Venezuela Oil: US Declares War on 'Narco-Terrorism'

Rubio can’t do much but to advise and negotiate. Usually in scenarios where a president does not cooperate fully, the PTB just push scenarios for them to cooperate. Like false flags attacks or terrorism acts etc. thought this is mostly to make the public to support whatever action will be taken as well.

OK, I understand what you mention but I certainly lack more information to be able to see well what you explain to me. I don't know why something doesn't fit me yet.

I can see that they have not been able to achieve what they want internally, in fact, many actions have been dismantled and I can see that if they cannot internally, they are trying externally, such as linking Venezuela with what happened recently in Australia.

Surely something will already detonate in my head since you made me think about it but if you can help me with some additional information, thank you very much.

On Wednesday, the United States House of Representatives rejected two resolutions led by Democrats that sought to limit President Donald Trump's authority to carry out military operations or attacks on Venezuelan territory and against alleged “narco-boats”.
and whether to do it through congress or not.

Totally, this shouldn't take anyone by surprise. "Is Congress the obstacle? well, let's do something that doesn't depend on Congress" was my option.

Well, now with no apparent obstacles, at least no longer coming from the USA itself... let's see how far the "Trump Miracle" goes.

Chavez predicted that the U.S. would accuse him of being a "drug trafficker."

The former Venezuelan president warned in 2005 about an operation designed at the Pentagon to link the Venezuelan government to drug trafficking and justify an invasion like that of Panama in 1989.

The Bolivarian leader assured that he had intelligence coming from "sectors that are not really allies, but serious concerned people," who warned of a hypothetical operation concocted from the Pentagon. This plan would be based on a false accusation of drug trafficking against the Venezuelan president himself. "This is coming closer”" he warned in his statements before the television cameras of the Hello President program in March 2005.

The former Venezuelan president was reportedly warned that “the Noriega formula" would be applied to him, in reference to Panamanian head of state Manuel Noriega, who was forcibly removed after showing himself increasingly independent and contradictory with respect to American interests, especially when declaring a state of war against the United States. After the death of an American soldier at a Panamanian checkpoint, the White House launched Operation Just Cause, ordered by President George H. W. Bush on December 20, 1989. Noriega, accused of "links with drug trafficking," was arrested and extradited in that military intervention.

Weaving a new information matrix to continue with the increase in the division between Colombia and Venezuela so that the plan of many years ago "to intervene militarily in Colombia, to invade Venezuela" can be carried out. Petro after making emphasis on this:

Petro went further and pointed out that the only binational armed organization composed of Colombians and Venezuelans is the terrorist group ELN, which he accused of being dedicated to drug trafficking and the murder of peasants. “The ELN is an enemy of Colombia and Venezuela, and it is an enemy of Latin America," he said, while assuring that this armed group kills both Colombian and Venezuelan citizens.

Shortly after, an attack by Le ELN takes place. What coincidences.

At least seven soldiers die in an ELN attack on a military base in northeastern Colombia

Petro explained that Colombia, together with Mexico and Brazil, tried to mediate to find a political solution promoted by the Venezuelan people, without imposing external solutions. However, he acknowledged that these efforts did not succeed and that the situation resulted in the current situation.

This is called interference, it's that simple.

3 countries that take the liberty of "Planning a solution for Venezuela" together with or according to Petro, "Driven by the Venezuelan people" which sector of the Venezuelan people to be exact?"the Venezuelan people" who support the invasion against their own country? because everyone always says people in the plural and in general when they talk about freedom, justice and democracy and they ignore the other sector of the population, which is also Venezuelan and that their solution is not the resignation of Maduro.

It is as absurd as the Venezuelan who is outside the country and says "I want the Chavistas to leave, to leave my country"... where do you think the Venezuelan Chavista should go?to which country, to which planet should the other sector that is also Venezuelan go just because they have a political ideology contrary to them?.

It will not be a surprise when it is said "officially" that Maduro is also the one who leads the ELN, for having asked for union with the Colombian army and as Petro was upset, because yes he can go to the USA and tell the army of that country to "disobey", but to him if he does not accept that they do the same to him. Contradictions, a call to unity and a call to disobedience are self-explanatory.

Obvious curiosities for the upcoming events that are surely going to develop.

The US intercepted a second oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela

According to The New York Times, citing a U.S. official and two sources in the Venezuelan oil industry, the detained ship is called Centuries, has a Panamanian flag, and is not part of the list of oil tankers sanctioned by the United States. However, the newspaper adds that the ship belongs to a China-based oil company that transports Venezuelan crude to refineries in the Asian giant.

“If you cause a massive drop in oil revenues, that's going to cause another massive recession."

Iran's help would be just trying to put out fire with gasoline.

Venezuela said it received an offer of support from Iran to confront “U.S. piracy”"

The objective would be to confront the "piracy and international terrorism" attributed to the United States, according to Caracas

On his Telegram channel, Foreign Minister Yván Gil said he had received a call from his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araqchi, during which they analyzed “recent events in the Caribbean, especially threats, acts of piracy by the United States and the theft of ships loaded with Venezuelan oil.”

Venezuela, according to Gil, received “a full show of solidarity from the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as its offer of cooperation in all areas to confront piracy and international terrorism that the United States seeks to impose through military force, violating the Charter of the United Nations and international law.”

US intercepts third oil tanker off Venezuela; seeks to continue blockade to put an end to criminal networks

The Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, said that they will carry out maritime interdiction operations until Maduro's "criminal enterprise returns stolen assets"

This Sunday (21 de diciembre de 2025), the United States intercepted another the third oil tanker allegedly with sanctions in international waters of the Caribbean off the coast of Venezuela, in an action against illicit operations in the context of Lanza del Sur, the second in a week, according to unofficial information.

The US is still acting with imperial hybris, as if its own sanctions are somehow legal justifications outside its borders.

September 3, 2008:
Q: (L) Okay. Why do you introduce tonight's adventures with "US is headed for destruction"?

A: Passed the point when anything could possibly be done to change the outcome.

Q:
(L) What is this outcome?

A: Increasing inner turmoil. Review what happened in Germany.

Q: (L) Well, what happened in Germany in what period?

A: Towards the end of the war. Hitler's madness and the hatred of the world towards Germany.

Q:
(L) Wasn't a pretty picture, was it? (J) In Germany, the rest of the world bombed Germany...

A: Yes. Expect it in the USA ultimately.

Q: (J) Would that be nuclear bombs?

A: And more.

Q: (A***) Is it going to destroy the rest of the world with it?

A: Not exactly... but the cosmic stuff will take its toll.

Q: (L) Anything else on that topic for the moment since we have other issues we want to cover?

A: Be alert.

The US is still pursuing a third oil tanker in Venezuela.

The oil tanker Bella 1, a Panamanian-flagged vessel sanctioned by the United States, was heading to Venezuela to load, according to a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified. The interception attempt comes after the boarding of the supertanker Centuries early Saturday and the Skipper on December 10.

A U.S. official said the tanker targeted Sunday is sailing under a false flag and is subject to a court-ordered seizure. Earlier, people familiar with the matter reported that the Bella 1 had already been addressed.

A false flag?

The governments of Panama and Venezuela have agreed to reactivate consular relations suspended almost a year ago.

Although the date of resumption of services was not specified, the statement maintains that “this measure has as a priority objective to provide assistance and protection to the Panamanian and Venezuelan communities residing in both countries.”

CNN contacted the Panamanian Foreign Ministry to ask if this measure means a probable restoration of diplomatic relations, but they assured that it o
nly involves consular services.
The phrase of the Panamanian president, José Raúl Mulino, indicates that Panama only re-established consular relations with Venezuela, not diplomatic ones, and the main reason was humanitarian, in order to directly manage the return of Venezuelan migrants who fail to reach the United States and must be sent from Panama to their country.

Diosdado Cabello rejected Panama's willingness to mediate in crisis between the United States and Venezuela

"There is no government in Panama, they do what they say in the United States. Mediator in what?: There is no government there, here we are very clear about what is being done here,” he said, while Venezuela could consider this offer if on December 20 the Panamanian executive carries out an act in rejection of the US invasion of 1989 and of recognition for the victims left by this conflict.

Six Latin American countries demanded that the Maduro dictatorship restore the democratic order in Venezuela.

Within the framework of the Mercosur summit held in Foz do Iguacu, Argentina, Paraguay, Panama, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru expressed their deep concern about the serious migration, humanitarian and social crisis in the Caribbean country. Brazil and Uruguay did not accede to the note.
Panama currently does not offer asylum to Nicolás Maduro; in fact, Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino has reiterated that, although in the past he considered offering asylum as a diplomatic way out of the Venezuelan crisis, this offer is conditional and Maduro could not stay in Panama.

Countries that hate Maduro, and that in itself has long been demonstrating its racism towards latinos in general, wanting to be mediators. They should learn from Bukele, who is silent and persecuting Venezuelans without any distinction in his country, even he knows that it would be too brazen to talk about "mediations" on people he detests.

Yeah, but Putin is Trump's bestie, so it's all good!

The sanctioned Hyperion ship could put Trump's blockade of Venezuela to the test

The Hyperion tanker, sanctioned by the US for having transported Russian oil, could be the first ship to test President Donald Trump's naval blockade of Venezuela.

The vessel recently arrived in Amuay, where Venezuela's largest refining complex is located, according to vessel movements tracked by Bloomberg.

After unloading, it is unclear whether the ship will leave the port or remain in Venezuelan waters to avoid being boarded by US forces, causing great losses to the owner.

Something about to finally happen?

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has begun evacuating the families of its diplomats from Venezuela, according to a European intelligence official, with women and children included as officials reportedly assess the situation in “very grim tones.”

(Note keeping on what so far is just rhetoric)

"WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Connecticut) introduced a resolution calling on the Trump Administration to seize ships carrying sanctioned Russian oil. These ships, known as “shadow fleet” vessels, are skirting sanctions and contributing to the illicit financing of the war in Ukraine."

Russia backs Venezuela in standoff with US

"On Monday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a phone conversation with his Venezuelan counterpart, Yvan Gil, during which the top Russian diplomat expressed “serious concern over Washington’s increasingly escalatory actions in the Caribbean Sea,” according to the ministry statement. Lavrov added that the US military buildup could “lead to far-reaching consequences for the region and create a threat to international maritime navigation.”

"Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier expressed ”solidarity with the people of Venezuela and reaffirmed his support for the [Nicolas] Maduro government’s resolve to defend national interests and sovereignty against foreign pressure.”

@Joe

About news that indicates that Russia has stopped work, canceled flights or withdrawn diplomats, these are news that have never had a confirmation from the Russian embassy or officially by Russia, but there is also no "no" or "false" as an answer.

So far, only this time:

Are Russian Diplomats Evacuating Venezuela?: Moscow Assesses the Country's Situation
Russia's Foreign Ministry says AP report on diplomatic evacuation in Venezuela is false

The Russian Foreign Ministry has denied reports by the Associated Press about an alleged evacuation of the Russian Embassy in Venezuela, calling them a lie and warning about Western provocations.

Through its official account, the MFA Russia issued a statement accompanied by an image with the stamp "ANTIFAKE", rejecting the information disseminated by the news agency.

Confirm this news on the MFA Russia account. The news is being interestingly controlled.

Not so far fetched if US want to kill two birds with one bullet. Although, not sure if the outcome might be as Trump's government expects. China won't be just an spectator, I guess.

🔍 US tanker seizures in the Caribbean aren’t even about Venezuela: here’s the REAL target

🇺🇸 The US Coast Guard is “in active pursuit” of the Bella 1 oil tanker north of Venezuela, 2k+ km from the continental US’s own shores.

📌 Officials claim the Guyana-flagged ship faces is subject to the US’s unilateral sanctions, and may be ‘linked to Iran’. But Venezuelan oil industry insiders told NYT the tanker is tied to a China-based oil trader.

🔴 A similar story applies to the Centuries, a Panamanian-flagged tanker loaded with Venezuelan crude, and sailing toward China before its Dec 20 seizure. The US didn’t use the sanctions pretext in that case, since the ship isn’t on the Treasury’s listing.

🔴 The US seized the Skipper, another Guyana-flagged tanker, Dec 10. It also has a history of shipments to China, and was sailing for Asia after offloading part of its cargo to a ship going to Cuba. It was seized on a “sanctioned oil” warrant (who knew US judges have global jurisdiction? 🙄).

🤔 Battle with Venezuela, or Beijing?

♦️ With the pretext for its campaign against Venezuela constantly shifting, from ‘democracy promotion’ to ‘anti-narcotics’ and now Trump’s claim that Maduro has stolen US oil, land and assets, the histories of the three tankers reveal Washington’s actual goa: an energy proxy war against China.

💬 “By seizing tankers and enforcing blockades, the US is asserting hemispheric dominance, confronting China’s influence, and sending warning signs that Beijing is studying closely,” Lianhe Zaobao contributor Sim Tze Wei writes in an analysis for Think China.

♦️ US actions sync up with Trump’s new National Security Strategy and the de facto reassertion of the Monroe Doctrine, including plans to deny “non-Hemispheric competitors” the ability to “own or control strategically vital assets.”

♦️ It also ties in to the Trump-allied Select Committee on Strategic Competition with the Chinese Communist Party’s assessment about seized ships’ links to “China-managed vessels” (as if that in itself is a crime).

🇨🇳 Last week, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told his Venezuelan counterpart that Beijing opposes “unilateral bullying and supports all countries in defending their sovereignty and national dignity.”

🗣 Beijing has also issued a new policy paper on Latin America, touting the region’s “glorious tradition of independence,” and its place as “an essential force in the process toward a multipolar world.” Translation? Beijing “has no intention of yielding in the US’s ‘backyard’,” Sim says.

Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

I am pleased to inform you about my return to Venezuela. Taking advantage of the recently inaugurated regular flight from St. Petersburg (the heroic city of Leningrad), I have returned to the homeland of Bolivar, Chavez and Maduro.

When I took off for Caracas from St. Petersburg, I also remembered the terrible blockade imposed by the fascists on this beautiful city during the Great Patriotic War. These were extremely difficult and tragic times, but everyone believed that victory would come.

And now, on the eve of the most peaceful of celebrations — Christmas — we believe that victory will be ours and that peace will come.

The Russian people, in these difficult times, continue to stand unconditionally by the side of the people of Venezuela.

To all those who are trying to splash Venezuela and the Russian-Venezuelan strategic partnership with their rotten poison, I mean.
️️The more courageous and dignified the resistance, the more cowardly and infamous the aggression.

This law, although for some the irrationality of saying that Maduro's dictatorial regime is going to increase repression and freedom of trade in Venezuela to disguise poverty and the highly positive effect of Maduro's anti-drug and terrorist measures, is precisely to prevent sabotage at the internal level by large, small and medium-sized commercial sectors that begin to play with what we already lived many years ago, fuel shortages and so many others.

It should be noted that there is already fake news about it and it is certainly difficult to have a control in the states of the country bordering Colombia and Brazil, countries that also in past years joined a sabotage during the shortages and hoarding of food and gasoline, in addition to the inflation induced to which it is already quite high.

There will be no shortage of the "super heroes of the south" who come out to say that it is a dictatorial law now for not letting them sabotage the country.

"Freedom for those whose human rights have been violated by the regime for not letting them sabotage with gasoline and food to allow for a peaceful transition" 😒

AN consultation Law on freedom of navigation and trade in the face of international piracy

Venezuela announces a law with penalties of up to 20 years for those who “support piracy and the blockade” of the US navy.

"any person who promotes, instigates, requests, invokes, favors, facilitates, supports, finances or participates in actions of piracy blockade or other international illicit, against legal entities that carry out commercial operations with the Republic and its entities, by foreign States, powers, corporations or persons.” Alessandrello explained that “they will be punished with imprisonment of 15 to 20 years and a fine for the amount in Bolivars equivalent to between 100 thousand and one million times the exchange rate of the highest value published by the Central Bank of Venezuela.”

"This law seeks to protect the national economy and prevent the population's standard of living from being eroded,” the deputy said.
