We are living for our soul

Menna

The Living Force
The soul enters the body after conception before birth
Our soul chose to be here now to gain wisdom through experiences
This is a school to learn lesson
The soul chooses in 5th density contemplation if it wants to reincarnate to learn new lessons

using the above phrases to set up my point and give meaning to the title of this thread.

If one is not an organic portal the soul enters the body and it’s objective is to gain wisdom and learn lessons...

Seems the efficient way to live is to live for ones soul. Follow passions/interests have the experience mentate on the dynamics of experience and continue on

My question is. How do you know what is of interest to your soul and what is interest to your ego/body/reptilian brain??? I understand there are many lessons to learn but if your soul chose to enter you before birth after deciding it wasn’t “done” learning here then I would surmise the souls want to lean a specific or a few specific lessons but how to tell what it is? I would say what is telling is what experience it wants but how do you know if the soul is interested in something or is your temporary self interested and your soul is along for the ride?

The objective of this post is how do you live so that your soul is taking your body for the journey not your body is taking your soul. I want my soul in the driver seat. The non soul experiences seem to be frivolous when considering the big picture.

Hi Menna !
I guess we'll never know that for sure - it would be to easy to go though life like that.
We all have some responsibilities in life - school, work, family and all kind of other relationships with people (kids !),
you must take care of your body, we investigate, learn new stuff, read books, maybe you do some kind of crafts,
maybe you plant flowers, maybe you like dancing or watching the birds, anything that's gracefull and beautifull...

It doesn't matter what we do as long as we observe ourselves and make sure our ego, our traumas,
copying mechanisms do not take over and lead the way through life. If there is a stuggle - it' ok.
That means we are fighting our lazyness and ignorance. And if we are respecting our and others boundaries and free will,
always trying to be understanding and kind... and if we also decide to help someone in need or donate
(here or else) and give our time or energy it is a huge difference.
I think is more than enough to cover 'simple carmic lessons' and do the soul work as long we are here on 3D

Cheers !

Just a couple of small points:

The soul enters the body after conception before birth
That's not necessarily the case:

I have read in a few esoteric sources that the soul doesn't actually "seat" fully until between 6 and 9 years old. I would think that if there is any "connection" between a soul and a forming fetal body, it is basically in the curious-hover stage, looking on and observing the development of a potential "vehicle" (...)

This session quote adds more information too:

Q: (L) Okay. Well, that's enough of that. I have another question here. The other question that people were a little curious about on the forum that I noticed was: they wanted to know at what age or stage of development does the soul of an individual enter into the body of a baby that's about to be born?

A: It cannot be set in stone; remember that about half of all babies never house individualized souls. In some cases it can be very early, and others, as late as early adulthood.

Q: (Pierre) Wow.

(Galatea) So I guess they're waiting around the body's frequency to change.

(L) So, is that true? A soul can be hanging around, and there's, say for example, a body that's close to the frequency they need, but not quite, and they have to wait until something happens or changes?

A: Yes

Our soul chose to be here now to gain wisdom through experiences

I can't find the session Chu referred to here but it's worth bearing in mind that sometimes a soul settles for the best available option as opposed to choosing the full circumstances it is born into:

Apart from what others have said, there is also the possibility which was given by the Cs once, that "you get what you can get" when you come into this world. Say for example that you are a soul in transit, and you need a certain genetic combination, but that the family you will be born into is horrible in many aspects. Well, you get what you can get. So, just because a child is born, it doesn't necessarily mean that they CHOSE those parents in the full sense of the word. Maybe they saw that you may be "good" for them to learn really tough lessons, or simply for a genetic profile, or for selfish reasons because those souls haven't had enough of this density.

My question is. How do you know what is of interest to your soul and what is interest to your ego/body/reptilian brain???

The below session excerpt offers some insight:
(Scottie) I wouldn't call Kissinger, "doing well"...

(L) No. They're alive, but what's the quality of life? What is their quality of life?

A: Robotic and inability to experience true joy.

Q: (L) Okay, you say they can't experience true joy, but I'm sure they experience plenty of pleasure. Is there a difference?

A: Indeed. Pleasure is rooted in physiology and joy is of the soul.

Apart from pleasure and joy there is also suffering. This quote posted by Joe in another thread is my favourite one about this topic:

An Englishman who seems to have known a thing or two.

"Do you not see how necessary a world of pains and troubles is to school an intelligence and make it a soul?" - John Keats

Not all suffering is the same, some forms of it aid our souls' development and some don't. This quote by the C's sheds light on the difference:

A: Emotion that limits is an impediment to progress. Emotion is also necessary to make progress in 3rd density. It is natural. When you begin to separate limiting emotions based on assumptions from emotions that open one to unlimited possibilities, that means you are preparing for the next density.

I would say what is telling is what experience it wants but how do you know if the soul is interested in something or is your temporary self interested and your soul is along for the ride?

I don't think it's possible to always know for sure. The context is what determines the answer to your question so each situation should be assessed separately. The best we can do is try to make the right decisions and 'do the right thing' whatever life throws at us. And when in doubt, networking is a helpful tool to calibrate our reality reading instrument.

It's been long time since I posted. I think I was banned for a bit. If it is ok with the mod then I like to explain this because it is very important

If you'd like to discuss your own circumstances it would be more effective if you created your own thread. You can do so either in The Swamp section that offers a bit more privacy, or in the What's on your mind section.

Good question. I think one indication may be: where we loop. What we have not learned repeats over and over. I get to a certain point but if I don't learn/overcome something I get stuck and fall back again and have to start afresh.

well, just don't want to make a commotion. Majority of the time I posted resulted in a lot of aggression, but few months later suddenly become quite acceptable to other forum members.

You may have misunderstood few concepts from your statements. Your vibration/frequency is what matter. It compose of all ideas that your soul hold attachment to as you reincarnate to experience that particular frequency. I didn't quite explained it well in the stacked of paper idea. I'll use example from swaruu cosmic agency. Imagine your life like a roll of movie (a frequencies) now on the wall there are numerous other up and down other movies (different frequencies). If you stay in your current frequency you stay in that roll of movie if an action with significant increase of vibration you go up, down if negative. Basically there is no right or wrong answer depending on your preferences, you just stay or jump up/down. A soul is a composite of your identity, so only you decide what you like to be kinda like the clothes you like. You try, preppy, macho, punk until you find the one that represent you. It is most important for an act of creation to form your own opinion rather than let other define you. You can spot organic portal easily as they only replay matrix programming. A soul person usually have a deeper meaning of life, opinion that is well define/thought. The only way to change your destiny is to raise your vibration, if you are in a loop it mean you have a particular attachment to an idea. 4D sts or astral is a reflection that is cause by dark attachment to relieve your life again. Example, you died a violent dead, you reincarnate again trying to change the outcome even making a bigger mess by joining a gang of evil souls/universe to avenge your demise. Learn to let it go like forgiving your enemy with your last breath. No, going back in time to change the outcome doesn't work unless you change your real vibration. in this frequency it is your destiny to die.

Since the call of consciousness is usually faint and behind the noise of everyday STS life, and pleasure of the body can be hard to distinguish from the joy of the soul, I believe that many (as myself) are indeed anxious about whether or not we're doing the right things. Or at least doing something worthwhile regarding our growth. Allow me to cross-post the message below (originally coming from the 13 March 2021 thread) as it might be relevant to your question :

Whenever I take the time to do something, I more and more pause and think about my death (I took the idea from Castaneda's writings I believe). If my current undertaking is a source of regrets on my imaginary deathbed, it means that I'm wasting my time. It's as if my subconscious mind knows what's to be done or not. And the more I practice this little mental/emotional exercise, the more it appears as a good yardstick to measure the (good) use of my time. It might be useful to you also, who knows.

You cannot force your own growth after all, even if it can be frustrating at times ! It may be a lesson unto itself ;-)

We could see it (and other similar techniques) as a way to extract ourselves from our ordinary thinking/life/behaviors in order to give a chance to our essence/soul to give us some feedback about a particular happening. There are most certainly other approaches (this one worked fine for me so far), and I'll be curious of how other forum members deal with that in daily life. Especially in chaotic/stressful times during which we aren't that clear-headed.

Anyway, being afraid of doing the bidding of the ego is counter-productive as we cannot learn without making mistakes (in general). The worst thing we could do is give up trying to make sense of these behaviors and never overcome them. It can be hard at times to watch ourselves slowly "drift away", however a life changing insight could be right around the corner. So being attentive and use specific techniques may be our best bet to learn distinguishing between our lowly ego needs and our more inspiring endeavors, as well as gathering intel on how our ego works (what makes it tick).

Since the war is waged through us, might as well get tactical in the way we handle ourselves. Hope this helps.

I think it would be good, if you haven't started already, for you to read some of the books in the Romance Reading thread and do so with your questions in mind. Then after a number of books try to answer your own questions either here or in the RR thread to share what you learn with others and get feedback on your thoughts and analysis.

May have more to say later, but this was what first came to mind as to how you might determine what leads to soul development vs what is the predator's mind running narratives.

Maybe this can be of use, I'm sure it's not a be-all and end-all as there are always nuances, but it has its merits.

From The War of Art by Steven Pressfield:

Rule of thumb: The more important a call or action is to our soul's evolution, the more Resistance we will feel toward pursuing it.

Thank you all for the replies I have a better feeling of what to feel/sense when making decisions.

Was thinking about your questions again and I remembered two things that I think might be useful for you in determining that which is good for your growth and development versus that which is a waste of your time and potential or not, between that which matters to you at the deepest level versus that which matters to your ego and self-importance, and between that which you incarnated to learn and experience versus that which is the flesh hijacking your purpose.

First, below is a brief synopsis of a few stoic phrases and ideas that help focus the mind on what is really important. Those ideas being amor fati, momento mori, and focus on what is the only thing within your control, you and how you act. You can try thinking about them and then asking yourself if the decisions in front of you serve the highest good, are worth your time, and are something you really want to do from the higher perspective gained by meditating on the stoic ideas.

Second, there is an exercise from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People that involves developing your own personal mission statement. Developing your personal mission statement involves discovering your highest values and what matters most to you. You can use it in combination with meditation on the stoic ideas from above to come up with what is your reason for being here. The process of developing your mission statement is an ongoing one. You can revisit and rewrite it as often or as infrequently as you want or need to in order to fine tune where you want to focus your energies. It took me a couple of months to come up with something that really spoke to me and I still revisit it from time to time whenever I have fresh insights.

For my part, I think that good decisions are those that reason with your gut, that "roller coaster" effect that is triggered when you think hard about something.
It's never an easy process, because the doubt of the right choice to make appears.
I noticed that a bad decision was often associated with the ease of acquisition, of acceptance. The futility of thinking and feeling things as they are and not as they appear. "Temptation".
And deep down, we know when we are lying to ourselves and turning away from our path.
Don't you hear that little voice inside you that cries out for you to go astray?

Dear Menna,

In spirituality there is something called "dominance frequency". The body should serve the mind, the mind serve the soul/emotion. You can manipulate your genetic but overtime it will return to its original vibration match. The vessel serve the consciousness not the other way around. Your 24 chromosome represent 12 active and 12 passive energy. Each with their own virtue and distortion (read more in: Pistis Sophia). Basically, most conscious species in universe are same 99.99% genetically. Even the strangest slime, bug, in the furthest side of our planet or universe will be 95% or more match genetically. When you reincarnate naturally from the source you are implanted with a light geometry (Love is circle in the case of our game) as a preprogramming for your life events/lesson. If you are a walk in soul the gardener/grey will kidnap you and put an implant in your brain to match your mission. So the best way to control humanity is not through genetic modification but through ideas/programming. The 3 cabal main weapon is religion in vatican (include variant islam and judaism), money in london, and military in washington dc.

To better understand the purpose of the game I'll have to explain the orion war. about 850k yrs ago the lyran race (emotional) were invaded by the draco/reptilian (power). The lesson is to learn how to take responsibility for your creation. In its distorted form love became too passive up to the point that you are so weak that you need others to take care of you. You deferred judgement to others instead of forming your on opinion. Basically passive aggressive, making other obligated to love you instead of letting it flow naturally or giving love. The distorted power game is naturally destructive and harmful behavior. As an alpha race you get to take whatever you like in the short run, but others will hate you and gang up to resist your advances (very lonely too). As a weak race other will bully you if you don't stand up for your right. A more balance approach is needed calm and happy because you can defend your right yet you get along with others. (you notice this behavior among your pet too).

Your lesson plan in life is usually very clear, your family and friends will know which button to push, If you stray away from your plan you will feel world weariness. Your inner voice will say so if you don't ignore them. The most important thing to learn is naturally to love. If you are self center, your whole universe revolve around you, other people view doesn't exist. You are always right other people always wrong. Once you get past that you will increase your awareness as you will learn to understand other's point of view (empathy is first step getting closer to truth). You also reduce your desire to be harmful as you realize that we are all one any harm you inflict upon other will get back to you eventually. Your fear is usually the best signal to work on your vices/purification, once you are reasonably balance you can start working on your programming by changing your perspective base on your life experience.
