In October 2019, U.S. Navy Commander David Fravor, who was the subject of a New York Times article about his 2004 UFO sighting, discussed a spooky new sighting a fellow pilot revealed to him after they were both out of the Navy.

According to Fravor, the eyewitness was a former pilot of the MH-53E Sea Dragon, the Navy version of the Marine Corps’ CH-53E Sea Stallion, based at Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, on the island of Puerto Rico. Twice while recovering spent practice munitions out of the water, the pilot spotted a weird underwater object.

In 1970, biologist Ivan Sanderson published the book Invisible Residents. Sanderson, a noted student of unusual phenomena, devoted the book to sightings of what were later called Unidentified Submerged Objects, or USOs. USOs are defined as unknown craft that are sighted in the water, sighted rising up out of the water, or diving into the water. Sanderson catalogued scores of reports of USOs:
On the 19th of April, 1957, crew members aboard the Kitsukawa Maru, a Japanese fishing boat, spotted two metallic silvery objects descending from the sky into the sea (original emphasis). The objects, estimated to be ten meters long, were without wings of any kind. As the hit the water, they created a violent turbulence. The exact location was reported as 31° 15’ N and 143° 30’ E.
Sanderson also reports an incident that reportedly took place off the coast of Puerto Rico in 1963 during an anti-submarine warfare exercise.

Finished watching the above documentary. Unfortunately, apart from the above excellent computer-made animated illustrations this show is very weak, contains lots of repeated scenes and repeating interview parts - shown at different times, in the beginning to make this documentary appear more interesting, then same interview parts in the middle. Also the info given is also redundant and known already. So I decided its not worth to watch.
It looks like some type of organic material built up over a metallic frame. If authentic is way cool! Imagine seeing this…can’t even imagine what the two guys were thinking about this.
I have read of many ufos that are truly bizarre in appearance- they can probably take whatever form the 4D entities need or desire, and you are right, in 4D it probably is perfectly normal. We have no concept of what constitutes normal in 4D and when such objects appear in our realm we are astounded and sometimes terrified. Their technology is- well- alien to us, just like a cell phone would astound and bewilder a Neanderthal as something impossible and completely beyond their understanding.
... Comment: they are not biologists...but they are aware of the UAUP's camouflage and all-environment capabilities.
What better way to get a carte blanc budget - bring former “black ops” into the main stream by admitting there is an existential threat from unknown, possibly extraterrestrial sources- as if the PTB needs an excuse to funnel money into such things. Marco Rubio says he hopes they are extraterrestrial beings not hostile military craft- maybe they are both- by that I mean they could be et craft AND human military craft.No doubt the know-it-all politicians know how to distinguish what was man-made and what was not.
Congress Just Admitted That UFOs Are Not "Man-Made", Says "Threats" Increasing "Exponentially"
After years of discoveries of weird lights in the sky, first-hand testimonies from Navy pilots regarding UFOs, and investigations by the government, Congress seems to have conceded something unexpected in print: it does not think that all UFOs are “man-made.”
Two shocking assertions were just made by Congress, but they were buried deep inside a report that was an addition to the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023. This act is the budget that oversees the United States’ clandestine operations.
Number one is that:
“cross-domain transmedium threats to the United States national security are expanding exponentially.”
The second reason is that it wishes to differentiate between extraterrestrial craft that originated from humans and those that did not:
“Temporary nonattributed objects, or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena,” the document reads.
According to the description provided by the Pentagon, a “cross-domain transmedium” danger is one that may migrate from water to air to space in ways that we are unable to predict or control. In July, the Pentagon made the announcement that it was going to examine these dangers by establishing the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO.

Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, which is the term used by the government to refer to UFOs, would be renamed Unidentified Aerospace-Undersea Phenomena under this bill, and the office inside the Pentagon would also be renamed to reflect the new title.
A video that had been leaked and then authenticated by the Pentagon seemed to show an unidentified flying object (UFO) gliding over and below the water without making a sound last year.
Senator Marco Rubio, who serves as the vice head of the Senate Select Committee that oversees intelligence and was responsible for releasing the report, has said publicly that he hopes the UFOs are extraterrestrial beings rather than hostile military craft.
The object slowly moved eastward.
