US corporations move to create a part-time, contingent workforce

when my corporation introduced 'diversity' in to our brains through mandatory courses, big hotel meetings , we realized after 2 years that it meant offshoring. 2 years back when they expanded diversity to diversity & inclusion , I wondered what does it mean. While coming out of the hotel, after looking at the young receiptionist I realized what they were talking . It means Include child labor and retiree work force. seems No Boundaries to the Greed and Insanity.

It amazes me where does these ideas come from ?. At work, I listened to lot of corporate Bosses speeches , though their talk is like pet talk, repetition they doesn't sound like Insane. just like any family people, their own illusions and not all psychopaths. they are fired and hired left and right . they believe in the orders they get , the way psychologists believe in prozac . These big corp. get 5 yr and 10 yr plans and hire outside expert agencies on how to fulfill them through seminars, mandatory training, layoff's, off shoring, temporary work force, consulting work force. So the ball starts rolling from outside agencies to introduce the seeds of psychopathy and ponerisation. Thanks to internet and sites to sott atleast we are able to see and connect the dots.
