On a related note, I see that people at work, and my roomie, have been having a difficult time licking their colds. In some cases the colds lasting many weeks, or recurring with alarming frequency. It's troublesome to see and know that the way they are eating and what they are drinking (ie. alcoholic beverages) are in no small way contributing to their prolonged illness.
