Vertigo - Hope for Chronic and Intermittent Symptoms

Unfortunately this maneuver does not work for me.
I experience no vertigo performing this maneuver, and it does not seem to occur any differently whether using my left or right ear.
Vertigo came on after earaches(infection?) in both ears, and I only experience it when moving from a horizontal to a vertical position, and vice-versa.
I'll keep looking around for other possibilities besides this and the Epley maneuver.
During post COVID-19 era, usually is serous otitis OR laberinthytis, or both. There's also Menière's disease. If you can hear low frequency tones just fine, then, the latter it's not you.

See this post for clues:

For serous otitis, make it a habit to do the netti pot.
