SACRAMENTO, Calif. (INTELLIHUB) — Just as soon as the page refreshed the plane disappeared or ‘went dark’ along with the link, Franchi explained, after witnessing a “Russian Air Force jet” being tracked online over parts of California and Nevada.

Shockingly and for no apparent reason the aircraft appeared to be flying in erratic patterns as documented and posted by Twitter user @M3t4_tr0n.

I don't think I'd be too concerned at an old knackered turbojet Tu-154 entering our airspace. It was built in the 70's, is of early Boeing 737 standards (obsolete), and, unlikely to be of any use other than a low profile exec jet.

It could be that the story is bonafide. Kadyrov has more or less confirmed it and said it was a chechen citizen and that he will revenge it.
https://www.rt.com/politics/324595-kadyrov-promises-to-avenge-russian/
The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, has confirmed that the man killed by Islamic State terrorists on their latest video was a Russian citizen from Chechnya and promised that lives of those who committed this crime won’t last long.

Kadyrov told reporters on Thursday that the victim of the beheading was a Russian citizen and an ethnic Chechen, but noted that there was no confirmation of the man’s previous connections with the Islamic State group (previously ISIS/ISIL).

The Chechen leader also promised to avenge the killing. “Chechens remember, know and will not leave this unanswered. Those who slaughtered our citizen will not live long,” Interfax quoted him as saying.

On Wednesday, ISIS released an Internet video with a reported confession and beheading of a man claiming to have arrived in ISIS-controlled territory with an assignment from Russia’s Federal Security Service, the FSB. The victim identified himself as 23-year-old Magomed Khasiev from the Chechen capital, Gronzy. He said that that he was operating undercover in both Syria and Iraq, gathering information on Russian citizens fighting for ISIS terrorists, under orders from the Russian security services.

In the final minutes, the video switches to an outdoor location where an Islamic State militant threatens Russia and Vladimir Putin with attacks on Russian soil. The jihadist then appears to cut the prisoner’s throat with a knife and behead him.

Russia is currently conducting a major Air Force operation against ISIS in Syria at the request of that country’s government. According to the Defense Ministry, air raids have already destroyed thousands of terrorist strongholds, arms depots and other infrastructure. The operation has resulted in the halving of the terrorists’ revenues through illegal oil sales – from $3 to $1.5 million per day.

Ramzan Kadyrov is known for his strong anti-ISIS stance and has made repeated statements in which he expressed his readiness to join the anti-terrorist operation in Syria together with Chechen special operations units.

In mid-November, Kadyrov called on Muslims across the world to unite and destroy the Islamic State terrorist group. He also reiterated his point that the current Middle East crisis was masterminded by the United States and other Western nations to distract public attention from numerous problems in the region and incite hatred toward Muslims all over the world.

The Turkish opposition has given the country's leader a cold shower, telling President Erdogan to heat his palace with dung instead of gas after he stated that Turkish people are used to suffering and can do without Russian supplies.

Answering a question about Russia possibly stopping supplies of natural gas to Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turks “are accustomed to suffering.”

Turkey calls on Russia to cancel the economic sanctions — Turkey's foreign minister

ANKARA, December 6. /TASS/. Turkey considers it necessary Russia lifts without delay the economic sanctions it announced after the incident with downed Sukhoi Su-24 bomber, Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview with TASS in response to a question regarding Ankara's reaction to the order by Russian president to use special economic measures against Turkey.

"The economy and trade have always taken special positions in our bilateral relations. We believe it incorrect because of the sorrowful incident to allow damaging our relations, which have developed a firm base over the efforts of many years," he said.

He said, earlier the two countries shared the understanding the trade and economic relations should not be influenced by political disputes. "Instead of the escalation of the current tension, we should in cold blood and as soon as possible overcome this period and return our relations into the former trend. We should mind, that otherwise this sorrowful incident will bear the risk of lasting consequences and will build up the threat of lasting consequences, it will also contain the danger of complicating relations between our peoples," the foreign minister said.

"We consider it reasonable in the interests of our countries and their future to review those measures and also to cancel them immediately. Otherwise, the said economic measures will affect directly the economies of the countries and will cause negative consequences for the Russian people, no less than for the Turkish people," he said.

The Iraqi foreign ministry has summoned the Turkish ambassador to demand that Turkey withdraw troops it sent to an area near the Northern city of Mosul.

It said the troops had entered Iraq without Baghdad's consent and that Iraq considered it "a hostile act".

Earlier, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi's office said the move was a "serious breach of Iraqi sovereignty".

The statement called on Turkey to "respect good neighborly relations and to withdraw immediately from the Iraqi territory".

Although this link is a little old, Erdogan, when elected President, changed the Palaces initial intent to the new seat of the President. First the Pope visited and second, Putin (2014). The complex is said to house a portion of their military state and was constructed by Rönesans Holding (which has close dealings with Russia). There are a great deal of criticisms listed:

C4I Bunker

The Presidential Palace compound is said to contain a top secret special operations command and control centre housed in a secure bunker. The centre has a 143 screen visual command centre which correlates data obtained from UAVs, MOBESE CCTV, TV and 3G transmissions from all 81 provinces of Turkey.[18] The Gendarmerie, Disasters and Emergencies Management Directorate, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), Turkish Armed Forces and MIT can provide live feeds to the Presidential Command Centre.[19] All data is archived in two special supercomputer servers to enable intelligence agencies to track back the paths of suspects. The Palace C4I system can target, track and follow individuals based on bio metrics and any 2D image of the target being uploaded into the system.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out, as clearly Russia has rightly pointed their finger not at the Turkish people, who have enjoyed trade and tourism relations (and more), but to the "unreasonableness" of a few characters at the top, and by extension, to those holding the NATO strings.

It's all dangerous as hell, not Russia, but the NATO mafioso and those that they control.

As reported by "Russian Spring" Russia is in love with the poem about the downing of the Russian bomber in Syria. Singer Vitaliy Zhurba wrote the music and sang the song "I am not Charlie, I am Su-24" and sent the video to the "Russian Spring".

Men and women, children and adults in Russia are sharing the poem by Sergey Efimov through social networks, which the author dedicated to the Russian bomber Su-24, downed by the Turks.

Heavens suddenly turned into hell,

Treacherous blow from around the corner...

I am a plane with the soul of a man

With a special geometry of the wing.

When they stab you in the back, they know they will not miss it ...

They know the vulnerable spots...

And the pain that started somewhere in the fuselage

Pierces from the cockpit to the tail.

What the hell is going on in this world?!

I can not see through fire and smoke.

I'm not Charlie, I am Su-24,

And where are the signs with my name?

I spiral down, my head is spinning

Mixing all like in a kaleidoscope.

I have no chance for salvation,

I meet the inevitable head on.

The earth will embrace me and will shelter me forever,

My flight recorder is engulfed in haze.

I am a plane with the soul of a man

With special geometry of the wing.

The elements presented during a Press conference in Moscow by General Viktor Bondarev, chief of staff of the Russian Air Force, leave no doubt – the Turkish aviation, which had been informed of the flight plan of the Russian Sukhoï, in accordance with the agreements on military co-ordination, had already recieved prior instructions to assume attack position. These elements invalidate the position of NATO.

The radar recordings of the Turkish attack on the Russian Su-24 (Map - Graph)
http://www.voltairenet.org/article189543.html

5 December 2015 - Two days after the attack on the Russian Su-24 by a Turkish F-16 in Syrian air-space, General Viktor Bondarev, chief of staff of the Russian Air Force, made an astonishing declaration which totally changes the image broadcast by the Western media, which has so far published only the Turkish version.

In accordance with the memorandum concerning the Syria campaign signed by Moscow and Washington on the 26th October, the Russian command informed the US 12 hours before the mission involving two Su-24 bombers over nothern Syria. They sent all the details of the mission, including the time of take-off - 09.40 a.m. - the altitude – 5,600 to 6,000 metres - and the targets to be bombed – in the area of the Chefir, Mortlou and Zahia region in the north of Syria, on the frontier of the Turkish region of Hatay. The Su-24 tactical bombers took off from the Hmeymim air base at the appointed hour - 09.40 a.m. - each one armed with four OFAB-250 bombs. From 09.51 until 10.11 a.m., the Russian bombers flew in a holding area at an altitude of 5,650 metres and 5,800 metres respectively, to the south of the Syrian city of Idlib. At 10.11 a.m., the two Russian bombers received the GPS coordinates of their targets, and made a primary vertical passage over their targets at 10.16 a.m., during which they dropped bombs. After having made the necessary manœuvres to position themselves for a second attack, one of the Su-24 bombers was hit by an air-to-air missile fired by the Turkish F-16 at 10.24 a.m.

A control analysis of the on-target results, corroborated by the radar network which surveys Syrian air-space, revealed the presence of the two Turkish F-16’s, between 09.08 a.m. and 10.29 a.m., flying at an altitude of 4,200 metres over the Turkish region of Hatay, on the border with Syria. The Turkish planes had taken off at 08.40 a.m., and landed at 11.00 a.m.

The time necessary for the jets to start their motors and take off from the air base at Diyarbakir and reach their service zone, situated at 410 kilometres from their base, shows that the two Turkish F-16’s had received their orders one hour before the Russian bombers took off. This in turn proves that the two Turkish pilots knew that they would be engaging Russian Su-24’s and were aware of the details of the bombers’ mission, so that they were prepared for their action and were able to position themselves to shoot down the Russian plane to make it appear that the Russians had entered Turkish air-space. They had therefore received orders not to apply the procedure described in the international treaties, which Turkey has signed, in other words interception, followed by visual contact, a warning shot with the on-board cannon, and then, if necessary, destruction.

According to General Viktor Bondarev, the Su-24 bomber had maintained a distance of more than 5 kilometres from the Turko-Syrian border throughout the whole flight, before entering the area in which the Turkish F-16 could fire its heat-seeking air-to-air missile, which flew almost perpendicular to the direction of the Su-24’s. The Turkish plane made a 110-degree turn lasting 1 minute and 40 seconds in order to fire and hit the rear of the Russian bomber. Because of this turn, the Turkish F-16 penetrated two kilometres into Syrian air-space, where it remained for 40 seconds, while the Su-24 only penetrated Turkish air-space for 17 seconds. This was enough for the F-16 to be detected by the radar screens at the Hmeymim air base after the attack, during which it dived to below 2,500 metres.

The turn manœuvre positioned the F-16 from 5 to 7 kilometres behind one of the Russian Su-24 bombers, with an approach speed which enabled the firing of the missile. After the attack, there was no recorded radio contact, either from the pilots or the Turkish command, including the channel which was specially designed for co-operative contact.

Bondarev’s conclusion is that the Turkish pilots had spent several weeks training specifically to shoot down a Russian bomber on their border with Syria, and that the final details of the ambush had been carefully refined by the Turks - probably with their NATO allies – during the 12 hours which had followed the arrival of the information sent by the Russians before take-off.

OK, to be honest I think this thread should be merged with Re: Putin - He's giving it to the USA with both barrels..........

Session 19 November 1994
Q: (L) What does the cosmic retrieval system retrieve?
A: Remember computer was inspired by cosmic forces and reflects universal intelligence system of retrieval of reality.

If we are to observe reality left and right I think it would be better to keep as much together as we can for better retrieval.

As Laura said:

Putin - He's giving it to the USA with both barrels..........

I think having a continuous thread with all the stuff lined up in it is very useful. Articles on sott are in a sea of other things and you don't get that perspective of the flow of things.

We don't know which if the clues that might get tossed in here will be one of the dots that connects to the next thing, but we can surely learn to "see" by having it all before our eyes and observing what happens next.

I almost missed some dots already by not having posted in this thread until now.

Updated- Foreign Ministry: U.S.-led coalition targets Syrian army post in Deir Ezzor

_http://sana.sy/en/?p=63630

Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said that four U.S.- led coalition warplanes targeted with 9 rockets one of the Syrian army’s posts in Deir Ezzor province, claiming the lives of 3 soldiers and injuring 13 others in addition to destroying three armored vehicles, four military vehicles, 23 mm machinegun, 14.5 machinegun and a depot of arms and ammunition.

In two identical letters addressed to the UN Secretary General and Chairman of the UN Security Council on Monday, the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry stressed that the Syrian Arab Republic strongly condemns this heinous aggression by the coalition and affirms that it contradicts with the goals and wills of the UN Charter.

Syria called on the Security Council to immediately take the urgent measures to prevent such aggressions from occurring again, adding that the aggression on the military post hinders the efforts aiming to fight terrorism and reiterates that the U.S.- led coalition lacks seriousness and credibility in the fight against terrorism.

There is also a clip on RT about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1JZeM1Waqs "US-led coalition reportedly strikes Syrian army compound"

John Kerry is in the above clip at 1:20 - 1:30, where he makes this astonishingly arrogant statement:

Now, if Russia and Iran stand as a bloc and allow Assad to simply stiff the process, and we get no transition at all, then it will be clear who the problem children are, and our options will be narrowed, and we will have to make some tough choices, because we cannot allow this to go on.

I had to rewind a few times because I could hardly believe he was actually calling Russia and Iran "the problem children" for not wanting to topple the elected government of Syria. I don't know if there are points for these things, but Kerry seems at least as bad as Henry Kissinger, and worse than Colin Powell. Kerry's full speech (5 December 2015) is here:

NATO Will Help Turkey to Strengthen Its Air Defense System

NATO Secretary General believes that Ankara has suffered more than any other NATO member from the crisis in the Middle East. As such, the alliance has decided to work out a new "package" of measures to strengthen Turkey's military capacities, Stoltenberg said.

NATO will help its ally, Turkey, to build up its air defense capacities, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in an interview with a number of European media, the German newspaper Die Welt wrote.

According to Stoltenberg, Turkey is in a more difficult situation than other members of the alliance due to the fact that it has a common border with Iraq and Syria.

“NATO will help Turkey to improve its air defense. We had already had a military presence in Turkey and along the border with Syria before the Russian jet was shot down. And we will adopt a package of measures for Turkey before Christmas,” Stoltenberg said.

On November 24, a Russian Su-24 bomber was brought down by a Turkish air-to-air missile while carrying out precision strikes on terrorist positions in northern Syria. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the attack a "stab in the back" and imposed a number of economic restrictions against Turkey. Turkish authorities claim that the Russian plane entered its airspace and that the attack was nothing but a measure of defense.

Replying to the question about the incident, Stoltenberg said that "each country has the right to defend its territorial integrity and airspace."

Earlier, both Russian and Syrian defense officials confirmed that the Su-24 never crossed into Turkish airspace, and was illegally downed in Syria.
It is not like Iraq or Syria are attacking Turkey, but instead Turkey has attacked Iraq and Syria. Typical psychological projection. Truly crazy!

Pentagon Denies US-Led Coalition Strikes on Syrian Army Facilities

_http://sputniknews.com/military/20151207/1031375805/pentagon-syrian-army-strikes.html

According to the Syrian Foreign Ministry, four US-led coalition aircraft launched nine missiles at Syrian Army facilities on Sunday evening killing three and injuring another 13, as well as destroying numerous military vehicles, weapons and equipment.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — US Army spokesperson Col. Steve Warren denied on Monday that US-led coalition airstrikes hit Syrian government military facilities on Sunday as claimed by Damascus.

"The coalition conducted four strikes in the Deir ez-Zor province yesterday, all against oil well heads," Warren stated. "We did not strike any vehicles or personnel targets. We have no indication any Syrian Soldiers were near our strikes."

The Syrian Foreign Ministry sent an official protest to the UN Security Council accusing the US-led coalition of hitting Syrian Army facilities in Deir ez-Zor province, Syria’s official SANA news agency reported Monday.

Damascus added that the attack on the military post hinders efforts to fight terrorism and highlights the US-led coalition's lack of "seriousness and credibility" in countering terrorism.

A US-led international coalition has been conducting airstrikes against Daesh, also known as ISIL or the Islamic State terrorist group, in Syria since 2014 without the approval of the UN Security Council or the Syrian government.
