No, it has not been removed, is still at webcams youtube page -went to check to see it, and it is also at webcamsdemexico facebook ... here -from what I had observed-, this kind of information -mostly on people, is not that of concern or to be taken seriously, it resides on the anecdotic/exotic compartment. I am unfamiliarized as to what had hide the goverment through the years, though.

The object flying behind the volcano doesn't appear to be doing anything particularly strange, so perhaps it's just a plane or something that's flying on a stormy night?

That would be a fine explanation, the object pass rather quick but is a time lapse, so it could be slower. I was curious by the altitude because it's to low ... but I thought about what being behind Popocatepetl's, and is Puebla City...

There is a news article (_http://www.exclusivaspuebla.com.mx/captan-ovnis-en-plena-tormenta-electrica-junto-al-popocatepetl/) in which mentions that a group of astronomers (does not specify whom) took some photos that confirm the UFO's sight...

Although I am not that convinced, cannot discarded either ... being the Popocateptl and its ongoing activity and an electrical storm quite near, ingredients of its possible appearance ...

While looking for more info I found this: a spiral vortex registered by a radar after (apparently) UFO's "visiting" the Popocateptl ... is weird, there is a report from Jaime Mausan and other reports in other sites (.although, I do not believe much this guy, perhaps you know more) ...

Mysterious Spiral Vortex appears after UFO enters Popocatépetl Volcano, Mexico
A strange phenomenon is registered by the Cathedral weather radar close to Nevada de Toluca in Mexico.

Since 2012 the radar has shown several times strange images of what appear to be a spiral vortex. And it happens every time when a UFO appears above a volcano, especially the Popocatépetl Volcano.

It happened again on October 16, 27 and 28 and on December 28, 2015 and on March 1, 2 and 5 in 2016.
Jorge Tokunaga who registered the spiral vortex made a statement that a spiral vortex appeared after a UFO was seen above a volcano. Surprisingly his images of the spiral vortex were deleted from Internet as well as the images were deleted from the weather system.

After they cleaned up the radar and configured it again, the strange shape of energy was still there.

Found another article in which a guy contact with Jorge Tokunaga from the National(Mexican) Weather Service, to know about the images ... the explanation is technical in Spanish, I post it here, using Google traductor ...

The two images belong to the same radar of Cerro Catedral, State of Mexico, has nothing to do with the clouds, is internal noise of a cyclic frequency of repetition of colors there. It is the second time that this problem appears in the images of this radar, it is certainly an internal failure of the equipment that we have not yet been able to pinpoint the origin since the off and on the entire system disappears the problem, now is operating correctly but I fear that will be resubmitted this spiral of colors. We'll have it under observation.

Is not at the Popocatépetl's but is near/around a volcano, this time at Colima's volcano, there were some ... unkown intese lights? yesterday (30 January, 2017) ... I do not longer know how to called them any more ...
