There were several tweets about the event or events that supposedly happened between 10-13th of October in Washington DC, Raleigh, North Carolina and other locations. There is an article about it
on SOTT.
The guy from the tweets in the article, and also others, created a suspicion that something major happened, maybe a meteorite falling, overhead explosion, an object or objects falling. And that authorities knew, but weren't sharing with the public.
It looked as if whatever did happen, happened in Washington DC, and other locations like Raleigh were bunched up together for dramatic effect, as in "what the hell is going on, meteorites and ufos falling, authorities searching for falling objects, etc.".
Today I saw a video that summaried everything and found the main noteworthy event.
Here are the main points from the video:
- This event in DC didn't make into the video list of American Meteorite Society.
- There is a video of a falling object above Baltimore on 13th of October at 21:43 PM.
Here's a screenshot of the falling object.
Here's are enhanced snapshots of the object when it fell and changed position.
- What appeared in North Carolina skies was a parachutist. So nothing mysterious there.
- Supposedly suspicious flight pattern for police helicopter far away from any DC locations on the night of 14th of October. Just hours after the falling of the object.
Here's the Flightradar24 data, you can check it out for yourself.
The guy in the video says that there is nothing a this location. An empty patch of forest, so it's unclear what exactly police helicopter was checking there. But I checked myself, and it's possible to zoom in and see that the helicopter was actually mostly hoovering over this parking lot and Marlton Plaza shopping center. Not exactly an empty patch.
And then I also checked online for any police events in the area, and it appears that there was exactly a police event that required a helicopter. So this one is also a nothing burger and dramatic conflation.
So after all that only the video of the falling object itself is still unclear. What was it exactly? A meteor or a space junk? Something else? Any ideas?
Here's is a tweet of the video.
And here's a video of a supposed overhead explosion on the 10th of October in New York, just because it was mentioned as part of the "dramatic conflation". As you can see, this was added to AMS video list.
