A couple of days ago at Taormina Film Festival, Italy, Oliver Stone and Ukraine born USA citizen Igor Lopatonok showed the trailer of their documentary, titled Ukraine on Fire :

The documentary will be released on DVD later this summer, Oliver Stone as a journalist interviews former Ukraine's president Victor Ianukovich, Russian president V. Putin and other key personalities on the subject of the infamous Maidan revolution. It seems the documentary is pretty decent and worth watching, when it will be released and even shared and recommended, especially to western audience.

Oliver Stone has always tackled very controversial subjects. He has taken a lot of heat for many of them, but he never stand's down. "Ukraine on Fire" is another stellar example of his dedication to bring light to the global fascist regime.

Bet the PTB in the Dark House (Washington) will do everything (including Hollywood's plutocracy) will attempt to control it's distribution.

But "they" will fail as people know the name (not the fame) of the legendary director and producer inspiring the masses to truth.

And it is always good to see President Putin taking on these interviews (with calm, composer, and intellect), venting his mild frustration to the neocons psychopathic behaviors. It has to be good for him, and thus humanity as well.

Stones adaptation of the assassination John Fitzgerald Kennedy, (with the 1991 Direction and the production of JFK), took on a much more deeper meaning with release of the two transcripts, back in the day.

I wish him Luck with this current endeavor and the Ukraine people with there struggle against Ukrainian Nazi regime.

Session 9 June 1996
Q: (L) Moving along... recently I read "On the Trail of the Assassins," by Jim Garrison, the New Orleans attorney. This is the book
about his investigation into the Kennedy assassination. I know that we asked one or two questions about this earlier, but I think that
now, with expanded perspective, we could ask a few more. Was the purported Cuban agenda what was really behind the
assassination of JFK?
A: Not in its entirety.
Q: (L) Was there, in fact, any connection between this murder and JFK planning to reveal the government's knowledge of alien
interaction?
A: Maybe, or that was feared, based upon a sophisticated psychological profiling system.
Q: (L) One thing that we noticed was that Lee Oswald was 'sheep dipped' in many areas around the country, well before the election
of Kennedy. Why would this be the case?
A: Consortium.
Q: (L) What was the intention in using Oswald in this way? Was it just to have a handy person around, or did they already know, in
advance, that Kennedy would be elected and that they would assassinate him?
A: Time alteration.
Q: (L) Do you mean time alteration in the sense that these events did NOT actually occur at the noted times, or that they were able
to go back in time and do this to put more confusion into the picture?
A: Latter, see Montauk.
Q: (L) Obviously the consortium was operating through the FBI, the CIA, the Mafia, and God knows who else, but, can you tell us
who fired the shot that caused JFK's death?
A: No, because it would put you in grave danger.

Session 23 October 1994

Q: (L) We have heard about a movie called The PuppetMaster, is this movie a depiction of truth?
A: Close.
Q: (L) Were the events surrounding the death of JFK depicted correctly in the Oliver Stone movie, JFK?
A: Close.
Q: (L) Is it true that he was shot by one of his own bodyguards?
A: No.
Q: (L) Why was he killed?
A: Corruption.
Q: (L) Was he the one who was corrupt?
A: Too many facts to discuss in this medium.

Oliver working as hard and good as ever. Looking forward to watching it!

Documentary film from a filmmaker with a world name - Oliver stone.
The film which was never shown in the United States, the European Union, Ukraine and many other countries.

a project that stunned Europe and denounced the Kiev elite. To the West, he is a discovery, presented in the film, the facts differ from the information in the European media.
What actually happened in Ukraine and how the country came to revolution? In the documentary - all about the rise of nationalism in Ukraine and assistance of the CIA in its propaganda. Oliver stone dispels the myth about the Ukrainian "revolution of dignity". The coup and the armed conflict is shown unvarnished. The US has allocated huge funds "to help Ukraine with all the tasks" - is that enough to be considered a revolution "custom"? Who has set the task to shoot the President Yanukovych? The kind of mission the US is ready Saakashvili? As Russia turned into an enemy of Ukraine №1 The film "Ukraine in the fire" contains an interview of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych that Oliver stone took the politicians personally.

Fwiw, I thought they did a good job with it and was a nice follow up to The Putin Interviews

Thank you for sharing and I looked from time to time if it is available and now it is.

Thanks for sharing, Timotheos. Looking forward to see it.

I noticed at IMdB, that is has gotten 29 reviews and it is very split, either 9/10 out of 10 or 1 out of 10. It is clear that there are those Russophobic forces who are out in force to trash this movie. What we can do after having watched the movie, is to write some reviews too, so as to balance the score a little. The link is _http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5724358/?ref_=login#_=_

Thanks so much for sharing!

I have been looking to watch this for a while now!

Was there anything new in this or just more presentation of what we know already... those of us paying attention?

It starts off giving a brief history of Ukraine pointing out how Ukraine is a much coveted country for more powerful countries than itself. As a result Ukaraine has had to learn how to navigate in such a world and be crafty in order to maintain itself as a sovereign, resulting in it's often decision to switch sides. It covers the various players and factions within Ukraine. It covers the development of Maidan and the history, with examples, of color revolutions. Oliver Stone pretty extensively interviews Viktor Yanukovych. We get to hear from his very objective perspective exactly how events unfolded. It covers the annexation of Crimea and the attempted interference that had been enacted in Kiev that prompted the people of Crimea to want to rejoin Russia for protection. It showed how Eastern Ukraine also wanted to protect itself by declaring it's independence and how that resulted in the tragic civil war that continues. And it covered the downing of MH 17 and of course the interference of the US, Victoria Nuland et all. Very informative

I found it very well researched and presented, and extremely informative video. It’s already been a few years since the tragic events in Ukraine took place, and my attention has shifted to other events as they were unfolding since then. So it was a good memory refresher, and it contained knowledge I did not have before. I also appreciated the historical background at the beginning, which was important to understand the different functions within Ukraine that were instrumental during the coup, and now hold positions of power. If the government was corrupt before, now it is ultra-corrupt, dangerous, and worse, totally under the thump of the politicals gangs of US/EU. The drama of the Ukrainian people is still not over, even if the global media forgot about them though, so I am glad that finally western people would have the opportunity to watch it now.
