Venezuela Oil: US Declares War on 'Narco-Terrorism'

Just complementing the previous post about the hope that people keep. There is no call to create chaos, only demonstrations. Although there is no US presence.Still on the streets, we'll see how everything evolves.

Chavista supporters trust in an agreement to free Maduro in the face of "international pressure"

"Our war is going to be a diplomatic one (...). Because of that global pressure, because of the pressure and mobilization on the streets in Venezuela, we believe that there could be an agreement."

The government's balance sheet also records 112 injured and severe material damage in 463 apartments in the Venezuelan capital. Since the capture of the president, Chavismo has been calling for constant marches and promising not to rest until the couple's return.

However, on RT Spanish (I haven't seen it in English yet), this appeared:

National international agencies fabricate Fake News on behalf against Venezuela
They attack government officials with accusations that try to confuse the population that follows the Bolivarian process firmly

Caracas, January 19, 2026. The Bolivarian Government of Venezuela denounced on Sunday the execution of a systematic campaign of psychological warfare and the manufacture of Fake News, orchestrated by international news agencies and dirty war laboratories, whose objective is to generate confusion, promote internal division and undermine the institutionality of the Venezuelan state.

Through official channels, the National Executive warned that these actions are not isolated events, but part of a transnational strategy that uses false narratives and anonymous sources to directly attack the key figures of the Bolivarian Revolution.

Denied: Delcy Rodríguez case and the falsification of judicial processes

The Bolivarian government strongly rejected the recent publication by the Associated Press (AP), in which it is intended to link the executive vice president and president, Delcy Rodríguez, with alleged investigations by United States security agencies.

Through the X platform, the official Miraflores account Immediately set a position:

"New version, same "sources" and zero tests. They have already shown that this is not about the false narrative about Venezuela and drug trafficking, but about maintaining the threat against the President (E)."

It was emphasized that these publications lack any legal and evidentiary validity. The Venezuelan State reaffirms that the use of the media to disseminate unfounded accusations is a tool of external political pressure that violates international law.

Denied: Diosdado Cabello and the alleged "secret conversations"

Likewise, the Bolivarian Government denied and repudiated the malicious versions that suggest the existence of alleged "secret conspiratorial conversations" between the first vice president of the PSUV and Minister of Interior Affairs, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, and the government of the United States.

This opinion matrix, initially promoted by the Reuters agency and replicated on social networks, was described as an invention without real foundation.

The Political High Command assured that these information are part of a psychological warfare laboratory designed to generate uncertainty and look for cracks where there are none. They express their full support for Diosdado Cabello, denouncing that the attack seeks to undermine his prestige and revolutionary integrity.

"We categorically deny the malicious information sought by the division of the Political High Command and aims to undermine the integrity of Diosdado Cabello," the official communication highlighted.

The Bolivarian Government reiterated that the revolutionary leadership is more cohesive than ever. The Political High Command made it clear that there are no hidden agendas or fractures, and that its only priority remains the defense of national sovereignty and the well-being of the Venezuelan people in the face of external aggressions.

An appeal is made to the population and the international community not to echo fake news that only seeks to destabilize the peace achieved in the country.
