UFOs emitting "laser beams": Bristol UK

There is this recent report also of triangles and laser beams, with a video of it apparently:

Notice how the red beam in the image on the website doesn't seem to suffer from shutter speed/movement distortion, as do the two points of yellowish-white light. Suggests it was added afterwards. The redness is pretty consistent and neat as if it's just a line added in Adobe After Effects.

I suppose you'd need to test this each time it occurs. Maybe there are other factors that need to be considered, like does the streaking effect only occur on elements that remain longer visibly? Those beams flash pretty quickly. Hard to tell.

Wow, very impressive. Thanks for pointing that out to me.

The skeptics/debunkers must be having a harder and harder time "explaining" some of the amazing video footage that people are capturing. Now that so many people have these cameras on their phones, I imagine such footage will just continue to multiply exponentially....

Third Density Resident posted the following as a comment to the Politician and Pilot sighting:

Apparently the YouTube video attached above was a fake.

According to one YouTube commentator:

"Sorry guys, but this is a known fake. This is a clip from the The Ufo Experience Contest 2007 in Western North Carolina. Use a search engine and you will find it. I would post a link, but Youtube won't let us do that. I found it on My Space. :-)"

Here's the link, and thanks for demonstrating once again the usefulness of having many eyes everywhere. We're still left with an alleged sighting though...

These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs reported each week, many represent alien craft. The United States Air Force Blue Book Project conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from 1947 until December 1969, when it disbanded its investigative team. We are continuing the investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in the universe. Sacred ancient writings and our earliest structures such as the pyramids, and artifacts on the Moon and Mars point to alien intelligence. I observed an alien UFO on my radar and London Control had us intercept the UFO over England.

As can be seen be in the first posting this story was run by the Sun -a UK tabloid "newspaper". I think this was deliberately planted so that it could be later easily discredited in an effort to render the whole ufo phenomena and all others sightings seem dubious and ludicrous.
Now, this same newspaper contacted a local moth recorder recently pestering him to make comments concerning a moth trap that was reported as a ufo by the Civil Aviation Authority. ( Detailed at www.carmarthenshirebiodiversity.co.uk on page 7 of Carmarthenshire Moth and Butterfly Group Newsletter no.12 - PDF download) It does seem that the ptb are getting increasingly desperate in their attempts to explain away or undermine the increasing numbers of observed ufos. (Maybe the last tried explanation of Chinese lanterns didn't fly and the general public wouldn't buy.)

Okay, now I'm confused. Which one was the fake, the one in Bristol or the one "near Dublin"?

The one near Dublin. As for the Bristol UFO - as reported in the Sun newspaper - some interesting discussion going on over at ATS, and somebody else noticed the unusual "perfection" of this red beam:

The camera is not being held steady, and is rotating around the axis between it and the UFO. Yet the beam is perfectly, 100% aligned to the camera's Y axis for every single flash.

But there seems to be some dispute over that also.

It seems somebody else has sent footage of an identical occurrence, reported again in The Sun.

Is this UFO from outer space?

A SHINING beam blasts earthwards from what looks like a hovering UFO, in another astounding sighting.

A clip handed to The Sun shows the white dot hanging motionless in the air before a shot of white light emits from the orb, hitting the earth.

Just a few seconds later a red beam comes firing from the object before the silent orb disappears.

Zoe Salthouse, 20, captured this incredible footage a couple of weeks ago while sitting in a friend’s back garden.

The student nurse from New Moston, Manchester, was sitting with friends in nearby Alcrington when she saw the light.

She said: “I got out my mobile phone straight away and started filming. It was eery and strange - but then the light came out we were all shocked.

“Everything was pitch black apart from the dot.

“When the light beams came out it seemed to just shoot down to the ground and disappear.

“I don’t know what it was, but it didn’t look man-made.

“I am a pretty level headed girl, but what I saw defies explaining.”

It is the latest in a string of astonishing sightings up and down the country.

On Tuesday (Nov 4) Shellie Willams, 20, and her mum Betty, 53, filmed what they thought was a UFO shooting a beam of light at the ground in the skies over Bristol.

There's also this recent video on YouTube similarly appearing to shoot out perfectly verticle beams of solid red and white light.

There's another one in Lithuania. Except this time, at one point the camera is tilted near to 45 degrees and yet the red beam - which appears identical to the others - is still aligned to the Y-axis.

I saw over year ago two white orbs, like those in above videos flying over me and as far as can tell those vids looks pretty authentic to me. Tough I'm not shore about "laser" beams.
