Venezuela Oil: US Declares War on 'Narco-Terrorism'

Cabello warns Trinidad and Tobago that it will respond if it "lends its territory" for an attack on Venezuela

"Venezuela does not fight with anyone. But they leave us no alternative. If Trinidad lends its territory to attack Venezuela, we have to respond," he said at an event broadcast on state television network VTV.

The also leader of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) has assured that "we have no choice" but to act in that way, stressing that Caracas' decision in this regard will be "always to avoid being attacked."

Cabello has denounced that the US authorities "are using Trinidad against Venezuela, using Trinidad's territory against Venezuela" despite the fact that "those people do not agree with that." "No, he does not agree," he reiterated, before asserting that both countries have "always lived in peace."

Legitimate military targets.

News by left-wing media (VTV) and right-wing media (Globovisión) and right and left. The Russian diplomats have not left Venezuela, and the tourist alliances continue, they do not leave and bring 100 more Russians (laughs).

Margarita Island, in the state of Nueva Esparta, received 100 new Russian tourists from the Moscow-Porlamar charter operation in order to get to know the tourist destinations of Venezuela.

”We continue to work and fight together": Russia denies withdrawal of diplomats and reaffirms strategic support to Venezuela

Russia reaffirmed the full normalcy of its diplomatic operations in Venezuela and the firm strategic support to the government of President Nicolás Maduro, describing any scenario of withdrawal as “a frustrated dream.”

"This is not the first time the Western media has tried to evacuate us. That is his dream, to see Venezuela cleansed of the Russians and deprived of our country's strategic support to the Bolivarian people and government. It is a frustrated dream unfulfilled”" said the Russian ambassador in Caracas, Melik-Bagdasarov, referring to the international agencies and portals, including the Chileans that replicated the false information.

The diplomat categorically denied these versions, attributing them to a Western disinformation campaign, which included newspapers, news agencies and international portals, including Chilean media such as T13, Bio Bio Chile, Radio Agricultura and El Informador.

Well, now everything related to this news has been developing because it was simply denied, because there was nothing in the search web nor in English when I searched for information about it, in fact observing the dates, it was only when the Russian Ambassador returned to Venezuela that the false news was denied, this happened during his absence in Venezuela to put the short legs of lies they made.

"A cat came out of the house and the rats had a party".

It is denoted that this type of news is for international consumption. The news is blocked as best as possible to Venezuela but the rest of the world echoes this type of disinformation. Certain news that needs to be channeled and reached geographically to a particular audience.

There was a debate on the UNSC today, Russia stood with Venezuela, and Venezuela declared the outcome a victory.

Nebenzia also had this to say

Russia condemns seizure of Venezuelan tankers

“We strongly condemn the seizure of oil tankers by the US military and the de facto imposition of a naval blockade of Venezuela,” Nebenzia said on Tuesday as quoted by RIA Novosti.

“Washington’s responsibility for the catastrophic consequences of such cowboy behavior for the residents of the blockaded country is also obvious. Unfortunately, there is every reason to believe that the US actions against Venezuela are not a one-off. This unfolding intervention could become a template for future military actions against Latin American states,”Nebenzia noted.

Which is true, It's the template for things to happen. It sets a precedent that such a poorly crafted excuse is enough to turn the blind eye on the US's actions. And same as it has always been, an inconvenient government will be declared a terrorist and that's enough.

"Venezuela is only the first objective of a larger plan. The American government wants to divide us in order to conquer us in pieces."

For those who are interested, the Ambassador of Venezuela quoted something quite interesting and it hasn't been reflected in the news like many other things, about one of the creators of the propaganda during the invasion of Iraq, Karl Rove:

"We are an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you study that reality — judiciously, as you will - we will act again, creating other new realities, which you will also be able to study, and that is how things will be resolved. We are actors of history... and you, all of you, will stay only to study what we do"

The direct threats received by political prisoners in Venezuela: "If there is a military intervention by the United States, they will be the first to die"

The families of the detainees have called for vigils and prayers to demand a "Christmas without political prisoners", but without getting answers from the authorities

The guy who appears on the cover, "Juan Pablo Guanipa" was arrested for:

The far-right opposition leader, Juan Pablo Guanipa, was arrested on Friday for heading a network of terrorism and conspiracy aimed at subverting the electoral process scheduled for Sunday, May 25. The information was provided by the sectoral Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, during a press conference.

In the place where Guanipa was captured, notebooks and agendas were confiscated whose contents stipulated groups, financings, and places designated for terrorist attacks, such as embassies, hospitals, police commands, railway stations, oil installations, electrical installations, gas stations, in addition to people affected by the revolution and the opposition who will participate in the elections. Last Thursday, a group was captured with five grenades that would be thrown at a police module located in Zulia.

In addition, according to Guanipa's plans, terrorist attacks would be carried out on Venezuelan territory this Friday, therefore, Cabello ordered the maximum mobilization and alert of security officials. Also in the Guanipa safe house, weapons, C4 explosives, cash, a test tube for measuring the explosive charge, four telephones, computers, equipment for the placement of explosives, and a laptop detailing the specifications of the terrorist plan were identified.

These are the imprisoned political angels.

Recently we had curiously this event concerning the "political prisoners", connecting with the previous published and how it is weaving together with the issue of elections. This falls into the matrix of opinion on "questioning the presidential election" too.

The Venezuelan opposition leader and former governor Alfredo Díaz, who was imprisoned a year ago accused of conspiring against the Maduro government, dies in prison.

"What is known", (the "" are mine).

Díaz was one of the more than 2,000 Venezuelans detained following the repression registered in the country after the disputed presidential elections of July 28, 2024.

The politician, who cast doubt on the official results that gave the victory to Nicolás Maduro, was arrested in November 2024 in the city of Ospino, about 380 kilometers southwest of Caracas, accused of "incitement to hatred" and "terrorism."

Part that is not told in the media.

"The emergency was immediately attended by the emergency specialist and paramedic on duty of that unit, who provided him with primary medical attention. By virtue of his health condition, he was transferred to the University Clinical Hospital, where he was admitted and when trying to stabilize him, unfortunately he died minutes later,” the text says.

It is worth remembering that on November 27, 2024, the Minister of Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, reported on the capture of the former governor.

According to a note published by the portal Laiguana.tv , Cabello pointed out on that occasion that Díaz “could provide important information about the insurrectionary acts planned by the extreme right against the country, for the days before the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro.”

In 2018, one year after being sworn in as governor of Nueva Esparta, Díaz was denounced to the Attorney General's Office of the Republic for having committed the crimes of gender violence and vandalism.

The then protector of that entity, Dante Rivas, reported that the regional president had again entered, violently, the Armando Mata Hospital, located in the town of Punta de Piedras, to dismiss the then director of that facility, María Elena Romero.

"As the protector of Nueva Esparta, of women, of the neo-Spartan woman, I cannot allow this man to continue attacking our people. A similar situation occurred in the stadium of Conejeros, where this incompetent came to change the locks and prevent the passage of the legitimate authorities. This confirms that this man only knows how to handle himself through violence, he is not able to solve problems by talking, in peace,” Rivas said in a statement that was reviewed by the aforementioned information portal on October 10, 2018.

It is not strange that now this character reveals the following plans to be carried out:

María Corina Machado warns the world about threats of extrajudicial execution against political prisoners

María Corina Machado, launched a global alert about threats of extrajudicial execution against political prisoners in Venezuela, by the Maduro regime, and stated that ”there are lives at risk today."

Why today?

Petro advocates for the release of the opposition leader Márquez and Colombians detained in Venezuela

The President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, advocated on Tuesday for the release of the former Venezuelan presidential candidate Enrique Márquez and the Colombians imprisoned in that country, and assured that Venezuela cannot be defended if there is injustice there.

On that occasion, Cabello criticized Petro for supporting Márquez, who he assured that he is "part of the coup d'état that they want to give in Venezuela."

Petro has repeatedly condemned the detention of Marquez, whom he refers to as a "friend" of his, while calling for the freedom of all "people detained for political reasons" in Venezuela.

Oh... "friend!"

Diosdado Cabello accuses Enrique Márquez of being involved in an attempted coup in Venezuela

Cabello said that Márquez was arrested because ”he is part of a plot" with which — he assured — a US citizen of the FBI and the son-in-law of opposition leader Edmundo González Urrutia, both recently detained, would also be related.

Cabello showed a document that — he maintained - exposes a proposal promoted by Márquez for González to be sworn in as president of Venezuela before an assembly of Venezuelan citizens, at a diplomatic headquarters of the country.

CNN cannot verify that the document shown by the minister is authentic. He also contacted the Centrados party, which nominated Márquez, to ask for comments on the interior minister's accusations.

"The one who was at the head of this is called Enrique Márquez, part of the coup d'état that they want to give in Venezuela. There are no angels here, and even less so among the opponents. To those who are defending, did you hear that, Petro? Defend him, you're defending a suckling child. He may be your friend, but he's a criminal”, Cabello said,

Anyone can investigate about it and easily opine from the outside about "bad judicial processes" in order to divert the root of all that matter is in their freedom, but not in their conscience because for those of us who have had to put up with these individuals for so long, being in prison is not enough! not to mention for the people who have lost relatives because of it during the coup attempt, linked and demonstrable and yet, many are still free outside the country already touching and making calls for many more to die because they are their Christmas wishes.

"Free Barabbas!"

Putin greets President Maduro and reaffirms strategic alliance with Venezuela.

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a Christmas message from Moscow to his Venezuelan counterpart, Nicolás Maduro, congratulating him and reaffirming Moscow's "unalterable solidarity" in the face of the "external pressure" facing Venezuela.

In his letter, Putin "heartily congratulated on the occasion of Christmas and the New Year" President Maduro, whom he addressed as "Your Excellency Mr. President, Dear Nicolas." The Russian president stressed that the "outgoing year has been quite successful for Russian-Venezuelan relations."

In general, the people who now seem to have been released in December are mainly civilians who participated in violent protests and caused various actions to have been imprisoned, it does not apply so far for politicians because the government maintains that the people "manipulated" by the leaders of the Venezuelan opposition are not the guilty ones, they are the politicians who induced these people to act violently to create destabilization through the discontent they may have felt. That is, those who have directly caused harm to others and even caused the death of others, are more "forgivable" than emotionally manipulative perpetrators. That is why there is so much impunity in this country.

That is why there are people who, with real intentions of doing great harm, take advantage of the misuse of "empathy".

Venezuela releases 99 detainees after 2024 elections; they demand the release of all "political prisoners".

Caracas confirms the release from prison of dozens of people who were detained in the framework of the controversial 2024 presidential elections.

On Thursday, December 25, in the midst of Christmas celebrations, 99 people were released from prison. A series of releases that, according to the families of the detainees, had been suspended since last March.

These releases were confirmed by the Ministry for the Penitentiary Service of Venezuela in a statement published on its Instagram account.

"The National Government and the justice system have taken the decision to evaluate case by case and grant, in accordance with the law, precautionary measures, which has allowed the release of 99 citizens, as a concrete expression of the State's commitment to peace, dialogue and justice," the document says.

According to the Ministry, these people had been detained for alleged participation in “acts of violence and incitement to hatred, after the election day of last July 28, 2024.”

These actions were, according to the statement, “aimed at ignoring the sovereign will of the Venezuelan people and undermining the peace of the nation.”

"The Bolivarian government will continue to work firmly and responsibly for peace, justice and the defense of national sovereignty," the text concludes.

28 people were killed and at least 2,400 were arrested in the anti-government protests after the last elections. Of these, Caracas has already ordered the release of about 2,000.

Certainly, the problem is that they ignore that one thing influences another. People just carry on with their lives until whatever happens has to happen.

They reveal the real concern of the majority of the population in Venezuela and it is not a US invasion.
Despite the pressure from the United States, Venezuelans have other concerns in mind, such as high prices.

The government of Nicolás Maduro is facing pressure from the Trump administration, but the military deployment by the United States is not the main concern of Venezuelans.

According to an EFE report, those who reside in Venezuela are more worried about inflation, price increases and the rise of the dollar. In addition, during the holiday season, merchants faced a downturn in sales, which has decreased their profits.

One of the people interviewed by the news agency said that people “do not pay attention” to issues related to the tensions that exist between the US government and the regime of Nicolás Maduro.

As part of the Christmas celebration, one of the merchants interviewed said that the tensions do not worry him because families were not going to stop buying Christmas gifts for their children. Someone else told the news agency that although the conflict with the United States does not have a great economic impact, it has affected mentally.

Well, it has begun, technically. Similar to what happened in Iran, EEUU bombarded Venezuela, but a very strategic point which is a port. According to Trump, where drugs were prepared. It happens that I was born near that area and obviously that region he bombarded is an important commercial area for the country. Also, him making the declarations next to Netanyahu it’s a bit sickening.

EEUU bombarded Venezuela

And where was the attack? Did you find no news about it?

____________

Primazol denied that a fire at its plant is linked to the attack mentioned by Trump.

It is unknown, until now, what caused the fire at the Primazol facilities in Zulia a few days ago

Primazol denied rumors linking a fire that occurred at one of its facilities, in the state of Zulia, with an alleged U.S. attack on a structure related to drug trafficking in Venezuela.

The confusion arose after US President Donald Trump said in a radio interview that his government had destroyed “a large facility” as part of the military offensive against drug trafficking allegedly linked to the country.

In Congress he was also attacked on December 22:

Fake: The video of an airstrike on Venezuela's Congress was created with artificial intelligence

Since November 22, 2025, a video has been circulating on Facebook that allegedly shows a bombing against the Congress of Venezuela. In the audiovisual material, several military aircraft are seen flying over the area while launching missiles from the air.

The publication is accompanied by the following message:

"Rain of fire on Caracas: 3 F-35 fighters erase the Venezuelan Congress from the map in seconds”.

It is interesting that both beings appear in the same frame of this "fake news" and this time, at least temporarily talking about "now". Confusing a "ground attack" with an "accidental explosion" of a chemical company? does it look like he got ahead of the real attack?. It has happened before, they are ahead of the facts as they are obviously created by themselves.

We'll see.

When this type of fake news comes out to shoot, I do not rule out another type of sabotage at the internal level because it is very rare to see any chemical company explode in Venezuela, neither chemical or other specialization.

But I have noticed for years that this pattern of "accidental explosions" usually starts in countries that are under siege from the USA and Israel. There was a year in Russia when "accidental explosions" were followed while relations with Ukraine were intensifying. At that time the Urals had more activity in it and military plants, ammunition.

There was also an explosion of a chemical plant in Argentina after the elections and a series of important internal changes were taking place with the US after the elections.

Let it happen now that with this juncture, I confirm that I am not paranoid, there is a pattern and I relate it possibly to some "reaction test" of the population and the striking "explosive revelations".

It is more strange that it is a "simple accident" since few things happen in this world at the political-military level that it is a simple "accident" when convenient accidents are made in the USA and Israel.

And where was the attack? Did you find no news about it?

Apparently a couple of miles south of Maracaibo in the Zulia state. Zulia it’s an oil rich region, so most likely they bombarded an oil cargo or something along those lines.

But I haven’t seen any declarations from Maduro yet or any type of real recording about it, except Trump saying so. So, not sure whats the deal here, but if true, then basically the US is in the phase of “you don’t cooperate? Then you also won’t have your own oil production going”. If not true, then yikes. This won’t look good on the US side.

Added: I’ve been paying more attention to social media from friends and family living in Venezuela and none of them have said something or publish something about it, like nothing happened, not even sure if they are aware of something like Trump mentioned happening… which makes the entire thing more like false news, or at least not at the scale Trump insinuated.

Well, we'll see what they say in 24 hours.

The "type of attack" is simply another one, covert operation, when most are waiting for planes and bombs therefore it is not disposable.

Yes, there is silence on the part of the government because obviously the suspicion of an "accident at a chemical plant" and "confirmation of a ground attack by the United States" in a "seaport", minimum sets off alarms because they have no correlation or is it simply because of Trump's geographical ignorance that he always says that they stranded ships off the coast of Venezuela when they really were in international waters. Like he doesn't know it's a "coast." A few meters more or a few meters less that matters, boom! in Maracaibo, boom! Venezuela and it's all that matters.

A lot of silence for so much media noise, especially in Maracaibo.

They'll be doing some research before they say anything officially. In the meantime, I only have this:

After Trump's announcement, there is official silence in Venezuela: a chemical company denied having been attacked

There was an "incident” at a plant in Maracaibo, but its authorities denied that it is related to the alleged American action.

After the announced US attack on an alleged ”large installation" of drug trafficking on the Venezuelan coast, the Chavista government of Nicolás Maduro maintains a total silence on what would be the first US bombing on Venezuelan territory.

President Donald Trump's caution in alluding to this alleged attack aroused suspicions among analysts that it could be a coordinated action by covert CIA cells active on the ground.

In an unusual statement, the company Primazol, located in the industrial zone of the municipality of Zuliano of San Francisco, denied the versions that were spread on social networks and that linked a reported explosion at the plant with the alleged American attack.

I just know that something like that shouldn't stay "Hidden" for long, I mean, people here are not cave-in, everyone has a cell phone and the networks would be full of information about it from people nearby.

Are two different facts in different places and using the plant accident to hide the real attack, I don't rule it out since:

The US president also surprised journalists by assuring that he returned to dialogue with Nicolás Maduro, after the first telephone call weeks ago, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio present, which did not lead to any agreement.

The mystery about the alleged first attack by Washington on Venezuelan soil marked the agenda of the US media and social networks for hours, despite the fact that no official confirmation had been produced. The information snake began last Friday, when Trump took advantage of a relaxed chat on The Cats & Cosby Show podcast to suggest that "they have a big plant or a big facility where they ship, you know, where the ships come. We dismantled it two nights ago. So we gave them a very hard blow."

The US president continued with other dissertations without delving into the information bombshell. He also took the opportunity to sell the so-called first phase of the fight against drug trafficking and the Venezuelan Cartel of the Suns, which according to his government is led by Nicolás Maduro. "As you know, they sell, send drugs. Drug trafficking at sea has now decreased by 97.2%," Trump stressed.

The company's announcements did not mitigate the mystery of Primazol and the attack advertised by Trump, which also does not fit with the usual pattern of drug trafficking in that area of the country. The usual modus operandi is that cocaine arrives in Venezuela from neighboring Colombia, especially Catatumbo, the region under the control of the National Liberation Army (ELN), Maduro's guerrilla ally. The drug is not produced in Venezuela, but it is distributed from the oil-producing country with prominence for the famous Cartel of the Suns.

The burned-down factory is very close to Lake Maracaibo, just three kilometers away, a natural outlet to the Gulf of Venezuela and the Caribbean Sea.

Indeed, journalist Jhorman Cruz was one of those who reported an incident that became relevant on December 29, five days later.

"We reported the fire of the Primazol company in the industrial zone of San Francisco, Zulia. It's prudent to say we still don't know what started the fire. The villagers did not see anything strange, no drones, no cars, no presence of foreigners. Beware of rare hypotheses," the communicator reported.

The plant, dedicated to the production of chemical products and that Cruz mentioned, is less than 3 kilometers from the coast of Lake Maracaibo, so the idea of the "attack on a pier" reported by Trump was reinforced.

Although when there are a lot of "rumors"... more than rumors they seem to me many loose tongues wanting their fame and that in fact, confirm the facts no matter how messy they seem, like this:

The New York Times was the first to echo the news, even knowing that neither the Pentagon, the White House nor the State Department confirmed the information. Only a U.S. official, speaking on condition of anonymity, revealed that the operation had been carried out, without specifying the location, the method used or what type of installation it was.

Rumors are not always lies, official announcements don't always tell all the truth and depending on the facts one doesn't even have to wait for them.

Since the beginning of December, attacks have allegedly taken place on December 24 and 29. If it's true, nothing has been useful so much military deployment then.

Earlier this month, the CIA conducted a drone strike against a port facility on the coast of Venezuela, CNN reported. The US media reported that, according to the Trump administration, the target was a dock that was used by the Aragua Train to allegedly store drugs and transfer them to boats for shipment.

However, today, during a conference offered to the press prior to his meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump reiterated - as he said last Friday in an interview - that the attack on the port facility was carried out on December 24 without specifying the place and also assured that he recently spoke with Nicolás Maduro, president of Venezuela without giving more details.

The CIA carried out a drone attack on a port facility in Venezuela.

The information was recorded by CNN after Trump revealed that an offensive had been carried out on Venezuelan soil; it was an operation at a remote dock used by the Aragua Train for the storage of drugs

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was reportedly in charge of executing a drone attack against a port facility located on the coast of Venezuela at the beginning of December, in what constitutes the first known attack by the United States against a land target inside that country. The information was revealed by CNN, from sources familiar with the operation, after Trump claimed that an attack had been carried out on Venezuelan soil.

According to an article published by Cadena Americana, the target was a remote dock used by the criminal organization Tren de Aragua for the storage of drugs and their subsequent transfer to vessels destined for international trafficking. There were no people at the scene at the time of the attack, so no casualties were recorded. The operation had intelligence support from the US Special Operations Forces, the informants quoted by CNN said.

Both Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and the number two of the ruling party, Diosdado Cabello, have so far opted for silence in the face of the US president's statements. There were also no public reports by the Venezuelan government or other local authorities confirming an attack of American origin on port facilities in the country.
