Trump Elected: The True MAGA Era Begins, Now What?

The situation of "free speech" in the US

Bruce Springsteen criticized the Trump administration during a concert in the United Kingdom on May 15, 2025, calling it "corrupt, incompetent and treasonous." Trump responded on Truth Social, insulting Springsteen and calling for an investigation into alleged illegal campaign payments related to Springsteen's endorsement of Kamala Harris, although no evidence was provided for these allegations.

Bruce would have been better off SHUTTING UP...there was no problem with the White House tenant, but he got on his radar. Springsteen has been a vocal critic of Trump, consistently endorsing Democratic candidates such as Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, but that's democracy, isn't it? I don't remember the last few Mexican "socialist" presidents threatening the press or dissidents, or insulting reporters and so on. If this happened IMMEDIATELY the US embassy would scream to high heaven and call the president a Dictator.

These publications are unfortunate for the level of a President.

Rock legend Neil Young releases a statement BLASTING Donald Trump:

“What are you worryin’ about man? Bruce and thousands of musicians think you are ruining America. You worry about that instead of the dyin’ kids in Gaza. That’s your problem. I am not scared of you. Neither are the rest of us. You shut down FEMA when we needed it most. That’s your problem Trump. STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT ROCKERS ARE SAYING. Think about saving America from the mess you made. Taylor Swift is right. So is Bruce. You know how I feel. You are more worried about yourself than AMERICA. Wake up Trump!! Remember what the White House is? 86/47??? That's what you think about? You are forgetting your real job. You work for us. Wake up Republicans! This guy is out of control. We need a real president! - neil young and many others”

Neil Young has been a consistent and forceful critic of Trump over the years. In 2020, Young sued the Trump campaign for using his songs "Rockin' in the Free World" and "Devil's Sidewalk" at political rallies without permission, arguing that he could not allow his music to be associated with a "divisive, un-American" campaign.

There's one theory, which I think it likely, that Trump has been given the 'Annex Greenland' script by the technocrats. I posted about it here:

This ties in with the idea of establishing a 'North American Technate' - a new post-democracy form of continent-wide governance, featuring rule by unaccountable experts, with increasingly advanced technological control of the population.

The larger context was discussed by the NewsReal crew, with the PTB allowing Trump some leeway to act in a time of managed collapse. In general, he is doing what he can to Make American Great Again, but he is only allowed to act within certain limits set by Deep State plans.

Basically, he needs to look like he wants annexation to please the Deep State?

You've cast your lot with Comey and the assassins. You've joined the demonic minority. The rest of us, the vast majority, are praying for Trump's protection.
Nope not buying this black and white, "you're either with us or a demon" emotional response.

Some of us can choose to just observe these political shenanigans without adding our energy. As in "enjoy the show", which does not mean participate in the show. Prayer is energy and Trump/MAGA is an egregore. It's our free will choice to add energy to that egregore. I did willingly prior to that horrific AI video Trump posted about turning Palestine into a gold-encrusted Trump Disneyland, now THATS demonic. I refuse to add my energy to anything that supports such depravity. So instead I'll pray for innocent children, I'll pray for Truth, I'll pray for Beauty and Peace.

The way we disagree, is just as important as the topic at hand. Probably even more so. I'd say it's one of the 'simple and karmic understandings' that the C's have encouraged us all to learn - how to communicate in a healthy way.

Just posting memes like this will likely only lead to further misunderstanding, maybe inflamed emotions. I think the more mature thing to do would be to respond to daddycat's comment with a well-reasoned rebuttal.

Opposition and opposition related press had complain of such since AMLO (former president), Sheinbaum, Morena (political party in power), whether they (press) are right or not, is relative. In the morning conferences, they have exposed the MSM, and the MSNs take it as an attack.
US embassy, I guess is aware of such things, but does not interfere.

Gender base political violence came into law before the last elections with the approval of all parties and the same critics who are now complaining did not say a peep at the time. Go figure.

Of course, the person who feels aggrieved can use it for anything, and the electoral tribunal of any state of the Mexican Republic are very attentive to "apply that law", regarding gender, not of her possible related criminal activities that Héctor de Mauleón implies in his article.

I don't want to.

He said "Spare me your free speech and democracy" uff... he said "You've joined the demonic minority"

So the words wear out. There are simply people who are like the little monkeys of I don't see, I don't hear, I don't speak. They are even offended that a "minority" speaks.

I understand your position, but we are here to learn, reread iamthatis post when your emotions are calm down, your latest post and you will see.

Yeah, he read your post and interpreted it through his own highly emotional thinking, unable to consider that your criticism of Trump's policies is different than that of those lunatics on the left. I found his post to be pretty bizarre.

And just to be clear, @daddycat, I think you could also seriously use some practice in having a healthy political disagreement. I've mentioned this book to you before, but have you ever read Crucial Conversations? Also in Covey's chapter on 'first seek to understand, then be understood'. All the Knowledge is there, but as the C's have said, Knowledge only counts when it is applied.

I really don't see any downside to clarifying both of your positions in a calm and reasonable way. I can understand you probably don't want to, but I think it would be more accurate to say that it's not YOU who doesn't want to - more like 'it' doesn't want to. So it's an opportunity to practice doing what 'it' doesn't want.

It's very strange that you should say that when the forum has a large number of political memes, some of them very offensive.
