soit ceux qui n'aimaient pas le camp de Trump et Musk et les qualifies de fascistes ou le mal et ceux qui avait confiance devra admettre que tout ceci nous va nous amener vers un contrôle totale.
- Donc, ce qui apportera de grands fléaux apocalyptiques et ce « spectacle » favorisera cette fois-ci la venue d'un nouveau paradigme dans ce Grand Cycle. Et ce « reset » planétaire permettra l'évolution des âmes vers la 4D ayant acquis les leçons du 3D et les connaissances sur la Vraie Vérité et la Réalité Objective.
- En fin de compte, une bonne partie des écrits dans le livre de l'Apocalypse (puisqu'il y a aussi beaucoup de désinformation) seront réalisés selon le « but » du Quorum qui est de faire en sorte que les prophéties se réalisent.

- Dans mon voyage sur l'océan, je vais rencontrer des « eaux » calmes et turbulentes et j'en suis bien heureuse de pouvoir voguer au travers de ses températures dichotomiques puisque ceci m'apporte des connaissances et des expériences pour mieux comprendre à bien naviguer mon bateau.
- Aujourd'hui, je me retrouve dans une tempête, le vent s'est levé, et mon bateau vacille dans cet océan qui a de plus en plus de mouvement d'ondulation dû à des vagues (force négative/positive) qui deviennent de plus en plus fortes. J'ai peur et j'essaye du mieux que je peux pour contrôler mon bateau et d'appliquer mes connaissances dans cette navigation.
- Au loin, je vois 2 choix différents; un ouragan immense et noir qui tourbillonne tel une spirale où il y a à son sommet une « Lumière » chaude qui éclaire le centre de cette grosse tornade. Et il y aussi à l'opposé plus loin, un gros « Soleil » immense chaud et statique qui éclaire ses alentours. J'hésite sur la direction que je dois prendre.
- Tout en analysant, je vois aussi un Gros Paquebot de luxe qui fonce et confronte les immenses vagues, avec plusieurs personnes à son bord, et qui se dirige vers ce gros « Soleil ». Je comprends que pour eux ceci est la seule alternative pour ne pas vivre les grands bouleversements et retrouver le calme et la chaleur. C'est un choix facile lorsque nous avons peur. Mais je constate aussi, que ce « Soleil » les aveuglent et qu'ils ne voient pas bien que de toute évidence il est artificiel, sans amour et sans chaleur. J'observe aussi que les gens semblent perdues et que plusieurs sont immobiles et hypnotisés par ce « Soleil » immense. Et je remarque que les gens sur ce paquebot, au lieu de savoir comment naviguer « leur » bateau, font confiance à quelques personnes qui sont sur la passerelle et qui prend les décisions.
- De toute évidence, je comprends que prendre la direction vers ce « Soleil » immense semble être une erreur et que ceci n'est pas le bon choix. Alors, je dois m'avouer que je vais devoir me laisser « bercer » par ses grosses vagues qui par leurs forces contradictoires m'amènent sans aucun doute vers cet ouragan immense. Alors, je fais confiance à mes connaissances et je navigue au travers de ses perturbations.
- Je ne sais pas comment je vais faire pour passer au travers de cet ouragan bouleversant et menaçant mais je me rappelle ce que les C's avait dit un jour; que les tornades sont comme des portails. Alors, je déduis que cette Lumière que j'observe à la cime de cette tornade, est la Vraie Lumière et que la spirale du tourbillon me transportera vers le prochain « niveau ».

‘ Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve,-in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.
In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States corporation all the credit “money substitute” it needed. Like any other debtor, the federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves”, the U.S. citizens as collateral against the unpayable federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations, as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.
Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution, feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We the people have exchanged one master for another.
This has been going on for over eighty years without the “informed knowledge” of the American people, without a voice protesting loud enough. Now it’s easy to grasp why America is fundamentally bankrupt. Why don’t more people own their properties outright? Why are 90% of Americans mortgaged to the hilt and have little or no assets after all debts and liabilities have been paid? Why does it feel like you are working harder and harder and getting less and less?
