What's happening in Serbia

What do you guys think of Nemanja Šarović? Is he controlled opposition?
Nemanja Šarović (Serbian Cyrillic: Немања Шаровић; born 28 December 1974) is a Serbian politician and journalist. He served several terms in the National Assembly as a member of the far-right Serbian Radical Party (SRS). He left the Radicals in July 2020 and is now the leader of the Love, Faith, Hope (Ljubav, vera, nada, LJVN) political organization.[1] He is a journalist for KTV Zrenjanin and is best known for his satirical coverage of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) rallies.[2]
Since 2023, Šarović has been reporting for the opposition KTV Zrenjanin and gained popularity for his satirical coverage of SNS rallies and interviews with its members.[2][65] Šarović has called KTV Zrenjanin "the only free television in Serbia".[66]

On 8 March 2025, while covering a pro-SNS "student" counterprotest organized in response to university blockades and mass protests that had been ongoing since the Novi Sad railway station canopy collapse in November 2024, Šarović was detained by Serbian Police for "disturbing public order and peace."[67] He was released the same day.[68] Šarović was detained once again on 14 March.[69]
In the following video, he is confronting a policeman, who didn't intervene when his phone was stolen by... another (undercover) policeman! You can hear him say: "remove that uniform if you don't want to work!"

Although there is no concrete evidence proving that Šarović is a controlled opposition figure, his political background and recent actions require close monitoring.

Additionally, based on his latest activities, it seems he is trying to capitalize on the current student movement. However, the students have distanced themselves from him, signaling that they do not see him as part of their cause

Do you think that the escalation in Bosnia at the same time is a coincidence?
The situation in Bosnia has been a long-standing source of political tension, and it's often described as a 'pressure cooker' due to ongoing ethnic divisions and instability. While there are certainly parallels between the protests in Serbia and the recent escalation in Bosnia, the situation in Bosnia has been building for years, influenced by local dynamics and broader regional factors. The protests in Serbia began gaining traction last year, driven by domestic challenges and then serie of tragic events . While it's possible that these events might be linked or even coordinated in some way, I think that the escalation in Bosnia is deeply rooted in its specific political and ethnic challenges.
The tragic events in Macedonia on Sunday, along with the rising tensions in the region, make me wonder whether these developments are part of a specific plan by some higher dark forces ...

No. Just opportunist. All the while he is doing good joob, its OK. He have big credit for exposing mad and grotesque face of the regime to the "average Joe". One day he will be good opposition.

Most probably. But even if there is some intention to escalate things in Bosnia, its in wain. It wont escalate in anything serious. There is no will and strength in people for that. It cant be directed in needed direction, just as it couldn't in Serbia. Macedonia will be in disturbance for a couple of days, buy it will calm down, they don't have strong enough focus point to direct their anger, like Vutchich is that point in Serbia.

The government. And this could be the reason why they did what they did:

I also found these comments:

If this is true, that would put vortex gun pretty far away from the crowd.

And this is what the government was preparing for the demonstrators in the government organized park gathering:

I have the book and it is not a copy/paste.

And we wouldn't be on a brink of civil war. I think that you are right, this is all Laura's fault. :-D
She's the badest ;-D

BTW, we are not in a brink of war. For war you must have at least two sides, and there is only one - people's. The other side is just smoke out psychopathy nervously jiggling around before it goes away, because no one believes it anymore. Its very natural process.
