In summary : because of technology, surveillance, etc ... or, in two words : suppression (or diminution) of liberty.
Sure, it's more complex, but i never thought about this way and it sounds quite true.

I hand't thought about that either personally, but yes.. I think there's a sense of being observed and that tends to change one's behavior. Interesting.

I also would think that at some level people feel that the world isn't a safe place to have and raise children. There has been a push in societies to demonize the nuclear family and that isn't aspirational anymore for young people, it's seen as a defeat and an end to life. Men and Women have been pitted against one another for quite a long time

I'm sure there's all sorts of hyper dimensional, and comic influences impacting that trend, but from another point of view, the creative force, so to speak, required to create life in a couple, has been also demonized and we're growing in a generation where love in a romantic setting ins't aspirational anymore, it has been turned into a zero sum game and without that love, children don't get created.

I am not sure that this a very strong factor - my money would be more on the dissolution of the nuclear family, traditional values and mounting oppressiveness of authorities.

I remember the early 80s in Europe, when NATO (or rather the US) decided to station some Pershing 2 nuclear missiles in Europe. This led to widespread fears of a nuclear war, widespread protests, and effectively, 1983 during the Able Archer military manoeuvres, the Soviet Union went full red alert, thinking that a nuclear war was about to start, and the world came close to a nuclear exchange.

But even then, seeing a potential nuclear annihilation on the horizon, the birthrate didn’t drop down significantly. At any rate not much more than it was decreasing already overall.

And of course our “friends from 4D” would have had their hands in the pie …

From my point of view, offsprings would be the genetic extension of two individuals.

Certainly, in most 3rd density cases, when a couple choses to concretize this project, somewhere between the unconscious and a deeper level, having a child could mean that the parents’ transgenerational lineages - the latter, linked to STS thought centers as well as what Bernard de Montréal names the ‘spirit of Intelligence’ -, express the need to create a new genetic encoding to be able to surpass a potential involutive future.

Furthermore, in my perspective, individuals who learn about themselves through their personal inner process and decide to accomplish their higher universal mandate, might then be plugged to higher consciousness centers and may even have the possibility of recognizing offsprings probably coming from other dimensions and/or densities, depending on memories of the soul and Spirit.

When the Cassiopaeans affirmed on various occasions : « You in the future » and further on : « Help is on its way », in my own approach, this could probably mean, for example, that LKJ and Ark’s hyper-dimensional and cosmic offsprings are the help they are actually looking for. They might even already be incarnated through members of the Château team as well as other potential individuals.

Therefore, depending on « Who » is the consciousness receiving information from the Cassiopaeans, taking the aspect of time into account as well as which reality level the Cassiopaeans might be transmitting data to, in the present, through LKJ and the Château team’s humanity, the Cassiopaeans’ offsprings could technically already be the ones who have recognized themselves as those who have chosen to do their own part of this universal teamwork, specifically LKJ, Ark and their Château team.

Here is something important to note. The difference between a hunter and a predator. What does that have to do with anything in this thread, you may ask. It has to do with that primitive thing mentioned in the quote:

Hunter: Active, selective, often with a code or purpose (may be honorable or ritualistic). Seeks specific prey, invests effort/strategy, may involve “sport” or a test of skill.

Analogy: a lion hunting for food, or a human hunting animals for food/survival. On a metaphysical level: someone who actively pursues knowledge or even “hunts” predators (STO exposing STS). (in the context in which we currently operate, taking the point of view of the esoteric knowledge discussed here in the forum).

Predator: Passive-parasitic in essence: feeds continuously and systemically, does not need to “hunt” each time because the system is designed so that the prey comes to it (manipulation, mind control, belief matrices).

No honor, no code, purely extractive and sadistic in many cases.

Analogy: a parasite, a tick, or the 4D STS who “milk” the Earth like a loosh farm. The predator does not “hunt” because it already has the herd under control; it only harvests.​

I don't know if I'm expressing the idea, or the underlying meaning, correctly. But what I mean is that, as far as the male side is concerned, they have effectively emasculated men, so that we don't have the strength to keep the incursions of STS entities or STS itself in people's minds at bay.

It is modernity that defaces man. So, taking Laura's text as a reference, there is no healthy expression of the names of God in the incarnation of the masculine. (and it also applies to the feminine form). By reducing the healthy expression of masculinity/femininity, they create this cage of hyperdimensional control, and thus a being in captivity will have neither the will nor the energy to procreate and continue the species.​
