Good to hear. I suggest anyone who has been wanting to buy one and has the resources to handle a 5-gallon bucket of beef fat jump on it. A while back I was wanting to get a bucket, but they came available for just 1 or 2 days then sold out. This was in winter, so that might be part of the reason (cows having depleted fat stores), but in any case it was frustrating as it was almost another month before they got new stock.
I like to melt and separate it into quart jars (get it out of that plastic) and refrigerate what I can.
