Western war on Libya

Recent activity in Libya has Turkey's Erdogan offering support, including military aid to the U.S. backed Internationally recognized government of Libya? Erdogan has military operations in Syria and Iraq, what's his primary involvement and/or interest in Libya? And why now? The Eastern Libyan National forces, commanded by Haftar, are not to thrilled with Turkey's intervention and have seized a Grenada-flagged ship with a Turkish crew. In a counter-move, the U.S. are accusing "Russian mercenaries" of intensifying the conflict?

The Only "Elected" Libyan Government (HOR) Demands UN “Usurper Regime” (GNA) Be Removed
Submitted by JoanneM on Mon, 12/23/2019 - 2:26pm

As per the Great tribes of Libya representing the Libyan people, the situation in Libya is as follows:

1. The so called "government of national accord" GNA in Tripoli is not recognized by the Libyan tribes or people as a legitimate government. It was appointed by the UN in Tunisia and was never accepted into Libya - only by the dark of night did it sneak into Tripoli in 2015 and was immediately recognized from OUTSIDE Libya as a legitimate government. The GNA (usurper regime) holds less than 2% of Libya and is held in place by the support of terrorist militia mercenaries. These terrorist mercenaries are supported, armed, funded by Turkey and Qatar. Without this terrorist support the GNA would be removed from Libya in 2 weeks and security returned to Libya. And it should be noted that the GNA has been given control of the Libyan central bank and all the oil money in Libya by the UN/US/NATO. The terrorist run GNA have been stealing Libyan assets and funds since 2015. They do nothing for the Libyan people who are in desperate need of hospitals, schools, water, food, fuel, etc. This regime steals the Libyan peoples money, funds their terrorist mercenaries, enriches themselves and their friends, bribe other countries using cash and illegal treaties and continues to support the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization.

2. The Libyan tribes representing all the Libyan people understand that they will never have peace and security in their country as long as the Muslim Brotherhood usurper regime remains in Tripoli with their terrorist militias threatening innocent Libyans and stealing Libyan assets. Therefore, the great tribes of Libya have come together in an unprecedented move to support their national army (LNA) to forcibly remove the illegitimate GNA regime, take back control of Libyan assets and set up security for a nation wide vote to create a new Libyan government of the people and by the people.
The LNA is led by General Khalifa Haftar, an extremely controversial person in Libya. Haftar is a CIA operative and took part in the fall of Libya by NATO in 2011. He was dropped in the Libya by the CIA and led the 200,000 terrorist mercenaries brought into Libya by the CIA to take down Libya. He supposedly had a change of heart and joined the other side against the NATO terrorists a year or so after the fall of Libya. The Libyan tribes fully understand that Haftar is not to be trusted and he is definitely not their choice to lead the LNA but they also understand that the country must be cleansed and no giant imperialist nation of the New world order would allow this to happen. For some reason, Haftar has been allowed to do this and the tribes understand the game so they have allowed that Haftar must lead the army if it is to be allowed to clean the country. No one should assume from this that Haftar will be the leader of Libya at anytime, present or future. There will be a country wide election and Haftar has agreed to this condition.

3. The usurper regime (GNA) in Tripoli is losing their hold on Tripoli (their last stronghold) and they realize that they will be ousted before long, losing their "golden goose". They have attempted to stop the advance of the Libyan National Army (LNA) by signing an agreement with Turkey. The agreement is a military one whereby Turkey will bring in their military to support the GNA regime against the Libyan people. Sarraj, the terrorist leader of the GNA is begging for Turkey to bring in tanks, drones, troops etc. The GNA regime has been supported openly for the past year by Turkish drones, weapons, bombs, etc. Turkish military advisors have been in Tripoli and Misurata for some years now. This agreement requested by Sarraj of the GNA is against international law but this seems to make no difference to Turkey or the GNA both puppets of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization. The LNA in response to this agreement by the GNA and Turkey has stated that any Turkish ship or plane landing in Libya will be searched for mercenaries and weapons and will immediately be destroyed. Also, the Egyptian leader, General al Sisi, has stated that Turkey will not be allowed to invade Libya with their army as this would effect all of North Africa. He stated that Libyans are the brothers and sisters of Egypt and Egypt will not allow the Muslim Brotherhood and its terrorists to own Libya or the Sudan. ""Note: Egypt has the worlds largest army.
The other agreement signed by Sarraj of the GNA is a Memorandum of Understanding with Turkey. ** note: Sarraj has no authority to sign agreements with foreign countries for Libya.** This MOU passes all rights the eastern Mediterranean sea to Turkey. Thus giving all rights to insitu assets (oil and gas) under the ocean. Of course the GNA has no authority to pass rights and entitlements of the Mediterranean to anyone. Egypt, Greece and other countries including the EU and US have stepped up and stated that they do not recognize the legitimacy of this agreement. In fact Greece has expelled the Libyan Ambassador. This is obviously a condition by Erdogan to continue his aid to the GNA regime. He has requested the UN to certify the MOU to give it more standing. This puts the UN in a box as their charter allows any 2 countries in good standing in the UN to create treaties between themselves.

{one might wonder about this, Erdogan will not, or it might be viewed as such, get what is being asked for, which gives him an out to support the GNA, yet at the same time the GNA is a UN creation - will have to see.}

4. The House of Representatives (HOR) the only duly elected government in Libya - housed in Tobruk, has openly criticized the MOU and has removed all legitimacy from it. They openly state that the GNA was never elected and its UN mandate ran out in 2017 so under no circumstances does it have the ability to sign agreements with foreign countries and it should be removed immediately.

5. The president of the HOR, Mr. Aguila Salah Issa, has sent a formal request to the UN to remove their recognition of the GNA regime as any legitimate government in Libya. Today Mr. Aguila has formally requested the world to remove all recognition of the GNA regime, as it is a terrorist run regime that is stealing money from Libya daily to support terrorist activities.

6. The LNA is making great progress against the terrorist militias of the GNA and moving forward towards the center of Tripoli. They have given a warning to the Misurata militias that they have 3 days to remove their militias from Tripoli and the city of Sirte or they will bomb Misurata and their militias in both cities until they are finished.

7. The terrorist regime of the GNA is putting out propaganda constantly. They accuse the LNA of using Russian mercenaries (while they are 100% foreign mercenaries) which is a LIE (confirmed to me by the Libyan tribes). They accuse the LNA of bombing immigrant holding camps - LIE (they are the ones who bombed the camps). They print that LNA is losing ground - LIE. They state that they shot down an LNA plane and captured the pilot - partial truth, the plane had a malfunction and the pilot parachuted out, the terrorists did capture him and are torturing him against all international laws. These crimes against humanity have been reported to the International Human Rights Commission in Geneva by Dr. Muftah Faraj, the head of the IHRC in Libya.

8. The LNA had effectively cleansed 95% of Libya from these terrorist militias. The Libyan people support their army in it's task to clean out the Muslim Brotherhood and their terrorist regime. The war against the terrorists that NATO/UN/US/UK/France installed to occupy Libya is coming to an end with all of Libya being cleansed.

My last comment to readers of this missive is to please understand this very important point.. "THERE IS NO NEGOTIATING WITH TERRORISTS". The EU and UN continually request all fighting to stop in Libya and to negotiate a peace. This can only be done after the illegitimate usurper GNA is gone. It has been almost 9 years now with 8 of those years used attempting to negotiate a peace that never came because you cannot negotiate with those who control by force and are stealing your country. I cannot understand where the minds of the organizations that demand Libyans negotiate with an illegitimate terrorist "self appointed" regime. The regime holds no authority to negotiate and is hated by 99% of all Libyans.
Victory and freedom for the Libyan people is coming and we stand with them in their fight for their country.

"This MOU passes all rights the eastern Mediterranean sea to Turkey. Thus giving all rights to insitu assets (oil and gas) under the ocean."

Erdogan (and his Son) had a great business stealing Syrian oil - until Russia bombed the caravan of tankers. The new game plan is to steal oil and gas by drilling under the ocean. For a good year now, Italy has had a problem with Erdogan drilling in it's Cyrus waters. The EU even sided with Italy and announced sanctions. What does Erdogan do - but send out two more drilling ships? The guy is a real character?
Now, the GNA gives Erdogan a green-light to steal more gas and oil - for a little military back-up?

Turkey Doesn't Rule Out Force to Halt Drilling off Cyprus
https://www.usnews.com/news/busines...nt-rule-out-force-to-halt-drilling-off-cyprus

Dec. 11, 2019 - Asked specifically if Turkey could use military means to stop such drilling, Cavusoglu said “of course.”

Part of the area that Turkey claims are waters where Cyprus has exclusive economic rights and where companies including France's Total and Italy's Eni are licensed by the east Mediterranean island nation to jointly carry out drilling.

A consortium made up of the two companies is licensed to conduct exploratory drilling in seven of Cyprus' 13 ‘blocks’ that make up Cyprus exclusive economic zone. The consortium has announced that it would proceed with a new round of exploratory drilling in the new year.

Other licensed companies looking for hydrocarbons inside Cyprus' zone include ExxonMobil with partner Qatar Petroleum as well as a consortium made up of Texas-based Noble energy, Dutch Shell and Israeli Delek.

Turkey says its claim to a large swath of the Mediterranean is bolstered by an agreement it signed with Libya's U.N.-recognized government that delineates the two countries' maritime borders.

Greece, Egypt and Cyprus, which lie between the two geographically, have denounced the deal as being contrary to international law, and Greece expelled the Libyan ambassador last week over the issue.

Cyprus says it's launching legal action at the International Court of Justice at the Hague against Turkey's violations of its sovereign rights. In July, Turkey dispatched warship-escorted drill ships to carry out exploratory drilling inside the Cypriot economic zone, including an area where the Eni-Total consortium has drilling rights. Israel opposes an accord signed last month between Libya and Turkey mapping out maritime boundaries in the eastern Mediterranean, but the deal was unlikely to lead to a conflict with Turkey, Israel's foreign minister said on Monday.

From what I can determine, Erdogan is just adding more conflict and tension in Libya, in his promise to send in Turkish military into Tripoli? As far as legalities, Erdogan has yet "to enter legislation" into Turkish parliament "for permission" to send troops? That won't happen until January. As far as I'm concerned, Erdogan was spun from the same cloth as Netanyahu - their self-serving Power grabs and brazen tactics to enrich themselves knows no bounds. Neither - understand the definition "of Human Rights" or what they destroy in their path?

Russia and Turkey extended talks on Syria-Libya in quest for compromise: Vedomosti
Talks in Moscow between a Turkish government delegation and Russian diplomats lasted for three days,
much longer than expected, as the two sides tried to find compromises on Syria and Libya, the Vedomosti daily reported on Thursday.

A Turkish delegation traveled to Russia on Monday for talks on Syria, following reports that Russian-backed attacks there were forcing tens of thousands more Syrians to flee toward Turkey.

Turkish Presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said on Tuesday that Russia would work to stop attacks in the northwestern Syrian region of Idlib after talks with the Turkish delegation in Moscow and that Ankara expected this promise to be kept.

The two sides also discussed Libya after Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said last week his country would not remain silent in the face
of “mercenaries” such as the Russian-backed Wagner group of private military contractors, supporting Khalifa Haftar’s forces there. Moscow has said it is very concerned about the prospect of Turkish troops being deployed to Libya.

MOSCOW, December 26. 2019 - Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said that when parliament is back to work in January he will ask the legislators for permission to send military personnel to Libya. He was speaking in Ankara on the NTV television channel.

[...] Also, he mentioned the memorandum of understanding Turkey and Libya signed in Tripoli on November 28 on the delimitation of maritime zones, which drew harsh criticism from Greece.

"This document has taken effect. Our aim is not taking away somebody’s rights in the Mediterranean, but preventing the usurpation of our rights. Some would like to restrict [our interests] to our coastline. The agreement is fully legitimate," he said.

Erdogan is really a sneaky, wise-guy! He didn't wait for the Turkish Parliament to pass Troop deployment to Libya, instead, between last Friday and into Sunday, he transported "hundreds of Turkish regime’s (terrorist) mercenaries out of Syria" in four unregistered flights to Libya. Then Erdogan agrees with Trump, for the need to de-escalate tensions in Idlib, Syria? Trump then makes a point in a phone conversation with Erdogan - "foreign interference is complicating Libya"? No response from Erdogan but he'll play "nice guy" and will wait to send Turkish Military to Libya! (Some how, don't think a fresh cup of coffee is going to help me figure this one out?)

French Radio: Four planes arrive in Libyan Mitiga Airport carrying hundreds of terrorists transported by Erdogan’s regime from Syria

2 January، 2020 - Western media sources unveiled that hundreds of Turkish regime’s mercenaries of the terrorists in Syria have arrived in Libya to participate in the battles there, few days after the information saying that Erdogan’s regime have transported groups of mercenaries who were positioning in Idleb and north of Syria to Libya.

The French RF Radio affiliated to the French Government reported that the information on transporting mercenaries from Syria to Libya by Turkey have recurred, “one after the other,” after video clips were published showing them in the capital of Tripoli.

The French radio quoted sources in the Libyan Mitiga airport as saying that a large number of Turkish regime’s mercenaries had arrived in Libya from Syria by unregistered flights.

It added that between Friday and Sunday, four planes landed at Mitiga International Airport, bringing in terrorists of the Turkish regime’s mercenaries who were transported from Syria.

On December 29, U.S. Bloomberg News Agency mentioned that an official at the Turkish regime and another one from the Government of National Accord in Libya revealed that a number of Erdogan’s mercenaries in Syria will be transported to Libya

Few days ago, local sources told SANA reporter that the areas of deployment of the mercenaries of the Turkish regime in the countryside of Hasaka and Raqqa witness the escape of dozens of these mercenaries, fearing that Erdogan will send them to fight in Libya in a similar scenario to transport thousands of terrorists and mercenaries to Syria across the border to attack the Syrian State.

During a joint press conference on Monday, Lavrov said that some states continue to protect terrorist organizations in Syria in violation of the Security Council’s resolutions, stressing the need to continue fighting terrorism until it is eliminated completely. He also emphasized the need for the international community to help return displaced Syrians to their homes.

For his part, Zarif, reiterated his country’s call for finding a political solution for the crisis in Syria that respects its sovereignty and territorial integrity, affirming the importance of eliminating terrorism in Syria completely.

No response from Erdogan but he'll play "nice guy" and will wait to send Turkish Military to Libya! (Some how, don't think a fresh cup of coffee is going to help me figure this one out?)

Not sure either, things move very fast and there are a lot of moving parts. However as one premise, the intelligence arms of many countries; certainly allied under NATO and also others who are not, operate in their strategic centers knowing there are under the surface shared objectives whereby they assist in those goals from those who truly call the shots. Wherein Erdogan, osit, is not operating in a vacuum, he is being supported from inside and outside and may have a list of objectives under his focus (aspects of Libyan control - negotiated prior, which fits the UN backed government et cetera). All this while on the outside - the leaders phone calls, Reuters reports or AP statements, provide little other than what they are intended to convey; often deflection - we had a good chat, they have agreed...

These days, private mercenaries are interwoven tools throughout intelligence operations who thus lobby where it counts, get passed around, assist where necessary, are deniable, and obviously they are for sale - and are made use of. Arms being vital in the overall sales department. So, mercenaries play their role in stimulating the field with tension, and those who call the shots have those, like Erdogan, who will play their roles. As we have seen in the past it can get greedy and complicated because each country will still try to gain an upper hand (and get away with it), and others know it, will turn a blind eye or they will call them to account when it starts hurting their overall strategy.

Anyway, more to the point of agreement - I "don't think a fresh cup of coffee is going to help me figure this one out" either. It's an old deadly pathological game.

Lavrov is one of the only sane voices of reason left, and now in light of the assassination of Soleimani, eliminating terrorists looks to have taken a step backwards, possibly a major step. Helping to "return displaced Syrians to their homes" although not agreed upon among leaders, is now more in question, at least for now.

I don't know where this old/new tension is going to lead, yet tonight was watching expat Iranian's on the news in Canada (likely the same elsewhere) overjoyed with the results of Soleimani's abject murder. The press lapped it up as usual.

Which looks to what you had on Edrogan above - "Turkish parliament approves invasion of Libya" 1/2/2020

Their take is:

ANKARA – Turkey’s parliament on Thursday authorized the government to send troops to Libya to support the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord (GNA).

The mandate passed with the support of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) and its far-right ally, the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP). The main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP), the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) and the conservative Good Party voted against.

Turkish legislators approved the motion 325-184 at Thursday’s emergency session; thus granting a one-year mandate for the deployment, despite concerns that Turkish forces could aggravate Libya’s conflict further and destabilize the region.

The resolution gives the president the authority to “decide on the limit, extent, quantity and timing, to conduct, if necessary, military operation and intervention.”

It comes after GNA requested Turkish military support in December.

The rest is worth noting:

As shocking as it can be in the 21st century, Erdogan thinks he will be the leader of the new "Ottoman Empire" starting with Libya. Erdogan is playing fast and loose with his intentions the result of which is that all of the Maghreb (N. Africa) and other countries bordering Libya (Egypt, Algeria, Chad, Niger, Sudan) are on alert. Other countries in the Mediterranean are also on alert (Greece, Cyprus, Italy).

At one time in its past Libya was part of (ruled by) the Ottoman Empire which was known as one of the most ruthless empires to ever exist. The great tribes of Libya speaking for all the Libyan people have stated that Turkey will never take Libya again and Turkish boots will never be allowed on Libya soil. Libya has become united.

Other countries in the region have begun to speak out and take action. Egypt led by General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi called an emergency meeting of the Arab League that has condemned all foreign interference in Libya especially those foreign countries supporting terrorism.

As confirmed to me by the Libyan tribes today in a joint statement Egypt and Greece (and Cyprus) have joined together in naval exercises near the official Libya waters. They will be in the area that the Turkish forces will have to pass through to reach Libya. The Egyptian navy (largest in Africa) and the Greek Navy will stop the Turkish Navy from reaching Libyan ports. The reason for this action is obvious, as stated many times by the President of Egypt, Libya's security is Egypt's security. Turkey is the home of terrorism, it is the headquarters of the Muslim Brotherhood. Turkey taking Libya by force would open all surrounding countries to be targets of terrorists who would flow in from Libya just like they flow into Syria and Iraq from Turkey today. All countries surrounding Libya stand against Turkey and with the Libyan National Army.

Yesterday the legitimate government of Libya in Tobruk demanded that the Libyan National Army target the headquarters of the treasonous Muslim Brotherhood GNA regime of Sarraj. To invite a foreign force to invade your country is the highest act of treason. The Libyans use the word "shame", they say Sarraj is their great SHAME.

Today Libyan National Army released this statement:

"Major-General al-Mabrouk al-Ghezwi, Commander of Dignity Operations Room of the Libyan National Army, warned against the use of the Tripoli Port by the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord to receive Ottoman occupation soldiers and terrorists. I warn the colonial and puppet government (GNA) against using the port of Tripoli to bring in the soldiers of the Ottoman occupation and terrorists to our country, as this is in violation of the international laws in force in this regard.”

“If that happens, the port will be then considered a target for the LNA Air Force and artillery,”

As for the Libyan National Army, they are making progress inside Tripoli, they are very close to the Abu Salim prison near the center of Tripoli. As they advance, they are fighting hard against the terrorist mercenaries that were brought into Libya (illegally) using the airplanes of Abulhakem Belhaj. Belhaj is a well known Libyan terrorist (founder of LIFG) who became a billionaire with stolen Libya money when he joined NATO, Clinton, McCain, Obama et.al. in the destruction of Libya in 2011. He now resides in Turkey as do all criminals and terrorists.

As Libya watches the US begin to cause more unrest and more war in Iraq, they understand that the US has done absolutely nothing to bring democracy or rebuild Iraq or Libya. The power grids have not been rebuilt, the sewer treatment plants have not been rebuilt, their infrastructure has not been repaired and on and on. Warfare continues in both countries, Ongoing economic warfare by de monetized currencies have eliminated any chance for the countries to rebuild themselves. The Libyan people have limited clean water, no medicine, little food, little fuel etc., etc. The Libyan tribes and people look at Iraq and say to themselves we will continue to fight because if we do not that is our future.

Shame on the US, it is further proving itself to be the EVIL empire all the while congratulating itself for horrendous crimes against humanity.

The SOTT comment at the end I had not factored, so that was a good catch! (Highlights are SOTT's):

Libya's parliament yesterday supported the Libyan Tribes council and voted to rescind the Serraj govt's invitation to Turkey, voted to prosecute al-Sarraj for high treason, and voted to sever diplomatic ties with Turkey.

This sure escalated quickly. There are indeed Egyptian forces in the area, conducting 'exercises' since yesterday, 4th January. It could lead to a major clash as both Egypt and Turkey have the largest militaries in the Middle East.

Latest report today is that Turkish troops are en route...

While the world is focused on events on the other side of the Middle East, Erdogan apparently smells an opportunity to profit from the chaos.

There could, however, be more to this than meets the eye:
Is Turkey trying to sabotage massive new Israel-Cyprus-Greece EastMed gas deal?

Tensions are reaching a new high in the eastern Mediterranean region after the Turkey's parliament approved a measure to deploy Turkish troops to Libya to support the U.N.-backed government there. The move by Turkey comes on the same day that Israel, Cyprus and Greece inked a massive new pipeline deal to transport natural gas from to the eastern Mediterranean to markets in Europe.

Turkey, with decades of tensions with Greece and Cyprus, and more recently with Israel, has strongly opposed the pipeline. It also recently signed an agreement with Libya's Tripoli-based government setting maritime boundaries that conflict with those envisioned by Israel, Cyprus, Greece and Egypt.
Greece, Cyprus and Israel, especially if negotiated with the latter, don't seem like they would, as Turkey, have the best interests of Libya at heart.

Speaking of the Ottoman Empire, came across a GIF (see below) of its expansion and contraction in time - there are 40 other maps that provide (not all are accurate with their message) some historical and specific backgrounds - from "The Sunni-Shia divide" to the "The Sykes-Picot treaty that carved up the Middle East" Now it is from VOX so keep their 'slant' in mind, such as maps of "Iran's nuclear sites and possible Israeli strike plans". However, looking at things now when it comes to the key countries and alliances, without seeing a map, spatial geographic alliances can become less clear, so maps are sometimes a good reminder. Now in the case of Libya and "Egypt, Algeria, Chad, Niger, Sudan," (as mentioned above) along with Syria, Iran and countries to its east, then parts of Iraq, Yemen, Turkey (with Russia to the North) being a hub, and with Israel introduced - squeezed into their box with Jordan backing it up and the Wahhabist head-choppers behind them, where is the empires strategy going to go now that planed strategies have changed?

In reading Joe's article focused on the US assassination of Iran's General Soleimani that took place in Iraq, it brings much to mind. Mainstream articles are written to the usual ends (Iran bad, Soleimani a terrorist - never mentioning how he was revered for getting rid of the proxy terrorists) and other articles that go this way and that. In all the other moving parts (i.e. Libya, Iran, Turkey et al.) either someone is going to do something really stupid or someone is going to get a black eye, and local alliances (like Egypt) are not small potatoes - the US and Israel know this. Also, Russia and China are not some mere trifle to be forgotten either, and yet NATO will be used or they will be told to standdown and sabre rattling and positioning will continue - for how long is anyone's guess. Whatever the case, the empire and their minions and masters have things in a bloody tight spot for some miraculous peace process to break out, more so, with the present friction’s, mistakes will be made and the media will drive things as they usually do.

As Joe said, "Stay Tuned..."

Lastly, though, coming back to the Ottoman Empire, for a while it looked like the possible 2.0 hybrid reemergence as a different pseudo caliphate under a masked image that emerged starting with the destruction of Iraq, then there was the failed business in Egypt, the slaughter in Libya that planted seeds for a human exodus to the EU, and now under a de facto puppet government of the UN, the near takeout of Syria and its reversal (Iraq and Syria to this day remain focal points - Yemen we know, and Iran is the never ending Israeli target, now heightened) - the conduits of this meddling is somewhat clear. There were obviously miscalculations if Empire 2.0 was some type of goal, and survival and repositioning by those against is making its reality that much harder. The reality of a 2.0 would be vast regional geographical control, and that control would seed to the usual, likely stacked behind Islamic blinds. Conversely, there are others that are interested in continued divisive tensions that seed weapons sales - and hedges on oil and its delivery (which is seen in the comment to control pipelines to the EU). Pitting Muslims against each other is always at the fore.

Here are some Sessions that may focus things or not starting with September 2001):

September 24, 2001

Q: (L) Well we plan to. What is going to happen with the Middle-eastern situation; this Afghanistan or whatever?
A: Herding of population to much finer order of control.
Q: (L) What is the purpose of this control; this increasing control.
A: Preparation for war in Palestine.
Q: (L) But nobody has said anything about having a war in Palestine. They're all talking about having a war in Afghanistan. How does Palestine fit in here?
A: It is the ultimate objective of Israel.

In another session (November 7th 2015) related to Mossad – calling the shots:

A:…Approaching Infinity! [laughter] So, when they say "Mossad" as an answer to a lot of these questions, we're not really talking about the overt Israeli government here, right?

A: No. Kabbalists.

So, it seemed the answer was the Kabbalist who have hands running the show, and that seems to mesh (guarding secrets) with the Nordic Covenant which is 5,000 years old or so.

When looking at the field in the Middle East with everything people have seen – and the C's comments causing thinking to go this way and that as they are “Herding the Populations,” Palestine is still their “ultimate objective”.

As for Kaballah, Laura writes about this in The Wave:

A: 1 [pause] 1; 5 minus 3; 2 minus 1.
Q: (L) What is the concept here?
A: Look: 353535. Is code.
Q: (L) What does this code relate to?
A: Infinite power.

This "infinite power" is then further defined as:

"Lord of Serpent promises its followers infinite power, which they must seek infinite knowledge to gain, for which they pledge allegiance infinitely for, which they possess for all eternity, so long as they find infinite wisdom, for which they search for all infinity. ... And therein you have the deception! Remember, those who seek to serve self with supreme power, are doomed only to serve others who seek to serve self, and can only see that which they want to see.

In other words: Kaballah.

Basically, Kaballah developed as a way to play games with numbers and letters as described above. One school endeavors to find beneath the letters of the "sacred text," i.e. The Torah, all references to the ten Sefirot. The Sefirot can be compared to a theory of cosmic chains or levels of reality of the emanations of God. A hierarchy of power, that is.

The Kabbalist uses the Torah as an "instrument." They affirm that, beneath its letters, beneath the stories and events depicted there, there are "secrets" waiting for the enterprising Kabbalist to discover! Thus, the text cannot be read ONLY literally, but must also be read allegorically, hermeneutically and mystically.

Looked at this from 2011 and all that has happened since:

February 13, 2011

Q:… (L) What's next? (Andromeda) Were the protests in Egypt orchestrated by the US and Israel?
A: No, but once started they certainly put their team in position. Global revolution is desired by them exactly as Reed described.
Q: (L) Douglas Reed? As in “The Controversy of Zion”?
A: Yes.
Q: (Andromeda) So that leads to the next question: How close are the Zionists to fulfilling their biblical end time scenario?
A: They expect things to ripen within two years.
Q: (Perceval) Is it possible that it's a preparation for a war of some description in the Middle East with Israel vs. the Arabs?
A: Possible but not likely as you imagine it.
Q: (L) I think he's imagining that they're really adversarial. The people are being made to be adversarial, but I think the powers in control even in the Arab world are all in cahoots. (Perceval) I was thinking in terms of basically where there would be a major conflagration in the Middle East and the Jews and the Palestinians and everybody would be destroyed. They would set scene where there would be a sort of pan-Arab nationalism that would turn against Israel... (L) Yeah, I think that's really possible, but they think they're going to be able to do a controlled burn and I think it's going to get out of control in ways they don't suspect.
A: Yes.
Q: (L) Israel is a country that's full of the most concentrated bunch of psychopaths probably on the entire planet, and they certainly don't want to destroy their own kind. But they do want to destroy the Arabs. (Perceval) And in their hubris, they may end up destroying themselves. (L) Well, that's usually what they do. Lobaczewski said that the germ doesn't understand that it's going to be killed and destroyed and burned along with the death of the body it's infecting. And I also think that they don't take into account real earth changes. It's not that they can't think about preparing for some of these things, because obviously some of them do and they are preparing. But they don't seem to have this ability to really understand... they're able to plan for something that's going to happen, like if scientists tell them there's going to be some kind of comet or whatever, they can build some seed bank. Okay, so they can do that. But they're not ABLE to understand the implications and outcome of an action they're taking right now as an immediate response to something that they think is going to turn a certain way. They think that what they're going to do is totally rational - it's like game theory. They've found that game theory doesn't work on everybody! I think it's like Lobaczewski said: they're trying to fish out all of these people who are going to respond the way they think they are, and then they are repeatedly disappointed that so few actually do when push comes to shove. In real human beings, something responds in them. (Perceval) So, they can't imagine how normal human beings could react when their backs are against the wall and they're in a real state of chaos. (Ailen) Or if there's a real food shortage. (Perceval) They've never been there really, what they're planning for.

August 23rd 2014

(L) Okay, next question?
(Karyn) Will Israel get its comeuppance and the Gaza atrocities abate?
A: Israel will certainly "pay the piper", but perhaps not soon enough.
Q: (L) I just keep wanting a comet to just come down on Tel Aviv. There was a session years ago where the C's warned us not to go to Tel Aviv. We were invited to a conference, and they suggested that we not go because they could see something really big coming for Tel Aviv at some point in the future. Now, that was years ago, but you know how time is for the Cs; it's irrelevant. So, I suspect that there IS something really big coming for Tel Aviv.
(Pierre) Something of cosmic origin?
(L) Possibly, we don't know.
(Joe) One of the depressing things I was thinking about was that the world needs - in a strange way - Israel and the Zionists to do what they're doing, i.e. massacring civilians, to provide an opportunity for the people of the world to wake up and make a choice; a last opportunity to make a choice between yes and no, good and evil, etc. In that sense, they serve a purpose. So that kind of stuff will continue on until the very last.
(L) So it's like in the Book of Revelation: the Palestinians are the saints.
(Joe) By dying for humanity, in a certain sense...
(Pierre) What is the nature of the big event coming to Tel Aviv?
(L) You know they're not gonna tell you that! They would have told me that way back then. Wait and see!

The pyramid:

July 12, 2014

(L) Who is at the top of this pyramid? And who is at the top?
(Perceval) MOSSAD.
(L) MOSSAD? The Israelis?
A: Yes
Q: (Perceval) It seems the goal was to further demonize Putin and Russia. But was it also to distract from what's happening in Palestine?
A: Absolutely!
[…]
(Kniall) Is there some understanding between the US and Russia that Israel is the wildcard?
(Perceval) No, that's not what I'm thinking of. In terms of these people at the top of the pyramid, do they feel threatened in any way by what Putin and Russia is doing, or is that merely at the lower level of geopolitical chessboard nonsense?
A: They are incapable of seeing outcomes other than what they wish.

December 10th, 2016

Q: (L) Okay, so onto the political questions... I noticed the other day there was an article about the senator from Hawaii, Tulsi Gabbard, introducing a bill to ban the sale or delivery of weapons or aid to terrorists. Does anybody else remember reading it?
(Pierre) Yes. It wanted to limit the sale of weapons to the "moderate rebels".
(L) Yeah, ban or limit. And as soon as she did that, Obama waives any restrictions on the sales and delivery of arms and other things to terrorists, basically! They call them "non-state actors". Did he do that deliberately to sidestep this bill she was introducing?
A: Yes
Q: (L) Are they doing that to try to salvage what they can from the situation in Syria because it looks like Russia is pretty much doing a mop-up operation? Is it that trying to salvage their terrorist army?
A: Yes
Q: (L) And Lavrov of course says that what they're doing is not going to make any difference. I kind of got the feeling that what he was saying was, "You can give them all the weapons you want, but we're gonna wipe them out!"
(Pierre) It's too little, too late.
(L) Yeah. I mean, what is WRONG with these people?
A: They are driven by a lust for money which equals power in your world. Plus the drivers of 4D STS agency to establish total control before changes of a cosmic nature.
Q: (L) Obviously the idea of all that money is dangled in front of them and that gets them to do part of what they do, but it's just freaking crazy! I never imagined I would see something like what's going on nowadays! The level of the lies they tell... And almost everybody knows they're lying! But they say it anyway as though saying it can make it true. It's crazy!
(Pierre) Wishful thinking.
(L) So, what's the ultimate outcome?
A: We have discussed this in the past.
Q: (L) So they want war with Iran. They want to take over Iran?
A: Just hang on and observe what happens in the next 40 or so days. It will give you chills up your spine.
Q: (Joe) Why do you think Iran?
(L) Well, Israel wants Iran. Israel wants to destroy Iran and institute their god knows what... I dunno what they want!
(Joe) I think Iran's off the table at this point.
(L) But some of them are trying to put it back. Even Trump. The thing was that years ago, we asked what was going to be the ultimate outcome, and they said the destruction of Israel. All of this manipulating and maneuvering that Israel is doing, they will only end up destroying themselves.
(Joe) Iran is... With Russia's intervention, they couldn't even get close to what they wanted in Syria with 26 million people. Iran is like 80 million people and much more powerful.
(L) Yeah, but that doesn't stop them from wanting it. I think they figured if they could get Syria, then they could go for Iran.
(Joe) But they haven't gotten Syria.
(L) Yeah, but they still think they're gonna get it! That's why Obama is sending these 200 people, Turkey is sending these 300 people, they've released funds and ammunition...
(Andromeda) They’re cra-cra!
(PoB) They want to question the nuclear treaty with Iran.
(L) It's just insane. So... Alright.
(Andromeda) 40 days??
(Chu) That coincides with Trump actually getting into power.
(Data) It also coincides with the "after Christmas" remark they once said.
(Joe) 40 days is right up until before Trump becomes inaugurated. That's in line with what the Obama gang have done with this weapons to terrorists business. Sounds like they're gonna continue...
(L) Yeah, like they've got 40 days in which to play in the playground, so they're gonna give it all they've got!
(Pierre) They're desperate, so they're going to try to do everything in 40 days.
(Joe) What you do is you create such a mess, you set a fire just before you leave, and then leave Trump to deal with it.
(L) Yeah...
(Joe) And it's not something he can deal with. It sounds more like with sending the weapons like MANPADs to the jihadi nutjobs, if they start shooting down Russian and Syrian planes... If they did that, well then...
(L) All bets on what Russia will do are off

Now the regional hard line is Israel's historic drives (possibly on a karmic level, and at least since its inception) to take out Palestine, expand and control (and the fact that Israel's ideas of expansion were known and documented a long time ago) or to fulfill some other Kabbalist equations for "infinite power" – and they rely on the near full support of NATO's masters. Fundamentalist Christians back them up from the sales pitch position of Rapture. Israel, or more so the Jewish religion that they must equate with the promise land, is not Israel proper, as with many other people they are spread througout the world, and yet they are being used by their own religion (as are other religions) and yet Israel also has Dimona and will hold to their zero sum game theory, which the heads of state all know, and yet the heads of state know Israel (the promise land) will vanish if they resort to this final game along with many others. Now I don't think this is likely, yet who knows, and yet as said above, where does this whole business go from here?

Libya, substantially weakened, is on the western flank, and Iran is the eastern flank with Turkey; a hotbed conduit to the North, and the head-choppers to the southern Wahhabist House - Israel, tiny as it is, flexes its muscles from dab in the middle controlling Palestinian and trying to control those allied with them, and the whole region remains unstable seemingly in perpetuity until something gives, and we seem beyond that possibility unless whatever shock comes will jerk people to their senses.

The six-century rise and fall of the Ottoman Empire
The Ottoman Empire is named for Osman, its first ruler, who in the early 1300s expanded it from a tiny part of northwest Turkey to a slightly less tiny part. It continued expanding for about 500 years — longer than the entire history of the Roman Empire — ruling over most of the Middle East, North Africa, and southeastern Europe for centuries. The empire, officially an Islamic state, spread the religion in southeast Europe but was generally tolerant of other religious groups. It was probably the last great non-European empire until it began declining in the mid-1800s, collapsed after World War I, and had its former territory in the Middle East divided up by Western Europe.

The following shapped the region from starting at in the 1300's, including reaching the western flank into Libya, yet not Iran. By 1920 the Ottoman wave collapsed.

An animated history of great empires in the Middle East
You may have noticed a theme of the last eight maps: empires, mostly from outside the Middle East but sometimes of it, conquering the region in ways that dramatically changed it. This animation shows you every major empire in the Middle East over the last 5,000 years. To be clear, it is not exhaustive, and in case it wasn't obvious, the expanding-circle animations do not actually reflect the speed or progression of imperial expansions. But it's a nice primer.

A new airstrip is emerging in the middle of a residential development, with part of its runway sandwiched right between towering apartment blocks, just outside Libya's official capital Tripoli. This comes amid reports that Turkey has begun deploying fighters from Syria as part of its increasingly active support for the internationally recognized Government of National Accord, or GNA. The GNA is currently locked in grueling civil conflict, which you can read about more in this recent in-depth War Zone piece, with the Libyan National Army, or LNA, and its leader Khalifa Haftar. Haftar enjoys the support of the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Russia, among others.

Bizarre Airstrip Is Being Built Right Between Apartment Towers Near Libyan Capital

On Dec. 30, 2019, pro-LNA social media accounts shared video purporting to show Turkish personnel working on the airstrip on the site of the former Mashrou Al-Moz development, also known as the Banana Project, in the town of Ain Zara, which is situated approximately five miles southeast of the center of Tripoli. Even with reports of Turkish involvement, we don't know who is actually building the strip or for what purpose, but the area remains under GNA control and satellite imagery shows that it is unmistakably under construction.

Satellite imagery from Planet Labs shows that an area approximately 3,500 feet in length has been cleared for a single runway. As of Dec. 25, approximately half of it was paved. Additional images show that work to clear the site first began sometime between Nov. 25 and Dec. 4, while the paving began between Dec. 16 and Dec. 22. (Article continues.)

Wonder what exactly it is (under GNA control) - the appearance of a strip anyway.

The good old GNA cheerleaders at the Atlantic Council discuss taking Tripoli:

Although Haftar is boasting of imminent victory over Tripoli, Mezran doubts the ability of his forces to win full control of the capital. “Haftar will never be able to take Tripoli, because he doesn’t have the troops to fight street by street with an army of mainly mercenaries,” Mezran argued. “He can destroy the city, he can demolish it, but he cannot control the city.”

They may be wrong, and it seems risky to construct an airstrip when Hafter is on its doorstep?

Reading from Thierry Meyssan on Libya tonight, he said some things that seemed odd (as it related to Saudi Arabia allied as he is saying with Egypt etc.) and how he sees things in the long run - part of the 'Rumsfeld/Cebrowski doctrine'. This is somewhat a different reading as he points to the two separate states (1951) Tripolitania and Cyrenaica, and Tribes (the Libyan Arab Jamahariya) that:

"Muamar Gaddafi had organized the Libyan Arab Jamahariya on the model of the living communities imagined by the French utopian socialists of the 19th century."

Things in his words don't look good for Libya (and very possibly the EU) despite Hafter who is helping to recapture ground (who the tribes are supporting) backed by Russia, Egypt et cetera:

Preparing for a new war
The arrival of new weapons and fighters in Libya heralds a new war against the population. In reality, the situation has never calmed down since the attack by NATO in accordance with the Rumsfelf/Cebrowski strategy of endless war. By taking a further step, the protagonists will not solve anything, but will extend the conflict zone.

President Fayez Al-Sarraj finalizing the Turkish contingency plan with his Undersecretary of Defence, Brigadier General Salah Al-Namroush.

All agree that the current dramatic situation in Libya and the Sahel is the consequence of NATO’s illegal intervention in 2011. Yet few have studied this period and tried to understand how it came about. If we do not think about it, we are heading for another disaster.

It is important to keep in mind a number of facts that we persist in forgetting:

-
The Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, created by a particularly bloodless coup d’état, was not a seizure of power by a neurotic dictator, but a work of national liberation from British imperialism. It was also the expression of a desire for modernization that was reflected in the abolition of slavery and an attempt to reconcile the Arab and black populations of Africa.
-
Libyan society was organized in tribes. It is therefore impossible to establish democracy there. Muamar Gaddafi had organized the Libyan Arab Jamahariya on the model of the living communities imagined by the French utopian socialists of the 19th century. This amounted to creating a local democratic life, but abandoning this ideal at the national level. Moreover, the Jamahiriya had died because it did not have a policy of alliances and was therefore unable to defend itself.
{forgetting perhaps that it had an unwritten policy of alliance - yet that is a question}
-
The Coalition that attacked Libya was led by the United States, which concealed its true objective from its allies throughout the conflict and placed them before the fait accompli (leading from behind). After having claimed for months that there was no question of NATO intervening, it was this structure that commanded the operations. Washington has never tried to protect civilians or to install a government under its jackboot, but on the contrary to install rivals and to prevent peace by all means (Rumsfeld/Cebrowski doctrine).
-
There has never been a popular revolution against the Jamahiriya, but the intervention of Al Qaeda on the ground, the awakening of the division between Cyrenaica and Tripolitania and the coordinated intervention by NATO (the Allies in the air, the Misrata tribe and the Qatari Special Forces on the ground).

From then on, the rivalry between the government of Tripoli and that of Benghazi referred to the division of the country before 1951 into two separate states, Tripolitania and Cyrenaica, and then to the awakening of this division during the NATO aggression. Contrary to the spontaneous reaction, today, in order to restore peace, it is not a question of supporting one camp against another, but on the contrary of uniting the two camps against the enemies of the country.

Currently, the government in Tripoli is supported by the UN, Turkey and Qatar, while the government in Benghazi is supported by Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, France and Russia. True to its strategy, the United States is the only country to support both camps at the same time to kill each other indefinitely.

Resolution of the Turkish Grand National Assembly authorising the deployment of troops in Libya.

The principle of a Turkish military intervention was adopted by the Turkish Grand National Assembly in Ankara on January 2, 2020. It can be interpreted in three cumulative ways:

-
Turkey supports the Muslim Brotherhood in power in Tripoli. This explains the support of Qatar (favourable to the Brotherhood) to the same government and the opposition of Egypt, the Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
-
Turkey is developing its regional ambitions by relying on the descendants of the former Ottoman soldiers of Misrata. It therefore supported the government of Tripoli after the Misrata tribe took over the capital in 2011.
-
Turkey uses the jihadists it can no longer protect in Idleb (Syria). That is why it is transferring them to Tripolitania and will attack Benghazi.

The Turkish intervention is legal under international law and is based on the request of the Tripoli government legalized by the Skhirat Agreement (Morocco) on December 17, 2015 and Resolution 2259 of December 23, 2015. On the contrary, all other foreign interventions are illegal. This despite the fact that the Tripoli government is composed of the Muslim Brotherhood, Al-Qaeda and Daesh. We are therefore witnessing a reversal of roles, with the progressives now in the East of the country and the fanatics in the West.

For the moment, there are only a few Turkish soldiers on the government side in Tripoli, but Egyptian, Emirati, French and Russian soldiers on the Benghazi side. The announcement of the official dispatch of a few more Turkish soldiers will not change this balance much, but the transfer of jihadists may involve hundreds of thousands of fighters. It may turn the chessboard upside down.

It should be remembered that, contrary to the western narrative, it was Libyan al-Qaeda fighters, not Syrian deserters, who created the Free Syrian Army at the beginning of the war against Syria. The return journey of these fighters is predictable. Only the Turkmen Syrian militias and the Levant Legion (Faylaq al-Sham) have moved, some 5,000 fighters. If this migration continues via Tunisia, it could last several years until the total liberation of the governorate of Idleb. This would be excellent news for Syria, but a disaster for Libya in particular and the Sahel in general.

The situation in Libya would be the same as in Syria: jihadists supported by Turkey, facing local populations supported by Russia; the two powers would carefully avoid direct confrontation as long as Turkey is a member of NATO.

By settling in Tripoli, Turkey now controls the second flow of migrants to the European Union. It will therefore be able to reinforce the blackmail it exerts on Brussels with its own flow from Turkey.

In the absence of physical borders, the jihadist armies will not fail to spill over into the desert from Libya into the entire Sahel. They will make the G5-Sahel countries (Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad) even more dependent on French anti-terrorist forces and AFRICOM. They will threaten Algeria, but not Tunisia, which is already in the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood and manages the transit of jihadists in Djerba.

The Sunni population of the Sahel will then be purified and the Sahelian Christians will be expelled as were the Christians of the East.

There will come a time when the jihadist armies will cross the Mediterranean, the Italian islands (notably Lampedusa) and Malta being about 500 nautical miles away. The US 6th Fleet will intervene immediately to repel them under the North Atlantic and Maastricht Treaties, but chaos will inevitably spread to Western Europe. The Europeans who overthrew the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya will then only be left with their eyes to cry.

Hmmm, if this Rumsfeld/Cebrowski doctrine is the long game with chaos and not control being the objective, oh boy. I sure hope in this light the Jamahiriya can unite with the help of the forces on the move and clean out Tripoli, and soon.

Whatever the case, there are psychopaths out there creating a hell on earth, and Libya is a main focal point for their deadly games.

The parties to the conflict in Libya signed a truce agreement in Moscow (VIDEO)

13.01.2020 - 22:03
Several parties to the conflict in Libya signed the final document at the talks in Moscow, but the head of the Libyan national army, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, asked for additional time, foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

The document was signed by the head of the government of the national accord of Libya Fayez Sarraj and the head of the Supreme state Council Khaled Mishi.

According to Lavrov, Marshal Haftar and Chairman of the chamber of deputies in Tobruk Akil Saleh can put signatures on Tuesday.

The draft armistice agreement, in particular, States that the parties to the conflict undertake to observe the armistice regime without preconditions, to abandon all offensive actions, and to take measures to stabilize the situation in Tripoli.

It seems that a full-fledged truce has not yet happened.

Haftar did not sign the truce agreement, the source said
02: 35 14.01.2020 (updated: 02:58 14.01.2020)
14 Jan-RIA Novosti. The head of the Libyan national army (LNA), Marshal Khalifa Haftar, left Moscow without signing a truce agreement with the Tripoli government of Fayez Sarraj, an informed Libyan source told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the final document at the talks in Moscow was signed by several parties to the conflict in Libya, but Haftar asked for additional time.
The expert called the truce agreement in Libya unviable
The main issues of Monday's talks in Moscow were the parameters and the possibility of signing a truce agreement between the Sarraj government and Haftar.
Before that, the document was signed by Sarraj himself and the head of the Supreme state Council Khaled Mishri. The draft agreement States that the parties to the conflict agreed to determine the line of contact for a sustainable ceasefire, as well as to work to stabilize the situation in the country.
Earlier, Russian and Turkish presidents Vladimir Putin and Tayyip Erdogan agreed on a common position on Libya and called on all sides to cease fire from midnight on January 12 and immediately sit down at the negotiating table. However, Haftar said he welcomed the initiative, but would continue the offensive on Tripoli, which has been waging since April last year. In turn, Sarraj said on Saturday during a visit to Italy that he welcomed the initiative for a truce, but with the condition of withdrawal of LNA units.
After the overthrow and murder of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in 2011, the country effectively ceased to function as a single state. There is now a dual power in Libya. In the East, the people's elected Parliament sits, and in the West, in the capital Tripoli, a government formed with the support of the UN and the EU, led by Sarraj, rules. The authorities in the Eastern part of the country operate independently of Tripoli and cooperate with the LNA of Haftar.
